The only Sion adjacent nerfs in 14.3 were Titanic and Rookern but Baus doesn't use them that often so it's probably more of a meta shift that he's gripping about.

Basically, Baus's main objective was to get a million CS and turret plates. He would die for it because the enemy would get a bounty for having those kills. But now, all that CS and turret plate baus got is essentially flagging his team as 'winning', which makes his opponent unable (or at least, way less likely) to get a bounty, even if their score is 6/0/0 or something.
TLDR: the patch made it so his opponents will almost never have bounties unless the rest of his team is severely losing.
Seeing an aatrox abuser get absolutely smashed while baus trolls makes my day.

Bellybutton is actually kinda similar but because of it's shape dirt is likely to pile up there and stay for long time. But in normal day-to-day life the part of your body which dirtiness actually matters are your hands since you're touching stuff all the time.
