@@zethal1861 i dont think the game itself is on gamepass but for playing online you should be good to go if you have gamepass and own the game, and the game is only $10 if you dont have it yet so its not a steep price or anything
Guys i need your help. Does system link work? Ive been trying to connect my two xbox ones but to no avail. Is there something im doing wrong? Both are connected wirelessly to the same router. Both console work flawlessly when playing on lan parties with Halo MCC.
@@danmichael1965 it may not be possible on an xbox one with saints row 2 being a xbox 360 game. the patch for backwards compatibility likely doesn't include system link features. Halo Master Chief Collection on the other hand is a decently new game that wouldn't be running through the same backwards compatible feature.
What I have noticed was so far, when I connected both consoles wirelessly, I do see my profile name displayed in the “Find Game” tab in “System Link” option. The issue is when connecting from my secondary profile kicks me out saying “Cannot join session”. I then tried directly connecting through ethernet rather than wireless. Now, youd think it would finally allow zero failure to connect. However, there is no profile name displayed on the “Find Game” tab. Im planning on getting my router connected with both consoles through their own respective ethernet. It will be a hassle though as my router is farther away from my consoles proper. You may be right. However I tried a similar case with BO2 lan and it works well I just needed an ethernet cable. With this case, I may need to link it with my router wired. Thoughts? Im just wondering if it is worth the process. Or like you said it seems the betwork stuff did not carry over and should just get Live instead?
In my game, when I invite my friend to join, it simply doesn’t work, and a message appears saying that it wasn’t possible. But both my friend and I have all the necessary attributes to play-the game, the DLC, the Game Pass-and he is added on Xbox 360. What could it be?
if you are still having issues try redownloading your profile on 360. to do this start up any Xbox 360 game on your Xbox one and open the guide with START + SELECT. then go to the bottom and select storage, then go to profiles and delete your profile. Then re-download it on the guide again
@@gooffy7187 thanks for showing you are interested! i hope to have it finished and uploaded here soon, just been working out some confusion with one of the methods. I want it to be as easy as possible for yall!

@@KelBShobra I have this same issue, game invites through the game and 360 guide do not work sometimes, but the co-op menu doesnt work either, but they work periodically and at weird times
Hmm ok, If you havent already tried this, check your invite settings for multiplayer in the pause menu and make sure its on invite only or friends only. It might be getting set to the wrong setting for some reason. Let me know if that works for you, I'll look more into this tho to see if i can find a solution. @@M.I.AGAMER nauvuh and i experienced this issue a few times during our playthrough. This game unfortunately has a lot of network issues. I'm unsure exactly what causes the issue you mentioned tbh. But you could try unplugging your consoles from the wall then hitting the power button, or just unplugging your routers for 30 seconds then plug it back in.
