His lawyers don’t want to be his lawyers. They have asked the judge 13 times to be taken off his case. Them doing nothing about the texts was their way of just trying to get the case over with.

It's not misrepresentation to hand over MORE than is necessary.
It can be considered bad form to swamp your oposition with lots of dubiously related info, but they'd only get yelled at by the judge and maybe get a talking to by the bar for purposefully handing them tons of irrelevant data.
      This? This is gold.

@@cassiusdhami9215 you are correct that a regular person would be in jail for contempt at this point. However, I feel that in this case the judge rightly feels that this defendant needs to be publicly judged on the merits of the case. Jone's team was TRYING to get a mistrial. It was his only way out of this particular trial. He had already lost because he refused to turn over information, so his only hope of trying to start over from scratch is getting it declared as a mistrial. No lawyer would behave like his have unless they were intentionally trying to throw the case. The opposing council was smart to bring it up in an attempt to get out ahead of their plan.
I do have another important question, if there was child pron on Jones' phone WHY THE F*CK WAS HE NOT PROSECUTED FOR IT?!? Different rules for the rich. He's wealthy enough they just find some CP and shrug it off. Disgusting. There is no justice in our justice system.

The lawyer laughing and then saying "yes Mr. Jones, indeed", sounded like something out of an Indiana Jones movie.

Still awful what happened to the parents and I hope they will receive their justice, I find a lot of humor with how Alex Jones team has been handling this case and how he keeps digging him self deeper and deeper. Far more entertaining then the johnny depp trial

    > Makes upwards of 800k per day

Now that's a definitive proof that you can be obscenely and undeservedly rich, and still dumber than a pile of rocks... if anyone still needed a proof, that is.

The only thing I can imagine to explain Jones' behavior during this trial is either that he's just that dumb, or he's counting on a crazed fan killing several people involved in his case, and then.... I don't know... Either he thinks Trump will be back in and pardon him or he thinks the world will genuinely fall apart before he can face consequences

When Alex Jones loses his mind because he was already found liable for the offenses he committed so the judge is able to tell the jury this when they are in the subsequent damages portion of the trial is utterly hilarious to me.
He is only capable of coping
