Some parts of Thailand are getting relatively pricey! I just spent a month in Vietnam though and found things to be as inexensive as ever so you may find some financial releif there. I'm off to Bangkok on the 14th.
Thankfully I learned that with one of these replicas. Does that hold true even for some genuine Swiss watches? And what watch would you start a collection with if you only had a few thousasnd to spend?

Water resistant doesn't mean vapour resistant so a sauna gives watch seals a bad time - water has a surface tension, that's why it forms drops, steam doesn't and can find its way past seals. Also don't wear your watches in the shower - soap/shampoo isn't water and it can kill the seals. Dish washing detergent/soap is even worse -if you spill a tiny amount of fresh water on a kitchen surface you will see small drops. if you add a drop of dish washing soap to the water and spill a little on the same surface it won't form droplets as the detergent removes the surface tension from the water so the water spreads a lot more and look flat instead of round drops. This soapy water will get into your watch REALLY easily. It may sound like bull but it really isn't. By all means use a diving watch for swimming or diving, but don't submerge it, or any watch, in soapy water.
Its actually callled a panda becasue of the black and white dial. The three circles your mistaking for eyes and a mouth are what actually make it a chronograph.

I've heard if you bring back fake watches to the States or Europe, you have to show receipts for these luxury items, and if they are fakes, they'll get confiscated by Customs.

I own an authentic Tag and Breitling. However, I have recently purchased a Rolex Submariner Hulk Super Clone and a Daytona Montoya Sonic Super Clone. They have just gotten too good to bother with the genuine article. If you have no money but show up with an expensive looking watch, everyone will think it's fake. @@terrykardatzke6654 Hey Terry thanks for watching! I bought my girlfriend a really nice Chanel purse for about $80. The asking price will be about $300. To get them down that far you'll have to try several vendors for the purse you want then just walk away when they tell you the price holding the 2 million VND you would have paid them and see if they chase you. I've flown with 3-4 watches scattered throughout my luggage. Not sure about the super clone watches with the large wooden boxes and certificates though. The people who get busted at airports for that kind of thing usually have dozens of the same product and look like resellers. Hope that helps.

Always a place to get something cheaper. Sometimes you get a bad watch and these guys will replace or fix it for you. And not all the fakes are the same. It's hit or miss anywhere.

@@Isudhanshu_biswas Haha ok bro... I know the shop at the Ben Thanh Market well - the one in the video. They have all of the quality watches and sometimes the price. They get so many tourists walking in that there's always a negotiation. But I found a lot of watch vendors at the MBK Market who were offering the decent copies for around $100 - $150. If you are just looking for copy watches, you should probably go there, to MBK because you can compare the watch price and quality at about 10 vendors all in one place. The price is always negotiable, so it's better to have more sellers to negotiate with.

This all breaks within 6 months, beware that all materials used are of very low quality. So is the duality of automatic or mechanical watches. Don’t buy a battery fake if the original is automatic 🤷♂️
I live in Saigon myself and I have been into watches for a very long time. I don’t think I would ever buy a fake watch for various reasons, but I am always curious to look at these fakes or even super clones. Hope to see you are Saigon sometime.

It's sad that watches that look good cost over 1k+. AMZWATCH watches are REALLY well made, and it just shows how a brand name on a watch can make its price 10x higher. I understand that if you look under a microscope, you'll find the difference, but just how many of you really inspect a watch at that level when you see someone with a watch?
It depends on the super clones. Basic ones like for a Rolex OP will be around there. Daytonas from the same REP manufacturers (like Clean Factory, VS Factory) will easily be above 1k. Then of course the super clones for Richard Milles or other pricier luxury watches can go closer to 1.5 or 2k
@@Thongn246Daytonas from Clean or VSF are between 800-900. That's why I said up to $900. I have no idea what a replica Richard Mille is going for because I've never cared enough about those rubbish watches to look.

The ladies watches usually hold up pretty well. Girls aren't as hard on them as guys who take them to the gym, etc. My girl's copy Rado watch has been going for 6 months.

But most homage watches are essentially photocopy designs of some well known luxury or very popular watch - they are essentially clones even though they don't have the brand name. When you cut away the crap describing a watch as a homage is just to skirt around copyright laws. A homage is a copy of someone else's design, so it's a clone. I've bought a 'homage' watch because I like the original it is based on/copied from but wouldn't spend10k on the original but it is a clone just like any other. I wouldn't ever buy a superclone version of a luxury watch because there is a wide selection of excellent original watches in the 500 to 1,000 range that come with a good warranty. I'd consider spending a few hundred on a clone/homage watch as if it dies it's no big deal. But I won't try fooling myself that a homage is ok but a clone is bad as they are the same thing.
@philjones352 I did not comment to argue about homages. I just think it's funny that he rails on them but will take an homage to a Rolex logo for his own business. I like the logo but it is a copy Same with some of the watches.

How about a super clone Rolex Daytona Rainbow in a white Gold finish. And any Richard Mille any Tourbillion or the new McLaren Watch. Would of loved to of seen a Super Clone of those watches. I own a Real Rolex Daytona Rainbow White Gold and that sits in my Bank safety deposit box. I've yet to own a Real RM as I can't justify spending a Half Million Plus. Unfortunately I can't buy it cause now at Tokyo Airports they have a special scanner that can tell you when is a fake watch! and the Law now is worst than before about it! You may be prosecuted by law if you knowingly import a counterfeit product (Article 109 paragraph 2 of the Customs Law stipulates that those who import any article which infringes upon intellectual property rights shall be sentenced to imprisonment of up to 10 years and/or fined up to 10 million yen.
If you spend 30k instead of 900$ and nobody can tell difference other than a Jeweler then so be it. Rock the watch and love it
That's why a lot of guys with the $30,000 watch just wear the copy and leave the legit thing at home in a safe.

No I wouldn't pay that. None of the movements are Swiss - they're pretty good but they're from Japan or China. Offer $150.

@@Isudhanshu_biswas Haha ok bro... I know the shop at the Ben Thanh Market well - the one in the video. They have all of the quality watches and sometimes the price. They get so many tourists walking in that there's always a negotiation. But I found a lot of watch vendors at the MBK Market who were offering the decent copies for around $100 - $150. If you are just looking for copy watches, you should probably go there, to MBK because you can compare the watch price and quality at about 10 vendors all in one place. The price is always negotiable, so it's better to have more sellers to negotiate with.

This all breaks within 6 months, beware that all materials used are of very low quality. So is the duality of automatic or mechanical watches. Don’t buy a battery fake if the original is automatic 🤷♂️

It's sad that watches that look good cost over 1k+. AMZWATCH watches are REALLY well made, and it just shows how a brand name on a watch can make its price 10x higher. I understand that if you look under a microscope, you'll find the difference, but just how many of you really inspect a watch at that level when you see someone with a watch?

You can get super clones for $500-$600. Some watch models are up to $900, but you can get great duper clones for just over $500.
It depends on the super clones. Basic ones like for a Rolex OP will be around there. Daytonas from the same REP manufacturers (like Clean Factory, VS Factory) will easily be above 1k. Then of course the super clones for Richard Milles or other pricier luxury watches can go closer to 1.5 or 2k
Heard from some sources that Ben Thanh Market here do have some of these super clones from Clean and VSF

Why wear a fake. I love the homage watches but why do you feel the need to have the name on it? Are you trying to fool people and impress them?
But most homage watches are essentially photocopy designs of some well known luxury or very popular watch - they are essentially clones even though they don't have the brand name.
When you cut away the crap describing a watch as a homage is just to skirt around copyright laws. A homage is a copy of someone else's design, so it's a clone. I've bought a 'homage' watch because I like the original it is based on/copied from but wouldn't spend10k on the original but it is a clone just like any other.
I wouldn't ever buy a superclone version of a luxury watch because there is a wide selection of excellent original watches in the 500 to 1,000 range that come with a good warranty. I'd consider spending a few hundred on a clone/homage watch as if it dies it's no big deal. But I won't try fooling myself that a homage is ok but a clone is bad as they are the same thing.
@philjones352 I did not comment to argue about homages. I just think it's funny that he rails on them but will take an homage to a Rolex logo for his own business. I like the logo but it is a copy Same with some of the watches.
