She shouldn't be allowed to take care of any child with her meth charges! Children's Services should be notified.
She's innocent until proven guilty
@@EveryGameGuru People seem to forget that, even though it is the cornerstone of our justice system.
That said, some judges will make such orders as a condition of bond, because, for the purposes of bond, the court considers the allegations as truthful (while still weighing other considerations as well).
And she already pled guilty. Some things are a obvious.
@@terriannrose56 Where are you getting this information, and why would she be free on Bond if she plead guilty?
@@terriannrose56 also, something that SHOULD be obvious, is using "an" instead of "a" before a vowel
Everyone has a job lined up when they go to jail
"she was just turning her life around........."
And just starting college.....next week. It doesn't matter what time of year, it is always next week. I always thought schools started in the Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer. Nope, always next week.
lawyer - and you have money to pay me?
her - well im looking for someone dumb enough to hire someone with a lot of drug charges and pay me $1,000 per minute so i should have plenty of money to pay you with
her - hello....hello...are you there?...
Y'all forgot she's got her sick grandma to take care of and has a job interview tomorrow

In the age of Zoom, when the judge wants you to appear in person for a bond revocation hearing, the only place you're going is jail. Thank you for playing!
When the judge set a hearing for the next day i expect nothing else but a trip to jail after the hearing.
And you DO NOT get to collect 200 dollars, but you could get 200 DAYS....IN JAIL! Enjoy your paring gift¡😂😂😂😂
@@ConfusedCobra-qt1nv That was my favorite case of all. This Judge kept her talking. 😂
This woman is single handedly keeping this courthouse busy as a beehive!
Its never a good thing when they tell you, "You need to appear at the court house"😑😆
For sure. When you're required to come in person, once you enter the courtroom, you KNOW you're not going home after.
Judge “Why haven’t u been working”
Defendant “Because I’ve been too busy dealing meth, duh!”
What do you have to do to be revoked in Butler County? If this was Judge Boyd she wouldn't be taking care of a minor.
Texas does not play
Judge Boyd, "I find you guilty of speeding 11 MPH over the limit. That will $150 fine and parenting classes."
@MrPither999 and 90 sober classes in 90 days. Proof of employment in 30 days and no employment as a home health aid or with children.
@deborahbaker1092 lol I hear that from judge boyd videos like literally ten times a day haha!
Nothing against Judge Boyd, but does she only reside over cases with plea bargains? I was watching her for quite a while but it seemed like every case she had was a plea bargain.
I haven’t worked in 6 mos, but I have a job interview tomorrow! I have to meet with attorneys… when? Tomorrow!!! 🙄
I would certainly let my daughter, with an impressive track record of meth related offenses, etc., watch my son. Good influence -- lots of energy, right?
DISTURBING AF.
She learned it all from her mom: did you catch the fact that the defendant was in foster care until she aged out? And that her mother got out of jail and got the defendant's son back from CPS? This poor girl didn't have much of a chance.
@maryjackson1194 This is what I was thinking. Her mother couldn't shape up to get her kids back until one of them was old enough to watch the kid for her. It's gotta be incredibly emotionally brutal to be abandoned by your parents and then the minute you're useful picked back up again. Most likely that childhood has made her a person that will do anything for love, or so I guess from the fact she wasn't supposed to contact the Tyler guy, all her crimes happen around him, and he's already in prison.
@@maryjackson1194I have to disagree. In my case, my parents were horrible but nothing they did had any influence on my life. I turned out pretty good, considering I was homeless at 12 years old. My parents moved to another State and left me behind. No Foster Care for me. I was on my own. The story differs on why they finally decided to move me to the State they lived in 2 years later. I was back out on my own at 16. They just didn't want me.
She has a job interview tomorrow. Now where have we heard that before?
Everyone who has ever been to court on serious charges ever has a job interview tomorrow. Especially if they were a drug dealer.
They were just trying to wait to start a minimum wage job and they were going to stop selling heroin or meth when they got their first $200 paycheck!
All those felony counts and she screws up her bond. Not the brightest crayon in the box. Would you want her babysitting your child?
Don't mess with Ms. Gillett. She's ON it.
Wow, mom just got custody back of a minor, and right out of the gate, she makes the decision to leave, said minor with a person facing 8 felony charges and this "upstanding" adult caregiver with no valid license (in case of emergency), and is a possible/accused, repeat offender. How far back (generations)does this family go with DCSF? Can this judge send this appearance to them to re-evaluate the mother's custody?
3.5 to 100 grams?? that is a huge jump. remember guys, if you decide to sell 3.5 grams you might as well have 100 grams.
Jill always has a smile on her face during reading of charges. She is so cute.
Atty. Gillett is sharp (pun intended) she pounced immediately when the judge misspoke and said "probation" instead of "bond".
3 times I think...
All Stays Safe 😊❤
Love the pun, Atty Gillet is very smart.
she ain't that sharp!
9 felonies, in person bond violation hearing, and a 13 yr old in a tie shows up as your PA...yeah, you goin to jail
The defendants face kept changing, she looked like she was beginning to realize that she is in big trouble
We can only hope so.
Dudes be like, "i could fix her"
I thought she was done for selling fixes.I could be wrong…
She needs help asap. Her life is a mess. Very sad.
I googled her name, she has a past and she was involved in a drug deal that got a teenager killed. She might look innocent, but can't stay away from trouble.
@@edvincent It looks like she was charged, along with 3 other teenagers, with 1st degree felony murder in 2019. If this is the same person she was 16 at the time.
@RH-cv1rg the article had a picture of her and I and it's 💯 her.
By the time she got to charge 5, the guy in the top, right-hand corner had made himself comfortable and settled in for the long-haul. As for her not working, she doesn't have any worries. At the jail she'll have a whole bunch of choices from laundry to sewing mailbags.
One of the court channels, maybe this one, had another lengthy case from the same day with that guy (wearing same hoodie) sitting through it. Can't tell by appearances, but if this is his first legal encounter, he's really had an education into what not to be doing!
She seems like she is hanging out with the wrong crowd, unless she is the wrong crowd.
Judge Boyd always says that you ARE the wrong crowd instead of hanging out with one.
Best thing for this kid likely is jail. Get her off the streets. Get her fed. Get her sobered up. Get her away from the co-defendant. Get her some counseling.
She’s still young. She could turn it around. I was 31 before I quit drugs. I’ll be 40 next month ❤
She doesn't look underfed...
@@rachelpauley6843 Were you using meth?
The defendant is lying, of course. Damn judge is letting her get away with her bullshit.
Amen to all of the above!!!
She posted bond @ $47,500 😮 even at 10% thats close to $5,000 yet let's not forget she's unemployed. 😂😂 She's definitely working in sales & not in Macy's. 😂😂😂
Naw mama paid that for her she wouldn't even have any amount of money close that saved up or put back ..so yeah that's mama paying that shit bc she feels guilty she was put in foster care and now mom got her shit together working full time job and got the minor child back but ol girl aged out so mom didnt get it together before she aged out so now this is Mom's way of feeling guilty for being a shitty parent and now she blames herself for the bad behavior of her daughter so it's her way of making up for her bs
Her poor Mother.. 🤦♀️ smh
Lmao did you see her addict face when bond was denied. Love it.
So often we only see the first part of the case. Thank you so much for posting both parts of her case.
Who ever bonded her out is going to lose their money now! How stupid can one person be!
And how dare she keep breaking the law when she is out on someone else's money. Shameful!! Exactly the reason why I would never bond anyone out - ever. No matter who it was.
Lol
Her bad-boy bf probably posted her bond, money earned from the sales of their "product" he wants to keep his eye on her.
She was bonded out by a bond company called Big Fish. They won't have put up the bond without substantial collateral. Let's hope that mom didn't put up her house as collateral.
@@judeiz2203 Dang, I was just about to say that
DCF is allowing her to be "RESPONSIBLE" for her little brother? SMART?
I googled Jordan's name, she avoided something just a few years ago. Yet here she is again. She's had her one "get out of jail free card" played already. I hate to say this, but with her past, she deserves to go to prison.
She was in foster care and has a mother that just got her youngest back from DCFS. That mother screwed her up big time.
Yeah that was the only moment I felt some sympathy. Generation trauma.
Yes, but when is it about the choices she makes rather than who was her mother. She knows what is the difference is between right and wrong. She is manipulative and a liar.
My brothers used each other’s info when they got stopped by police. One brother didn’t have a record and the other two did. Then they had the nerve to ask me to bail them out. Hard no from me.
Criminals are allowed to be dumb, but not to think we are dumb. She hasn't been working for months but as every criminal "tomorrow" is the day they have "The job" breakthrough.
Mom being her "Sponsor" doesn't seem to be working so well. Wake up Mom!
But she's a working single Mother.🙄
She's probably a tweaker herself.
her mom doesnt know shes up for hiring her daughter a lawyer
The mom that had a DCF case and lost custody? lol.
Damn 5 minutes in and we were still reading her charges.
Darn, she is pissed that the Warden didn’t give her a pass to distribute!
Wow! This girl is making all the wrong choices. At least, she finally accepted a lawyer.
Thank you for taking the time to combine and edit these two appearance for context!
Just let her rot in prison. It’s obvious she doesn’t want help just wants to keep breaking the laws.
I worked in a prison and we had 1 officer try to bring 3 POUNDS of Marijuana AND 2 POUNDS of meth.
Was the officer greedy, or just being blackmailed by gangs?
Wow 😳😳 her charges keep going, going and going....smh
Energizer Bunny. Meth does that.
These addicts can’t keep their lies straight. Liars.
How do you tell an addict is lying?
Their lips are moving
The drug tax stamp, what an interesting concept.
The drug tax stamp was introduced to provide an additional way to fight drug distributers, as the financial crime violations can be easier to prosecute in some cases.
@@DerDuckPond Same reason why a portion of the tax code requires you to disclose bribes, kickbacks, stolen goods, and other illegal sources of income. That way even if they can't necessarily prove the theft or bribe, they can possibly still get you on the tax evasion.
That's how they nailed Al Capone. I'm just saying.
It's a Kansas thing (keep in mind, national prohibition was modeled after Kansas prohibition which had existed since the 1800s). Alcohol here has always required a Kansas "stamp" (seal over the bottle cap). If you have a bottle of alcohol in Kansas without the Kansas tax, stamp, you are considered to be "bootlegging" alcohol. Cigarettes the same. Thus, it is illegal to purchase alcohol in a neighboring state, and then bring the (cheaper) booze into Kansas.
This translated to drug tax stamps -- I want to say in the mid-80s -- whereby if you were on possession of marijuana without a tax stamp, the charges went from misdemeanor to felony (or some such). Kansas obviously didn't sell drug stamps to anyone (still being a state where all marijuana use is illegal), ensuring that possession of more than a joint became jail time if not prison time.
Now, whether the "drug tax stamp" is employed in other states, I do not know. But Kansas doesn't care if you buy it *legally* in Colorado or Missouri or Timbuktu. Get pulled over in Kansas and you have Colorado plates, expect to be doing the "two-step" while they unload your car on the shoulder of I-70.
@@blindjustice8718 The drug tax stamps are also a thing in a few other states.
States do not require ID to buy them, and do sell some of the drug tax stamps, supposedly 😉 to stamp collectors.
the judge was reading the charges nearly 5 minutes into the video
Exactly I was having a hypothetical conversation with my daughter and I tuned into the channel thinking 🤔 damn is this someone else charge and they're all her's 👍🏼
Girl has 9 felonies but the thing that upsets her is the 2nd accusation of claiming to be her sister. 😂
I wouldn’t believe ANYTHING that comes out of Ms Denny’s mouth!!!
Good grief. How much is she going to keep doing. I bet her Mum will be happy that her $47000 bond will be forfeited.
I bet her sister is really hapoy she used her driver's licence.
Such a fantastic upstanding person. NOT
I could totally fix her. NP
I think she said she aged out of foster care. I adopted a child out of the state custody. It's an awful place for kids. I'm surprised she acted as calmly as she did.
So we should just allow her to commit crimes and but innocent peoples lives at risk?
Her Mum didn't lose her money, her friend who is a Drug Lord did.
This girl is looking at 13 years on the low side and 53 years on the high side if they push for the max and run consecutively!
Either way she has destroyed her life before it even started. The state of Kansas it seems does not play.
It's so sad.
Can't imagine her mother allowing her to care for her little brother!! 🤯🤯
And you believe her
Mom didn’t care. She was in foster care until she aged out.
well she needs someone to watch the kid while she gets her meth. Atleast until the kid starts using like the rest of the family
Wow this kid is in trouble
In her defense, she was apparently born with two strikes against her since her mother is scum and single.
Judge Judy: “Beauty fades, but stupid is forever.” 😂
if she gets a job then how is she going to help her mom with her little brother? how is she going to go to rehab if she gets a job? she doesn't have any plan just a bunch of lies.
How old is this brother? Mom with a DCF case regarding the brother? Boy, here are some real upstanding citizens. Real road scholars!!! 🙄
Everyone DOES always have job interviews or starting tomorrow 🤣🤣
They always have a new job, rehab, or child care responsibilities. Same old, same old.
Or one of their grandparents are gravely sick!!!
Of course she doesn't have a job, look at her rap sheet, she's been too busy. 😂😂
Yep. She was raised by Foster Care. I was wondering what sort of mother would allow (possibly condone) this behavior.
Could be one that feels guilty. It’s just a giant circle of bad choices.
When a judge orders you to show up for court in person, you should make sure you have someone to take care of your pets and bring in your mail.
Kiss your mother goodbye and bring a toothbrush 😊
That not just the book,it’s the whole library. WOW. DOING TIME. A lot of time.
After watching this, I probably will just defend myself rather than get a public defender... geeeesh 😁
So Jordan is a willful criminal. Stick her in prison and quit giving her breaks!!!
Counting it down until she contacts him in the jail.
Why in the heck was this first girl given a low bond? I couldn’t believe all of the charges.
what a f.....ng mess.....she is violating all of her bond conditions non stop and you cannot find a way to put her in jail right now.
I hate to say it, but prison time may save her life.
Yes I 💯 agree
Based on her history, someone else's life as well.
I totally agree & I 'm not sorry to say it! Jail might be the only thing that will save her. 😢
Agree we need body cam footage for this arrest……
Mommy would be wise to discontinue her current bond, get her money back and let her little girl sit in jail. Otherwise, she will lose her money and her daughter will break her
They said mom used a bail bondsman, that 10% is his fee for fronting the cash. It is long gone!
The fact that she is facing multiple felony charges and is out on bond is just ridiculous. Also, and I'm truly asking here, what is a "drug dealer tax stamp", and why and how would it have altered her potential sentence?
I went to the sheriff office here in Kansas as a joke and asked for a tax stamp just in case I ever delt drugs. Ended up under investigation. Definitely not funny.
Perhaps the language about permission to bring in controlled substances is there so if the police set up a sting operation, they have permission and don't run afoul of the law
good point cc!
I thought that was weird too, but that's the law -- it often introduces language like that just to close off a line of argument. When you meet that kind of weirdly specific and unlikely language, it's usually a response to some dodge a cellblock lawyer (or the equivalent in other settings) worked up. And it may well have been exactly what you suggest -- some prisoner beat a sting that way.
@@TindometariI, here and now, agree with what you said, then and there.
I assumed it was to allow the medical staff to have controlled substances. There is medical use for amphetamines, I don't think they prescribe meth but probably even prescribed ones can't be brought into the jail without prior approval.
@@Vaelosh466meth is a drug available legally by prescription, it is schedule 2, it comes I'm 5mg tablets.
I think mom is the plug
Busy girl. Doesn't go half way with felony charges. Going all in, because she needs that dope.
Yes thats all bad but she’s actively looking for a job to pay for a lawyer that she’s actively looking for. 🙄
The lady looks like she could care less
I pray that the prosecutor doesn't give her any kind of plea deal?
😮 So many felonyes and huge amounts of fines which cannot ever be paid back. That is sad so hooked on drugs ruining her life.
i can’t imagine being on this zoom call waiting to see the judge, i would immediately have been looking up her charges while waiting
No one is looking very concerned there judge. She is a dealer.
Of course she has a couple job interviews!!!!!!!!!!!!😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂
And don't forget she's looking into rehab soon. 😂
@@gtrevino50 Of course she does, that was set up before she even got caught..😂😂..Why do lawyers always say that like the judge is honestly going to take them seriously.... For real I am sure there are a few who get caught and think oh shit better get my crap together and do do something but the majority, it's just another bs lie to make them look like they are trying when they got nothing and the PD can't think of anything else to say.
Love this Judge my favorite female Judge. Judge Simpson is my favorite male Judge. God's Armor over you all Blessings
So she needs at least $75,000 for a lawyer, $800,000 for the fines and about 50 years of her life for prison. And she is looking for work?
Well, she’s thinking about looking for work.
This young woman has NO regard for the law...I can't recall ever seeing a defendant so completely stupid.
JESUS!! The charge list just keeps going on and on😂
It sounds like her Mom hasn't had her act together for years. Jordan was in foster care until she "aged out @ 19" & it wasn't until recently that her mom had her son returned to her. 😮
I have never seen a Judge throw the Book at Someone ⚖️
Make all sentences consecutive.
Drug Tax Stamp is hilarious. It's an additional felony because she didn't pay taxes to the state , when she purchased the dope.
Just an FYI: the reason the introduction of contraband charge has the language about permission of the administrator is so they can use a single statute to apply to both legal (prescription) and illegal drugs. It’s basically a legislative shortcut to draft one law to apply to as many things as possible.
I apologize OSG!! I dunno why it wasn’t showing me as a member!! I fixed it now!
You missed one charge--"Kidnapping of tarantulas and imprisoning them on her face".
I think that she stole that Sharpie she used to draw on her eyebrows.
After reading out all those charges the judge is going on long service leave😂😂😂
I think she wanted to go to jail to possibly see the co defendant. How sick and crazy is that!!! A least the children at home will be away from her. Great video ❤
I'm very blessed to have had a friend that wouldn't let me try his meth. He told I would like it too much. He was the most honest tweaker I've ever met. That guy could put his golden screwdriver in a CB radio and make it sing.
Daggum!
I read War & Peace faster than Her Honor read that list of crimes!
I re-sided my two story house while the charges are being read. Ms. Denny is a real road scholar isn’t she?
Let this be a lesson kids. If you are going to peddle dope, pick up a part time job so you don't look like a dope peddler during your bond hearing. Also, don't peddle dope.
Ms. Denny apparently hasn't felt the pain of breaking the law to the extent where she no longer wants to break the law. Sounds like she's about to be away from society for a long time.
Her mother has her watching her little brother. What a wonderful role model. Sounds like the nut didn't fall too far from the tree.
"Show up in person" may not be what you want to hear, especially after comitting more crimes while on bond.
She’s not looking out for her brother when she is out breaking MORE laws
She's on a crime/drug spree ignoring the court. A recipe for the concrete hotel
This defendant has had so much contact with her co-defendant that she's gotten herself pregnant by him and is 14 weeks pregnant by the next court appearance. They just kept giving her chances to get herself in trouble and she took every one of them. 🙄🤦🏻♀️
It’s Webster. She’s just a dumb judge and enjoys being made to look stupid over and over again. Jill Gillett wants her in jail.
That is a HUGE sum of money she (or her mom) just lost!
😂 "Nope," I'm on the floor...
