Hello my name is Ann & I hoard brown paper Brown paper bags Brown envelopes LOL. TRUE I love Brown paper Anything. Never thought to print on Brown paper see I learn something new all the time.. Thank you for the tutorials , Looking forward to Monday.
Oh Kim, I love your plain talk! I so appreciate you and your videos, and your tutorials are always informative and clear! I love working with brown paper bags, one thing I’ve never thought of doing is print on it! Now, I will be doing that!Wow 🤩 love the way the images have come out. I absolutely love the the ladies images. Gorgeous! Perfect bits of ephemera. Thanks Kim for sharing have a very blessed night ❤️🌹🙏
Awesome video for repurposing a brown paper bag and love how you use it all up immediately. I have the tendency to hoard a lot of the recycling items and then run out of space to keep them.
Our supermarkets have changed to paper bags , which is great. Everyone I. The house knows not to throw them away, 😂😂😂 I’ve just bought one of these irons and I love it 😊😊😊 TFS, these tips and ideas. I never thought of putting the paper through the printer 😮😮😮. I came here looking for uses to cull my brown paper bags. 💜🙏💜🙏💜🙏 Thankyou.
I would never have thought to iron a paper bag! I love it! And print on them too! Thanks for sharing all these fun projects! I’ve got a fair few paper bags hoarded for a fun idea.
This is much better than the way I’ve been cutting my bags. You have hardly any “waste” - amazing! And I had no idea you could print on them. Thanks for the video.
I love working with paper bags too. I have made a whole journal completely out of paper bags and it is one of my favorites that I have made. I like the ideas you put in this video though. I need to try making some ephemera with the bags. And Ms. Bara is also one of my fave actresses of old silent films. She was one of the first to introduce the Gothic style in acting roles.
Thankyou Bethany, yes Theda was an amazing actress, and so stunning for her time. Sadly most of her films didnt survive. Paper bags are a favorite of mine too. Happy creating!
Great ideas Kim. I really like the idea of printing on them. I don't get many brown paper bags but I just recently found out that the brown packing paper that Amazon uses, is perforated in 8.5" intervals so makes for fabulous journal pages! And I save a ton of them!
Brilliant! You are incredibly creative, and you make everything look doable. Really glad I found your channel! Thank you for the awesome tutorials! I have tons of paper bags to play with.
so nice you did this tutorial today, just the other day I found about a dozen big bags I had saved, and thought to myself what am I going to do with them, never thought about printing on them etc, so this tutorial is perfect timing :)
A dear friend just recommended your UA-cam channel to me. So I came to check you out and what I like icy so I subscribed thank you so much for your hard work
Thank-you Judie(m) ? Not sure exactly what would be your name. Please do let me know in another comment somewhere so I dont continue to mess it up LOL Be sure to leave a comment on my 3000 subscriber video for a chance to win some goodies. 😊 Have a very creative weekend!
Thx Lorie! I love love love the results of your play with the brown paper bag. I would like to share the photo within my groups if that is okay. Better yet, you should join my other groups and post the pictures.....just sayin... ;) xo
Thankyou Gili! My paper cutter is called PaperStation and is a very old vintage one. If I was to recommend a cutter, i would check your local antique shops and look for a wooden one. Just like the school ones back in the day. Make sure it has the grooves or markers in the would for measurement. And try to find one larger than 12" x 12" It may cost you 100.00 depending on where you live, and you might have to get the blade sharpened. But you will never need another cutter again in your lifetime.
Hi Barbara, my hubby bought it at walmart in the craft section, he thought it was the weirdest gift to give me but I did ask for it. LOL I luv luv luv it!
LOL well, if my Sunday attitude is too much, best not watch the rest of the week of my videos. Sometimes I am a little bit more cheeky! Like Fridays! :) Have a very creative day!
Sturdy, crunchy, neutral colour, free ... what's not to love about paper bags? Great ideas for uses 👍👌
