All of the things you have in place are great. I am glad you are doing well. You talked about getting in the habit of doing something, and it reminded me of a book. The Power of Habit. Very good book. Have a great day Eric.
Hey Eric, you have a great plan in place, congrats. Maybe on the back up meds, a colored sticker to remind you that those meds need to be used before the expiration date? You can write a “to use by” date on the sticker. Anyway, you will figure it out and if you do, please let us know the plan. Thanks for sharing and stay safe. Ken
I would put a piece of masking tape on the backup meds and just put the exp date on there. That’s what I do with things like leftovers (I put the date I put it in the fridge) and for things like salsa. It’s cheap and you probably already have a roll laying around. The Medisafe app looks great! I’m going to check that out. Very helpful video as always. Appreciate it.
I think it really depends on the person. For me PD was definitely the right choice. Was able to have a more flexible diet since I hooked up everyday. No needles, I was able to work a day job with the flexibility of not having to work around a clinic schedule. I felt really lucky I had the option to do PD. I have a video of what my nights hooking up looked like doing PD. If there is anything I can help answer or share my experience on, let me know. I wish the best. You got this!!

As a fellow PD patient waiting for a kidney, I REALLY appreciate your videos! You’ve been a great encouragement to me!
