I was driving on the A17, it felt like my own personal air show! It was incredible, I wondered what it was - now I know & feel lucky to have witnessed it by pure chance!
Wishing I had got to Cranwell instead of Marham, much better view of the practice 👍👏 Just wondering what branch is the crow from 🙄😂 and the best sound came in circa 1:50 👌😍 Thanks for posting 👍
Obviously the flypast is aiming for the Palace. After the aircraft flyover, the slower stuff should initially turn to the North and the faster stuff should continue West and to the South. The closer you get to the Palace, the more you’ll see. I’d recommend looking online to see where to go that’s closest to you.
@@AviationHighlights is there a website to say where to go close to me? I could head over to holyport or tallow in Maidenhead would I see it from there or do I need to head down further, I’m so sorry if I’m anoying you but your the only person that’s replied to me. Thanks so much
They would need the English Electric Lightning for that, and there aren't enough left for a formation. I wouldn't mind a Mach 2 screampast though. Break some windows.

All that Fuel Waste to show respect for the King?!? I didn't vote for him! Are these the same clowns telling the rest of the populous to stop eating meat, don't drive cars, minimize your heat / AC , go green to minimize our carbon footprint?
More to it than that. It’s also utilised as a Military exercise. Each element has to be perfectly positioned and timed to arrive at it’s target on time. There is approximately 50 miles between the front and the back but they each make it over their target in 30 second intervals of each other. So yes, it might be a display for us on the ground but it’s good training for the pilots as well.

Should be a magnificent display on the 6th!!
That is absolutely incredible 🤩🤩
Imagine if the Vulcan could have been there.....
It is a shame that the full flypast couldn’t take place on coronation day because of the poor weather conditions.
LOL I just said pretty much the same thing!
I love the typhoon jets thay are the best jets ever the fastest jets in world I think any way whoever made this keep it up
Can't wait to see it in person!
It will certainly be one to remember!
@@AviationHighlights oh yes! I'll be working up at Windsor for it so won't be able to take photos sadly😭😂
The one with propeller plane is the big white one going to island?

These are just the lead elements working on the timing. There will be more aircraft in the actual event.
And less King❤️
@@Rich6270 And Queen!
Nice one 🫡
The start the one on right turn is that the a10?
Gutted the weather was bad today. What was the plane at 4:00, the one at the bottom of the screen?
RC135 Rivet Joint
I am really sad because I was gonna go to Cranwell today
Looking forward to watching the flypast on my way to the food bank.
It is a shame that the weather prevented the majority of these aircraft from flying during the actual coronation ceremony.
It's on Saturday 6th May ... not 8th May!
Whoops, thank you!
Funny how two Hercs but only one A400.
Shame that was all we did see of it 😕
I watched the fly pass and there is only helps and the red arrows 😢😮
Think I would see it over Woodley in reading?
You might get the tail end of one or two elements but I’d recommend moving a bit further east to avoid disappointment.
@@AviationHighlights ah okay where do u recommend me going to see it that’s close to me?
@@AviationHighlights thanks for telling me Il try find somewhere

Where are the red arrows😢😢
The Reds were out in southern Europe on their routine training exercise. They’ve come back specially for the flypast.
Did the RAF have to Hire a few American aircraft?
No
He’s not a Kings Asshole❤it’s amazing they weren’t inverted like all the birds that fly over him knowing he’s not worth shitting on.
If there are any woman pilots and they fly upside down they are sure to have crack up according to Confucius
I hope they are all electric, otherwise that could potentially be seen as a bit hypercritical Charlie
They would need the English Electric Lightning for that, and there aren't enough left for a formation. I wouldn't mind a Mach 2 screampast though. Break some windows.
Super unlucky
Who’s paying for the carbon offset ? I know our new king is incredibly frugal and very passionate about climate change and the environment
Waste of money the money could be used to feed the poor not waste it on this coronation

And I bet normal flights are being cancelled so these people can fly for king Charles which is wrong
@@James_Doyle83 I doubt that very much, a slight delay maybe but nothing more
A shocking waste of money, fuel and resources to pander to the wants and needs of an unelected narcissist!
