Excellent video! Fine job Lads of the LAFD, I have been retired 16 years from a CA dept and I shake my head when I think of the things I did in my career. I was blessed to have such a great job for all those years and very proud of the men and women that do the job now. Be Safe and NEVER FORGET.
@@562FIREPHOTO I've been on many fire calls over the past 24 years as a firefighter. We don't have an issue with bystanders, as long as they don't get in the way, and stay away from the apparatus. There are a couple of fire buffs around here that everyone knows, but they know the rules on an incident scene. Keep up the good work and be safe 🧑🚒
See this guys running getting shit done, i saw a lot of videos of the new york fire department barely walking like if they were being forced to do it, any california fire deparment, nevada, arizona, are badass
Yeah lots of guys running back to the truck to put their SCBAs on . Makes absolutely no sense keeping the air paks in an outside compartment making them scramble to don them after arriving on scene

I agree LAFD did Well
la firemen are always running to get the job done. impressive !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is true !
Really good video! Surprised that you didn't get in trouble for being on an active fireground. Guess things are different out in California.
I have covered many fires. Never had an isssue. They allow it and most departments recognize me on calls etc,
Thank you for watching !

That is correct
Sadly yes.
@@bajamedic they have a very weird look
Sadly yes... they are going to the CLOWN helmet. The new Chief is trying to make a name for herself😂
@@mikefargo4339 traditional helmets are clown helmets?

I agree I’ve seen some videos of Fdny in action … West Coast Firefighters handle business.

Were you a part of the photography class that was there too?
No , not at all .
They were all in the way of FD
Looks like it might be arson
That is 100% correct. The homeless literally sleep right behind , in front of all these business.
@@562FIREPHOTO Dang I feel bad for the homeless and the business
FIVE HUNDRED FIREPUKES...AND ONLY FIVE ACTUALLY WORKING....TYPICAL....
I would say LAFD did an amazing job … every single member was working hard
