As a bangsa Johor, there are indeed quite a number of new developments for the past 10 years. Hopefully, there will be further improvements on the public transportation system like KL.
Need to have a new international airport at the Iskandar Puteri district called JBIA with MRT connectivity from the nearest HSR station and JB Sentral that links to the ETS and RTS station at Bukit Chagar
I moved from Selangor to JB since 18 yrs ago. Comfortable living in JB more than KL Selangor. I noticed most of the project that you mentioned, proud of it.
As a johorean, tak mintak banyak lepasni, cuma perbanyakkan public transport like shuttle bus , LRT , or MRT bawah tanah.. Kat bandar jb boleh sangat buat mrt bwah tanah sebab jarang bandar jb kena banjir besar ke tanah runtuh ke,, so mmg sesuai sangat untuk buat lrt or mrt bwah tanah
13 years ago i came to johor.... That time nothing special to me just place to work... But from that time johor has develope much.. Starting from danga bay.. Forest city... Puteri habour.. And so other project... I've seen it all entire 13 years here... Wow...

Maybe they can revive back danga city mall as park & ride station for dedicated train service to Jb sentral by using EDTP train, so will help to reduce the road traffic bottleneck / congestion especially during peak hour and weekend at the new JB RTS station. People can park their vehicle at Danga City mall train station and use the EDTP train to JB sentral, then walk to JB RTS station. Jus my 2cent opinion.

Many new townships are relatively babies. Need sometimes to be matured. But with a better integrated public transportation this somehow can speed up this process. I really hope gov will focus on this project as this is a gov initiative.

With all of Iskandar Malaysia, Greater Penang and KV being covered, I really hope that MVV 2.0. also being highlighted. It is such an underrated growth corridor compared to the former three. A future growth corridor set to complement Greater KL in the near future.

Development of the MVV will be done in phases, with the first phase is the construction of the Nilai-Enstek Bypass a.k.a. NLE in Parcel A (Nilai - Enstek corridor, which also include the upcoming Hamilton Industrial Park), XME Industrial Park, and Nilai Vision City. Apart from that, new townships and developments are also being developed within the MVV corridor like Bandar Springhill (undergoing expansion with a brand new industrial park), Bandar Sri Sendayan, Bandar Ainsdale, Seremban 2, Techparks 2 (under construction) and 3 (future), etc. Future phases will witness the construction of the NS Aerospace Valley in either Parcel B or C. The MVV is a long term megaproject, so did Iskandar Malaysia, thus it would take long to be fully developed. Iskandar Malaysia was first conceived in 2006 i guess, while MVV2.0. (formerly just MVV) incepted in 2014, during Tok Mat's tenure, then rebranded into what we know today by Tok Min, in 2018.

Walaupun Johor belum boleh menandingi KL tapi pembangunan Johor lebih teratur dan tersusun pasti Bandaraya ini akan menjadi bandaraya yang paling teratur dalam Malaysia cuma masalahnya kepesatan penduduknya masih rendah dan infrastruktur yg dibangunkan dikhuatiri tidak berpenghuni ini menyebabkan pelaburan akan berfikir dua kali UTK meneruskanya
Penduduk kedua paling ramai lps KV..penduduk Iskandar Malaysia dah hampir 3 juta org..penduduk jb pun dah melebihi 2 juta org..target iskandar malaysia akan cecah 4 juta org menjelang 2025
@@Uwu_girl_like_emo Projek2 Johor ni paling padu dlm Nagara diharap semuanya berjalan lancar walaupun dah agak delay tapi yg penting dia diteruskan krn kita perlukan bandar2 baru muncul selain KL bermula tahun 2025.

Management no good...asset is not properly maintained & utilised...public transportation is bad...many places not covered & long waiting time...
0 affordable houses and 0 last mile public transport showcased. all shinny stuff but non fundamentally bring the city to the next level.
