We need a full workout in the C10, please!! 😁 Using all the pulleys, all the 2:1 and 1:1 ratios, and an opinion about the new front adjustable pulleys while using them. We don't need to see the bench, there are already a lot of reviews of it, but nothing really about the C10 itself.
I have the G12 V2 bought it in the UK after watching your past comparison videos, have to say I'm really really impressed with it. The Vertical leg press felt a little funky though but I'll adapt to it. Overall its a great peace of kit, I paid £3,245 (£250 was a store discount for the recent Olympics) then managed to get £500 cash back for minor scratch marks. Everything's been touched up and I'm so happy I purchased this. Thank you once again for these videos. I've gone from being a Kid in the 90's watching you wrestle in Right to Censor to taking your advice and purchasing this amazing all on one trainer.
The advantages of 1:2 is that you get double cable travel compared to 1:1. The C10 will therefore have way more cable travel on the functional trainer compared to G12. The C10 also has the ability to have a wide distance between the pulleys for some exercises and narrowed for other exercises. When using the wide setting, you will probably need the extra cable length when doing cross over style exercises. The disadvantage of 1:2 is that the weight is halved and this means too little weight for rows and pull down. I think it is pure genius that they made the pull down 1:1 and the low row 2:1. You get the long cable travel for the functional trainer and yet still have heavy rows with pull down in the middle. I live in the metric world, so please forgive me my units, but that would be 50 kg for the functional trainer, 100 kg for pull down and 200 kg for low rows. Perfect for most people in my opinion.
If you were going to create a program for someone getting into pro wrestling to create the look needed to help the audience suspend disbelief what would that look like? Also the way you handled questions about Godfather being a bully to you was pure class and a great example for anyone dealing with similar circumstances.

I am planning on purchasing the G12 basiced on your video. Thank you. But I am going to Houston to check out the C10 .
Good idea to check it out in person and make a more educated decision. Thank you for using my link.

We are actually dedicating an entire episode to just that subject. Also, I’m offering one on one coaching soon.
