Great video 👍My brother sent me the link (he does running/hiking) as we used to do wild camping years back BUT my fitness levels are rubbish as i have asthma but this video is very inspiring & maybe i could do something similar one day (you never know) Ive subscribed - Keep on sharing these great videos 👍

I ate mostly energy bar/cereals bars (clif bloks & clif bars), Peperami (like salami) and crisps (Potato chips), and started with a few energy drinks. As I started in the afternoon (after a good lunch) and finished before lunchtime the next day I was able to reduce my need to carry too much food.
