This is just one death. Look in Romania the case of Pantelimon hospital in Bucharest. There were mass murders and they got only 2 doctors. My grandma was killed by stoping the oxygen flow back in 2019. She got better each day after her surgery and the night i went home cos her doctor had the night shift and i trusted her, they killed her. She suffocated with the plastic oxygen mask on her nose and mouth. Around 4 times a day after the visit of doctors or nurses i would find the oxygen off. I wish u would show this and make it internationally known because they did only 2 arrests so a lot of murderous doctors are still working in that hospital, some took unpaid 'vacation' (probably leaving the country) and some quit so they ll go work in other hospitals. In Romania the system works by putting money in the pocket of caregivers and envelopes to doctors. Once the doctor had her money, she wanted to have another pacient for the next money envelope.

      Megyn is such a fraud.
Matthew Perry got exactly what he needed in life, and I’m glad the dealers were ripping him off.
As for Hollywood? Shut Up Megyn. Your kids grow up in the lap of luxury. Not every actor becomes a drug addicted loser, but your kids probably would because they would expect everything to be handed to them.
Shut your mouth on stuff you have no clue about.

Exactly, Perry would have gotten it one way or the other. He'd been in and out of rehab. He wanted to get high and he did. Getting in a tub of water loaded was silly. I used to do drugs and I stopped but none of my drugged out behavior was the fault of the people I bought it from.

There are thousands of rehab clinics, non-celebrity people are responsible for themselves, or their loved ones are responsible for seeing to it the person gets help just like the 'celebrity". It seems as if you are implying that society or government is responsible for helping those who CHOOSE to harm themselves. Maybe I'm reading into the comment but the "nothing is done" just seems to be suggesting Everyone Do Something. Why? Those people made the conscious choice to start taking drugs and if they need help, it's available. *They* have to be strong enough to WANT to get it. Most (celebrity and non celebrity) don't seem to want help. :-)

*I am a retired practitioner, and I'm afraid I don't share your view. First off, there should not be ANY drug except antibiotics that are subject to government (and by licensure, medical) control. Period. We should be seen as a resource, but we should not be a control point - people have free will, whether the government likes it or not. When I started my PGY-I, we needed a three part form to write for anything stronger than a Tylenol-3. The opiates were so heavily controlled that you risked your license if you weren't a surgical practice, **_and_** you wrote more than a few dozen three parters per year. Then everyone went crazy for about a decade, and the result was what we now call "the opiate crisis". I'll tell you the truth, there were a lot of people that I couldn't help before 199, no matter how much [non-cancer] pain they were in. Then, between 2000 and 2010, they expected us to write for 8mg hydrocodone when someone complained of a headache (refillable, of course). The people I couldn't help for all those years were suddenly feeling pretty good, at least for as long as it lasted. Then the insane pendulum of government regulation swung back towards the crazy place where we started - even for patients that were stable and showing no signs of abuse undre extremely tight supervision - and it passed the starting point and is currently in a place I dodn't think that even Government Incompetence would venture: we now have "Pain Clinics" that can't write for an opiate unless you're in Palliative [terminal] Care, no matter how mad the pain is. We have to "prevent abuse", even if that ends up killing our patients (suicide is a not uncommon result of intractable pain you know!). I had a patient who had been on corticosteroids for most of his life, and was in his 50's when the bone destruction started to become a serious problem. Fortunately, it was 2001, and I was allowed - no, "encouraged" - to do whatever was necessary to control his steadily worsening pain profile. By 2010, he has a pretty severe scoliosis going on, not to mention a half dozen nerves being steadily crushed (despite multiple surgical interventions over the years) by his slowly disintegrating spine. He was in **_excruciating_** pain, even with Fentanyl patches and loads of TID MS04, but the feds decided that his opioid use was an addiction rather than a treatment, and they forced him to withdraw over 14 months in 2014 (after I had retired, and was unable to help him). I attended his funeral in 2019: by the time he blew his brains all over his shower, he had been using illegal opioids (heriod by name, likely fentanyl in practice) for several years in an attempt to get **_some_** relief from his new NSAID regimen, and finally decided he couldn't go on another year when the money ran out. He is just one more anonymous name among hundreds of thousands each year - brought to you by insane "Public Policy", via your friend, the government.*
*As Reagan correctly pointed out, the 9 most terrifying words in the English language are "I'm from the government and I'm here to help".*

It’s not just ketamine, doctors are known to dish out benzos, pain meds, etc. that are dangerous and addictive without properly warning the patient. If the patient isn’t told of the risks for addiction and dependency, then they haven’t had informed consent.

Although I'm glad they're starting to go after dealers (although I hope it's not just a PR stunt because the victim was famous, we'll see), Matthew Perry had unlimited resources to not gamble with his life. He chose to make the connections to get that dangerous drug, over and over and over again. He had resources so many do not have. We can mourn the what ifs and be sad a celebrity died while also holding the dealers AND the victim to account. And before you maybe try to claim I "don't understand addiction" or something like that, I've been off of alcohol and opioids for 13 years. God willing I hope to be for the rest of my life.

Most addicts are caught up in a type of prison that they don't know HOW to escape from. Some people are strong.. some people are weak... if someone is weak, and most drug addicts are, that's how and why they became drug addicts.. we need to reach out to them because they are unlikely to reach out to us. Think of all the time you reached for chips or a cookie (etc) instead of something healthy.. and multiply that feeling by 100 billion. It's on him, of course.. but it's also on us to see those people and try to help. Because he is too WEAK to not reach for the cookie. And he will lie to himself and say... "but it says it's low fat.. it's a healthy cookie!".... sounds like this is the kind of lie he was telling himself.

More so, if you are that person's supplier of drugs or alcohol, or aided the person who is an addict and in this case a doctor who injected or prescribed a medication or drug that contributed to their death knowing that this medication or drug is potentially harmful for long term use, it then becomes murder. medical professionals take an oath to do no harm. INFORMATION IS KEY HERE...the more you are informed the less you want that CRAP but once you have decided to quit the rewards are endless its not an easy road but believe me it is worth it.....good luck and please do talk to GOD ALMIGHTY he does understand

My son’s wonderful pain specialist Dr was harassed over and over for years by the DEA and they never found anything wrong and no charges were filed. However they made his life so miserable that the dr retired. We have not been able to find a decent dr since. Yet these criminals get away doing this for years! Disgusting

My friend’s daughter died of fentanyl poisoning even though she was taking heroin. It was laced with fentanyl, although that’s not what she was addicted to. The cops have the drug deal on video. They said the same dealer had killed three other people that month. But they wouldn’t investigate because the DA in Philadelphia won’t prosecute. Infuriating.

I''m disgusted by the lack of empathy in these comments. Some of you give conservatives a bad name. How about we bring about mandatory rebab... people who are on drugs need strong people around them who will help them. Imagine all those times you reached for a cookie or some chips (etc).. instead of something healthy. You fed your body JUNK because it WANTED the junk. The JUNK made you feel temporarily better. Now magnify that feeling by 100 billion..... this is what a drug addict goes through. He likely doesn't WANT the drugs unless he's completely given up... but he'll tell himself some sort of lie.. in Perry's case... "but it's a low-fat cookie... it's a HEALTHY cookie... it's helping me to ween myself from all the high fat cookies!"... this is the type of lie I suspect he told himself. Mandatory rehab.. that's what these people need. Because "rock bottom" is often death. It's so incredibly sad. Show a little compassion.

This whole situation is tragic and heartbreaking. Addiction is incredibly complicated and layered. It affects your brain and behaviour and leads to an inability to control its use. As much as Matthew struggled with it and yes at the end of the day he is responsible for taking it, please remember how hard he fought for sobriety and sought help many, many times. He didn't want to be remembered for being Chandler on Friends, he wanted to be remembered for helping others with addiction issues.

So I took it upon myself to list it as an “allergy” so they won’t give it to me again. We should be able to trust our doctors but we need to to be our own best advocate. God bless Mr Perry

QUICK NOte - special key is also used as a clubdrug, that is usually taken to enhance mdma effects. Ketamine can be found in vets because it's used to treat horses (thats how strong it is). You bake the liquid for a minute in the microwave and get a fine powder, when snorted in VERY small amounts (tip of door KEY max) it makes you feel robotic in a alternative world. When taken in higher amounts, you'll most likely end up in the K-hole = feeling detached from your body, surroundings, and reality. almost like a out-of-body experiences. This is absolutely awful experience, can't imagine how terrible it must've been for Matthew Perry. and it's also hard for me to picture a person addicted to it, using it outside of a club setting seems terrible for me. The K-hole is an AWFUL EXPERIENCE. dont take drugs kids
hope he's in a better place now.

But since he's a "celebrity" the media will have him hold zero accountability for his choices.
Let's move on to more important issue of Fentynal coming across the open southern border.

I applaud the arrest, however, I also feel that it is an indictment against a legal system that clearly administers to only a select few. People die every day from an overdose, yet they are afforded little, if any, representation from law enforcement and the courts. Celebrities live ordinary lives, or so they say, but because they are compensated with obscene amounts of money to sing, dance, act, whatever, we are supposed to blithely accept their reduced liability for their own actions. 🙄

As someone in recovery, Matthew has as much to do with his death as the people who supplied the drugs. That’s what we do we take responsibility. And wouldn’t it be nice if law enforcement actually took this kind of care for the average human who’s dying daily on our streets of fentanyl, overdoses and other horrible addictions. Sorry for Matthew but there’s a lot more like him still out there.
