I've seen Hank live about 5 times. I can name most of the venues. He didn't play very long the last time I saw him. However, the one I remember the most.... I've seen Hank live about 5 times. I can name most of the venues. He didn't play very long the last time I saw him. However, the one I remember the most.... Ole Hank drunk about 6 or 7 half pints of Jim Beam whisky on stage. You could see him bust that seal right off the top of that bottle. Killed em I'm mean shot gunned em. Played nearly 3 hours. It was in my top five of live shows I had ever witnessed.
