Robert Reed was my TV father...I shed a tear when he died ...growing up in an abusive family....this show was my outlet from reality...every Tuesday night in Chicago...in the early 70s my life was on hold while watching The Brady Bunch..they were my family I hoped to have had...Robert Reed ..you were the father I wished I had growing up...where ever you are you touched many lives ...mine especially...RIP

Huh? Jan had the most developed, nuanced personality of all of the kids and Eve Plumb was far and away the best actor.
I love Alice, more since I got older, but i find myself laughing at her a lot, she really seems like a dear woman, I miss her.
I met her and got her autograph while she minded some of the kids who came with her and she was lovely and good with the kids.

I don't care what any one says I loved this show and watched it growing up and I got the whole package for Christmas and I still love it today. I always had a soft spot for Ann B Davis. And so sad that Florance and Robert aren't here today to see the reno they did on the house, I know they would of loved it. We need more of these shows today for our kids.

As a "Brady Bunch" fan myself, I was looking forward to finally watching this video, but had to turn it off when Jenny McCarthy came on, just not interested in watching ANYTHING she's involved in, pity. I agree with the comment below, who the fuck cares if Robert Reed was gay?? According to Barry Williams, Reed never brought any of that to the set, Reed brought alot of professionalism and that's all that matters, period, if was unfortunate that he was "outed" after his death, it's unfortunate that people such as Florence Henderson feel a need to even discuss it. What I found sad about Reed was how much he apparently disliked doing the series, he was so good as "Mike Brady" I couldn't imagine anybody else in the role, may Robert Reed rest in peace.

That was cool! Thank you for posting this. I was very very young when I watched re-runs of the Brady Bunch and it was my favorite show. I loved it. I remember my family would all sit together and watch each weekly episode. My father is not alive anymore, but every time I see anything about the Brady Bunch it reminds me of my father. It's a little bittersweet because he's no longer here but it is sweet because it's a fond memory of being together as a family watching all the cool shows of the time like The Jeffersons, the Brady Bunch, Charlie's Angels, Wonder Woman, Bionic Woman.... Those were very simple times, so tv shows were all the rage. There wasn't much else to do as a very poor family back then. Haha

All the Brady "kids" are playing themselves on HGTV's reality series "A Very Brady Renovation"
Episode #3 premiers this coming Monday, where they will be recreating the kitchen and family room.
Ep. 1 is the cast reunion and the story of HGTV's acquisition of the Studio City house that was only used for the exterior.
Ep 2 is recreating the classic view of the exterior front and the living room, including one of the vases that Peter busted.
I am very tempted to buy the complete The Brady Bunch DVD set just to see how accurate they are with this project.

Not shocked, this is the best-produced Brady interview show I've ever seen. Jenny was a perfect host.
The show was done very well from the questions to the clips and the ending. Didn't care for Jenny she tried too hard and seemed fake but it wasn't about her, everything else great job!

okay so I realize this video is back in 2004 but I am still amazed at how everyone looks so young! I've always thought that Florence Henderson is in the top 10 most astonishingly beautiful women of all time in the same category as Jaclyn Smith. I can't believe I'm almost 53 and I look the same age as Florence Henderson. the very end of this show where everyone was singing the theme song, I had tears flooding my eyes. The first couple of seconds I thought I saw a Ramona Singer sitting in the audience that has got to be hurt when sitting there! so was that really the audience singing that well so PERFECTLY that's what put me in tears! my mother only allowed us to watch The Brady Bunch and The Partridge Family nothing else besides the Donny and Marie Osmond show. This was FANTASTIC FOR ME to see them together. I just wish the Dad we're still here.

And gaps, seem to be for commercial breaks to be inserted,
but the gaps where only about 30 seconds, not your normal 3-4 minutes. So that's weird.
Over all I didn't mind this 'reunion'. However there were a few 'cringe' moments.
Being born in '62', I grew up with show and watched it every day after after school in the late '70's, along with Gilligan's Island and then Star Trek in the evening.

The Brady Bunch has been accused of being a Feel Good show. And it was. But Feel Good shows played a role in society, they lifted spirits, made people feel better after a long day. And the Bradys did a fantastic job in my opinion. We need shows like this back!

It is quite sad that Marcia and Jan had a falling out just because of a misunderstanding. Wonder if they ever patched things up. They were so close for so long, it is a shame that Eve held such a silly grudge for such a long time.

The thing I think is cool, is that the host of the show is one of the most Cheeseball people imaginable, but the cast ignores the cheesiness and answers the questions with sincerity.
When you think about it, that's very impressive: to take a shitty host and steer the show in a good direction. Hats off to them.

When I was growing up, things where not black and white or rosie, so The Brady Bunch took away a lot of problems and anger that would be part of my life, even today in 2019 I still enjoy watching the goings on of a family and the ups and downs they faced and wished I was part of something that many people wished and hoped of a family life as they had. YES it was a Television Program, but a medium we should all try to be apart of so future generations will not treat one another with violence or hatred. In saying that " The Brady Bunch " should be a bench mark that we measure our own lives too. Thankyou to the Creator.

How did I not watch this special reunion back in 2004. This is so awesome. It is really sad that all of the adults have passed. Florence Henderson's really shocked me. I really miss them. The show always had a way of making all things work out in the end. I wish real life was that way.

I kinda understand that, too. The characters are abit disconnected when out of the usual environment for some reason. Hard to explain.
I liked the Hawaii episodes especially seeing Marcia & Jan in Bikinis they were hot back then.
I totally agree. The camping one was pretty good, but I didnt like Hawaii, grand canyon or the ghost town. I guess I couldnt relate to those episodes but love this show, so much! Also I didnt like when they brought in Oliver! Just my opinion.

Jenny McCarthy brings with her an atmosphere of sexuality. In the way she is, the things she asks, her body language etc. The charm of the Brady Bunch however was always wholesome family fun and it's that sense of nostalgia and innocence people are wanting to see in the reunion. Why oh why McCarthy?
