    Recipe 1:
    Raw carrots 300 g (1-2 pieces).
    1 apple.
    Zest of 1 lemon.
    2 eggs.
    Be sure to wash your eggs before using them.
    Salt.
    Sweetener 80 g (4 tbsp without foil).
    Beat well.
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
    Oat flakes 130 g (8-10 tbsp).
    Baking powder 2 tsp (10 g).
    Cottage cheese (any fat content) 350 gr.
    2 eggs.
    Sweetener 60 gr.
    Vanillin.
    Mix well with a mixer.
    Pour 2/3 of the dough into the mold.
    30 grams of nuts.
    Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 45-50 minutes.

    1 cup (100g) oatmeal.
    3 medium apples.
    A little water.
    1 banana.
    2 eggs.
    Be sure to wash your eggs before using them.
    Eggs should be at room temperature.
    1 teaspoon baking powder.
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional.
    Rinse 100 g raisins with hot water.
    Rinse 100 g dried cranberries in hot water.
    Mix all ingredients until smooth.
    1/2 cup (50 g) favorite nuts.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35-40 minutes.

    Chocolate chips to taste.
    Cook in a frying pan over low heat for 12-15 minutes.
    Recipe 4:
    1 cup oatmeal.
    100 ml milk.
    1 egg.
    mix well.
    Sweetener.
    Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil.
    Fry for 3-5 minutes on both sides.
    Chocolate chips to taste.
