Oh yeah brother! That looks excellent. Always saved my cooked meat in a FoodSaver bag and warm it up in hot water. Works great for leftover barbecue, sliced steak to go with some eggs, London broil or anything like that. You can warm it without cooking it any further and losing the beautiful color or flavor.

"Evil skeevers" or æbleskiver is a traditional danish sweet round cakes that is eaten around the Christmas holidays along with a drink of hot mulled wine. The great Kev has done an experimental version, and knowing how the Americans likes to mix sweet and savory together, it makes perfect sense. We have these weird letters here in Scandinavia æ ø å, and the Danish language sounds a bit gutteral, so I guess evil skeevers gets kinda close :)
Did you mean takoyaki, the chunks of octopus in a doughball? Teppanyaki is a flat top griddle cooking technique like what they do at places like Benihana.
