Thank you so much! I have to fix a hole in my bathroom due to a water leak and I had to cut out a big patch to find the piping. Wasn't sure how in the world I was going to fill in the huge hole that I made. This video was EXTREMELY helpful and you made it VERY easy to do for someone like me who is absolutely clueless as a recently divorced homeowner! Thank you again!

you are presenting your instructional video very well and I don't normally like to criticize other people's work but I've been doing 40 years. started off very well but instead of placing your wood back in horizontally you cut a piece of 1 by 6 wood Go vertically on the outside splitting the the opening in other words but one half of the one by 6 behind the old drywall screw that in place through the through the old drywall even above and below marking the middle of it on the old drywall the top and bottom doing the same on the stud marking that that place in your drywall on there and screw it in place. then the paper tape has to have mud behind it so it will not blister you're simply place was behind it put the tape on wipe it down let it dry overnight, then start the process of finishing the patch probably two or three coats sanding in between. I apologize for stepping on your toes but that is the way it's normally done and by the way would you started off by cutting your drywall then tracing a round that is the fastest and easiest way to do it very well done not a lot of people know that have a great day
