Horizon Hills is a good, enclosed area place to walk/ride bicycle. Adding a mall like this to it seems to further enhance its walkability factor. I like it, my personal opinion.

Horizon Hills definitely need a mall, but make sure bring in the standard retails. If repeating like JB local mall like Sutera, KSL, then can say goodbye.
That's what the locals need, if you build high end of course they can't afford.

@@lentoslin360 crowded doesn't mean high buying power, most of them are there for the foods and air-con.

Bandar terancang yg bagus xperlu lrt, just kena ada train yg xperlu ada viaduct tinggi tinggi jambatan apa smua mcm kat eropah supaya accessible. negara kita mmg dah gagal rancang bandar sejak azali lgi.

It’s a community mall. Mostly will bring in those branded cafe and supermarket for nearby residences.
JPO is an outlet concept originally from USA, the designer of the JPO almost same with the outlet from USA, Japan and Korea. It’s brought in by Genting Berhard.

Kann...aku pon terfikir gitu jugak...mungkin sbb kawasan JB ni penduduk hampir 2 juta kot nk compare dgn daerah lain tk smpai 1 juta lagi...
@@bergson6578 JB ni mmg patut pun dibangunkan lagi dgn adanya sistem LRT dan MRT confirm gempak habis tambahan sebelah dgn Singapore... Batu Pahat termasuk Yong Peng pulak patut dibangunkan... Banyakkan lagi mall dan industri kat Batu Pahat biar jadi lubuk emas pekerjaan kat area utara Johor.... Siapa yg taknak duduk JB ada pilihan boleh duduk BP... Sama mcm JB jugak, siapa taknak kerja Singapore boleh je kerja JB...

Depends on the company, if they are experienced mall operators like Sunway or Capitaland or IGB then you don't have to worry but if they're not then it will definitely be another death mall.
