  • A video I made honoring the greatest moments so far since Bob Stoops became the head coach at OU. It was originally just going to be my favorite moments as a sooner fan. But, since i was born in the 90's i just decided to do the greatest since bob stoops came here. I put more work into this video then maybe anything ever so please share, like, comment, subscribe, anything you can do to spread this video around. I love this video and I hope you do too...
    Since Bob Stoops has came here OU has won a National Championship, he turned this football program around, coach Stoops has had two undefeated seasons, 2 heisman trophy winners, 8 Big 12 Championships over 100 wins, and much, much, more.
    The Music is as listed
    Superman-Krypton Theme
    Rudy-Main Theme
    Remember The Titans-Titans Spirit
    Man Of Steel- Commercial Two Main Theme
    For The Love Of The Game-Main Theme
    I own nothing in this video UA-cam please don't penalize me in any way. Thank you for watching and as always.
    BOOMER!! SOONER!!

    Bob Stoops retires with a winning percentage better than Bear Bryant and Nick Saban. He also went 3-0 against Alabama.

      Two of those Bama wins were when Bama was on ncaa probation. Bob also convinced the media to let a secondary-less OU team in the 2005 Orange Bowl and got destroyed by USC.

      The coaching staff before Stoops would have did the same. Don't forget Oklahoma only improved two games from the 98 season to Stoops first year. I think the previous would have did that if not better.. The 1998 team was a young team full of players that won the NC two years later in 2000.

    1 Clint Ingram Graduated from the same high school as me not many players go d1 from our school.

    a sooner fan is some one who supports every player to ever wear the crimson and cream. So What are you?? Landry did a lot a good, so what if he wasn't a Jason White or a Sam Bradford or even a Paul Thompson.. But, he did do a lot of good and played his heart out in every game... not to mention his statistics kill any other quarterback's to ever play for OU..
    But i do appreciate your compliment.

    ENJOY SOONER FANS!
    Because They Play the Game
    Fifty years, boy and man, I have been a Sooners fan;
    And always hoped to be among the truest in the stands.
    And while I don’t know all the players’ names,
    They’re my heroes, each and every one, because they play the game.
    When they’re on the field of battle, my Sooners surely give their all;
    And when they’re on the sidelines, just waiting for a coach’s call;
    Visions of glory must be dancing in their heads;
    The glory of the moment and our cheers, the glory of playing for
    the mighty Big Red.
    And for those Sooners who rarely played, whose names were
    known only by a few,
    Make no mistake my friend, each of them is my hero too.
    Like soldiers waiting in the ranks, but never called to fight,
    They ‘re ready and they’re willing, their spirit and their sacrifice
    add to Big Red’s might.
    I stand in awe of Sooner Magic. No, I never doubt it.
    My Sooners could have never won so many Championships
    without it.
    But don’t misunderstand when I say Sooner Magic won those games;
    It was Sooner players who, once again, rose to the occasion and
    glorified their names.
    Fifty years of college football and my Sooners have won the most.
    Their fierce pride and performance inspire this simple toast:
    “My Sooners Team goes on and on, different faces, different names;
    But my heroes, each and every one, for win or lose…
    they play the game.
