Full tution fees means If a student wants to apply for a Bachelor degree and program is 4 years.That means the student has to pay 4 years tution fees to University before arriving at Finland.Is that the Case??
4 years education is traditional education
Vocational education means like u learn skills for direct get job

Hi, thank you so much for your informative videos. One question : If I have come to Finland with an A-type permit based on family ties, can I study for free? (based on new proposal).
I am not able to find this info anywhere online in news articles/reddit, etc. I understand that if I came into Finland with student permit first, then I will have to pay fees even if I convert. But what about the people have Finnish RP based on other reasons (like family ties) - will they also have to pay fees if they are not EU/EEA citizens?
We will know more when proposal comes as a rule.

Is it mean that i have to pay whole 3.6 year fees with one installment or before coming Finland, like we pay 1 year fee but after this rule do we have to pay whole 3.6 year fees all together is that mean? Plz clear me..
You do not have to pay 3 years fees at a time. If you change your study permit to work permit, you need to pay tuition fees.
when this rule paying full fee will be applicable .
