I love my wind chill pearl lc250. I’ve done wheels/tires, roof rack, sliders, and skids. I haven’t liked any of the bumpers I’ve seen so far but this one? LOVE IT. A little pricy but I’m local to Slee and think this is the way to go, plus the bar makes the nacho lights look extra clean which I’m also gonna get. Sick build so far. Got so many ideas from your rig.
Are you going to do a video on the hatch and glass openings from the inside of the vehicle? I would love to add that to my Land Cruiser
Not planning to, I don’t see any demand for it, but you never know.
@edmartintoyota8599 last time you said you were going to make a video for opening the hatch from the inside. I know on the Land Cruiser forum people have talked about that very often. Love to see that
@@edmartintoyota8599 Would love to see the details of those interior switches as well! Interest!!
Looks good, Toyota should offer most of these upgrades as factory installed options.
That looks awesome...
Eric, what is your MPG like now with all these mods? Love the way this 250 looks!
How did you wire the winch? Where did you pull power from?
Super nice. Is that a 200 series behind you at the end of the video?
Nice build, Eric. Because of the added suspension lift, relocation of the parking sensors, and relocation of the front camera and monitors, did you have to have Toyota reprogram/readjust/update the safety sensors, and or reprogram and re-aim the cameras and monitors?
Love the internal buttons for the hatch and hatch glass. Can’t believe those aren’t on the key fob.
Whole rig looks great. How much extra have you spent? I’m guessing (without your discounts) that you’re getting close to $90k all in?
So sick looking and very practical I love this build. been following along the whole way. Want to do the same thing some day. When your all done I would like to know if this could be dropped off at Slee to get it all done up. Thank you in advance.
You can always send yours to Slee. If you are in the market for one, I am happy to sell you one and ship it out to Slee post-sale
Anxious to see what trekboxx comes up with for the sleeper. I have an LC250 too and on the market for a sleeper where I can retain the rear seat and use a dometic cd30 instead of a traditional fridge. Right now ADGU is the only thing that comes close, would love to see some competition there.
Trekboxx will have a few options for us, but I think sacrificing the cd30 would gain you a lot of needed room for sleeping in terms of vertical room.
@edmartintoyota8599 Good to hear it, I hope they're watching the thread 😆. Yes I know re headspace. I'm willing to sacrifice it EOD, it's headspace or taking advantage of the full width, and I'd want to be able to sleep 2
Does their base platform get you any vertical inches back? Looks like the goosegear base may get an inch but also looks like a thinner ply.
I like the Prado badge. But I think the OEM ROW Prado badge would be much cleaner, smaller, and simpler. I just can’t the part number for it. With your dealer access, maybe you can have better luck at obtaining such info.
This is the only OEM Prado emblem I could find (via eBay). US dealers don’t have access to non-US market parts, unfortunately. I agree with your point, should you find one, please share link.
Hi Eric, again I have a question for an LC 250 diésel from Venezuela. This model doesn’t come with parking sensors, what do I need to implement them??
I like the Slee products, do you have a Slee discount code ?
No discount code. They are a premium brand and a small business. Please support them.
