I have the 2019 A6 C8 version but basically same car as this.. same engine, transmission, and suspension, and I can say there is zero jerkiness with the transmission even at low speeds. Super smooth throughout throttle band. You really appreciate the smoothness, comfort, and quiet at highway speeds. Drives like a dream.
@@trinisuprazee Some basic issues with rattling in very beginning, and the touch screen vibration sensor had to be replaced first 6 months. But other than that. Nothing. Audi service were top notched where I live. Engine, transmission, comfort, handling, amenities… all perfect. Have about 30k miles now.
I clocked this Audi at 4.6s 0-60 by Dragy. I don't know what other car in its class with a 6 cylinder engine can beat this time? It really makes you wonder why even get the S6. The power delivery in this car feels like a V8 twin turbo. Lots of instant torque all over the rev range, and lighting fast shifts.
It doesn't. It's a mild hybrid, which means a small motor powers the electronics and AC. It also aids with the start/stop function and can shut the engine off when coasting.

Yeah the 3.0T is strong in this car, and with the dual clutch trans it almost does fill the cracks between the A6 2.0T and RS6

I can be jerky, yes. But it always knows the right gear to be in. Once you’re above 5-10 mph the transmission is quick and butter smooth.
