I have L’eau Papier and Fleur de peau. I love them both, I can’t decide which one is better. They give you the same vibe, Fleur de peau is less floral more of a dusty scent. Very addictive and both last all day on me. No issues with longevity. People always ask what I am wearing. They are so unique. L’eau Papier has a prominent rice note that reminds me of the communion wafers at church- which is made of rice but no one has ever mentioned it.

Demi!! Girl I just want you to know my local Walmart finally had that EOS Vanilla cashmere body lotion and I snatched it immediately! I paired it with Kayali Vanilla rock candy sugar and GIRL! 😍 The lotion alone is delicious and it lasts on the skin for a good while! Pairing it with Vanilla rock candy sugar is sooo good!
I absolutely agree with you regarding the house if Diptyque! At first it annoyed me that they were not beast mode fragrances, but as my fragrance journey progressed they started to resonate in my soul! L’eau Papier is a favorite of mine, but Orpheon is a signature of mine and a love at first sniff!

Love Delight - same perfumer as Rouge Malachite and totally has the same vibe, especially the creamy floral. I describe Love Delight as the daytime version of Rouge Malachite. Love them both and found them because of you!
What you said about Kenzo Flower felt nostalgic to me. Im gonna be a first time mom in less than 2 weeks, and Flower was among the 3 first fragrances I wore a lot as a teen. I loved it so much. I havent owned it in years, but maybe just for the nostalgia I should get it again. My taste has evolved a lot since then but it is still a lovely perfume (and so is Dama Bianca! I love it)
Perfumes De Marley Athalia is angelic for me. When my grandson was in the hospital I was afraid to have a scent associated with that time, but Athalia was so comforting and elevating and helped me remember that the angels were with us.
Great choice, these perfumes are truly angelic. When you say "an angelic smell", the first I see is Lilaganza by 1907 perfumes (best luxury lilac perfume from all) and L'instant Magic by Guerlain (stunning almonds).
Cassili was my first love from the house of Parfum de Marly, then Meliora followed by Oriana, Safanad , Athalia and Delina Exclusiif. I want a bottle of Flam by Memo Paris for myself too, I received a sample of this and absolutely loved it.
To me, Mon Guerlain is the ultimate feminine fragrance, just like Valaya is the ultimate bridal scent. I bought Dama Bianca and Apollonia (among many others) on your recommendation, and no regrets!
L’eau Papier, Dama Bianca, Parade, Musc Moschus are some of my absolute favorite fragrances that I will keep repurchasing. While I like Tres Cher, I prefer Poudre D’Or and would definitely call it an angelic fragrance. 😊
I get the designer thing too!!!!! I have been doing it too. I think the mentality is that they are ‘cheaper’ more accessible and easily replaced it run out so it makes you want to use them more often. Also the designers are typically ‘easier’ to wear. Even though niche smell beautiful, artistic, masterpieces, they are … not always wearable or easy reaches, more for special occasions whereas designer gives the vibe you can grab and go. So I have equal between designer and niche! I get you so much on this one I also felt I was a weird one as I’m going through a designer phase.

Demi, you’re the one! Mon Guerlain was my first signature scent. When I was in Turkey(mediterranean climate) it was INCREDIBLE, oh God… It blends with your skin, so elegant, clean, sexy, yes please! Unfortunately I can’t wear this fragrance in Kazakhstan, in dry climate it sounds too heavy for me. Too many memories with this perfume, that’s the second reason))
I love Tres Chere ❤ my husband gifted me this on my birthday last year and I spray it on a couple times a month (it’s not cheap!). I 💯 agree that it’s heavenly and magical and I get compliments every time I wear it. And for me it lasts all day on my clothes and my hair…yes, I spray it in my hair 😉

Diptyque is where it’s at. All about Tam Dao, Volutes and Orpheon.

Atm I am finding designer fragances to be more long lasting on the skin versus niche fragances 🤷♀️
