If I understand correctly, which is highly probable I don’t, There’s no times in the beginning to get familiar with the drill and what the drill is asking to be done. Later on there’s par times added with different distances as well as different classes (I’m only coming to this conclusion through reading one of his books)

I think he explained the specific rig he’s using in this video in the video about the Staccato XC when he first got it. Shouldn’t be hard to find
