You must mean a visa for seasonal work.
There are websites listing such open job positions, which are seasonal jobs as specified in the Seasonal Workers Act.
Seasonal work
If you are coming to Finland to do seasonal work, you must apply for the appropriate permit for it. The different kinds of seasonal work permits are visa for seasonal work, certificate for seasonal work and residence permit for seasonal work. The duration of your work will affect which seasonal work permit you need to apply for.
Seasonal work refers to work in agriculture and tourism that is tied to a certain time of the year. The maximum duration of seasonal work is nine months within a 12-month period.
The types of seasonal work to which the Seasonal Workers Act is applied include agricultural and garden work, forestry and work in the tourism sector. See a more detailed list of seasonal jobs on the page What counts as seasonal work?
You cannot get a seasonal work permit on the basis of wild-berry picking. Instead, you need to apply for a residence permit for an employed person. One of the requirements for granting the permit is that you have an employment relationship in order to pick wild berries.
The Seasonal Workers Act also applies to temporary agency work.

According to me the rules for citizenship are now better, these rules will make one more trustworthy and comitted toward Finland. Moreover Finland is a worthy land and if one cant do that much to show one's passion and motivation for Finland then one dont deserve to live in Finland.
I would say that encouraging people to move permanently to Finland without encouraging them to settle down and integrate to the society, which requires sufficient language skills in a local official language, would lead to segregation and even building marginalized foreign language groups.
This has happened in some countries with bad consequences.
It's difficult to keep equality, wellbeing and socially conscious mindsets, if the society has significant class structures and divisions. The old swedish/finnish language history is a good reminder of possible problems. Not the worst example, but still relevant. Building bigger English speaking groups as a third significant group would lead into more conflicts and problems.
To relieve tension between different ethnic groups Finnish language seems to be the most obvious first glue. It helps to understand each other and builds trust. For historical reasons and in some regions swedish needs to be given the same role.
It's just one step building a functional society. It doesn't solve all issues. But it's a step worth taking.
