LV1-1 Flight test

  • This is my fourth test of a model rocket and LV1 second flight. I had to cut the brocken parts from the previous flight test and this time, with the reduced delay of the parachute deployment from 5 to 3 seconds, the rocket successfuly landed. The motor is a D9-3 from KLIMA.
    LV1 is all made from scratch by myself from 3D printed parts, balsa wood and a plastic golf ball container (inside diameter is 47 mm).
    Nomenclature of my flights :
    LVN-n (Covers the whole rocket to name it)
    LV = Launch Vehicule
    N = Model number
    n = Flight number
    APVN-n (Covers the part that contains the camera)
    APV = Atmospheric Photography Vehicule
    MPVN-n (Covers the propulsion part)
    MPV = Main Propulsion Vehicule
