Literally 5 minutes late in this city and you're asking for trouble. The traffic just appears within a matter of minutes or seconds. This is weekday traffic by the way. If I'm on time it isn't this bad. The weekend morning traffic is blissful compared this this. I must say I ended up being very late to work, but it sounds like I haven't been the only one.
