Today we prepare an ancient Roman pork roast with bay laurel leaves and berries. This flavorful and aromatic porcellum laureatum is a delicious way to experience the aromas of an ancient Roman Saturnalia feast.
Ingredients:
pork collar
olive oil
garum
red wine
raisin wine
spices (asafoetida, long pepper, caraway, celery seeds, cumin)
bay laurel berries
bay laurel leaves
