Thank you for watching and for the comment! Yes, very busy indeed but I'm only a few days in and learning/doing so much. Will def keep you all updated on the workout results and if it works I might even do a video on it :)
How is life going ?
You motivate me honestly. How do you juggle residency as a mother?
Life is moving along! And my experience during residency as a mother is waaaayyyy different from most parents in residency. My daughter will be turning 17 soon and already drives, has friends to hang out with, and a very busy band and color guard schedule, so our focus is mainly on spending quality time together (and getting ready for college 😱). Imo the hardest part of parenting was the earlier years, but I've been way past that hump for a while. There are two IG accounts I follow with moms in residency that have younger kids you should check out: tag names are anikazmdmph (she's a single mom in ortho residency) and the other account is orthowhilemomming (she is married but is an ortho resident with 2 young kids)
