- AirPods 3 are finally here. They definitely fit different and hit different. There's a reason why these are the standard - the go-to. The MAIN thing I wanted to test right away: the noise isolation. Buckle up!

I picked these up yesterday and the first moment that they were in my ears I was sure I would be returning them. I used them during 2 workouts and casually watched videos and listened to music throughout the day and I’ve done a 180. I’ll probably never wear my Pros ever again. The sound quality is excellent. Personally, I don’t care for ANC, I like to hear all of my surroundings, even at home in case the dog barks, husband tries talking to me, etc… So these have taken everything that was great about the size and sound of the Pros, removed the uncomfortable silicone tips and made them fit more comfortably than any in-ear I’ve ever worn. 10/10 - I was so ready to hate them and now I’m obsessed.

@@the_clapp3r298 good enough. I’m wearing the fit beat pros right now. I prefer the social awareness that the new AirPods provide. I have grown to truly dislike the Pros.

Since I am always wearing my Apple Watch, volume adjustments with AirPods aren’t an issue. I just adjust my iPhone volume with the digital crown on my watch.
i just got this yesterday, and really love it, previously i have momentum and jabra 75t, the sound is better on jabra and momentum, but the comfort is game changer for airpod 3, it really light i can wear this and forgot that it in my ear, that can never happen for me with eartips earbud, if you thinking buying this , try earpod from older iphone with cable, if you like it in your ear, the most probably you will love airpod 3
I chose these because I hate the noice cancellation. It feels too isolated for me. I like to be able to hear my own environment too. I also can wear them for longer than something that goes into my ear and has tips. Great update from my first gen AirPods.

I have AirPod pros and the fit (even with the smallest ear bud) is so uncomfortable after even just 15 min of wear!! I lost them recently and was contemplating which one to get to replace them because I prefer the fit of the original AirPods. These came at the perfect time!
i had that issue too, and solved it by putting memory foam tips on the airpod pros!
I loved how the pro’s sounded, but they just plain hurt! One of my ears actually blistered, had to return them.
Same so many people say that the pros fit them better but they just straight up hurt my ears.
Idk what type of ears you guys have but you might want to get that checked out
@@jamesrosenberg1612 I tried foam tips but they still weren’t very comfortable. I have this issue with ALL types of tips for the in ear kind. The original Apple headphones were the only ones that were ever comfy for me!
Those look very cool and I'm sure they work great but the way my ears are I need the over the ear hook to secure them and not have to worry about those falling out repeatedly.
I'm sure there are others here with similar issues because of their ear-shape. The over the hook takes away any worry of the buds falling out at any time.
I’ve had these for a bit over a day and am very happy so far. I have the originals but those will fall out with the slightest movement. I also have the AirPods Pro but I had to give up on them after ANC degenerated into awful buzzing, then the replacement bud failed in the same way two months later.
So far with these I’ve had no trouble keeping them in.
Yeah when I went out for a walk whenever I was on a busy street traffic noise drowned them out.
Let’s see if these unseat my current favorites, the Power Beats Pro.

I loved my airpod pros, but as they got older, the battery life was trash and the noise cancellation function stopped working. when I lost my airpod pro case the other day, I decided to buy airpod 3s. I’ve had them for about a day, and i’m having trouble to get them to fit as well as the airpod pros did. they fit pretty comfortably, but as soon as a smile or laugh, they loosen up. haven’t quite decided if i’m going to return them yet…
Could you possibly do a comparison video b/ween these and the Beats Studio earbuds?

I’ve never owned AirPods though have nearly every other Apple product. I use Sabbat because they come in other colours. As I have dark hair, I’ve got black Sabbat that have no stem, just nest into ear where hardly noticeable - plus they have no stem, which I never like seeing those stems hanging down! Maybe if I could listen to the AirPods before buying, I would switch to these AirPod 3s as you make good points on why they are useful, eg interface with iPhone and iPad.
I prefer this over the AirPods Pro. I remove the silicon tips and it works/feels just like the AirPods 3.
I have them on, they are bigger and you can surely feel they are bulky, on the other hand they sound amazing... but I have to say the AirPods 2 were more comfortable, and less ear-deforming
Same. I have had such a hard time with earbuds fitting, and the AirPods 1 & 2 fit me so comfortably! These are so much bigger…and shaped less comfortably for my ears.
Mine are coming in a few days and this was the one thing I was worried about. No one’s really mentioned this so I appreciate seeing this.
I couldn’t feel the difference in my ear between the 1st and 2nd gen. The 3rds somehow hug my ear in a way that feels weightless, even when my head is on a pillow, I don’t feel them pressing into my ears. If we could get 8-10 hours out of these things I would stop sleeping with wired EarPods.
I actually had to return them. The 1st and 2nd generation fits my ear perfectly. As bad as I wanted to like them they were far too big for my ears.
@@miecey this is what I’m worried about!! The first gen fit me so well and the pros HURT. I lost my pros and the first gen are pretty crappy now so I was contemplating getting the 3rd gen

I just ordered these for my grandson who is 11 he wanted the gen 3 but I got him the pros thinking they were better? I see some people don’t like the Sil one ear things any thoughts

Great video. The statement you made about ecosystem resonated with me.
You can use Siri to rewind by time increments, pause/play, and change the volume etc.. That's helpful even with the lack of button mapping.
Omg that you so much! Pro tip right here, I had no idea.
Volume can also be set, via Siri, to a specific percentage.
Example: "Hey Siri...Set volume to 75 percent."

I was kinda bummed they didn’t have noise cancellation when i bought these but these do a terrifying job at blocking out ambient noise my mom spoke to me and i never heard her😂

I really love the noise cancellation of the AirPods Pro. I do have a battery issue in the left side, but I will skip the new ones and just buy another pair of the AP-Pros. I gotta have that noise cancellation feature.

i got sum like 3 weeks ago and omg i love ‘em ngl. they fit good in my ears and it really depends on your ear shape. my ear are a tiny small so they hurted a lil for like 2 days but after that why fit amazing i love them i go no where without them 🙈😉.

I purchased this over the Pro's. I don't need ANC for an earphone, I got my Solo Pro's for that.

They are bigger and i love the fit of the original AirPods, when i tried AirPods 3 on and tried to work out the left ear bud keep falling out. Even after trying to position it to lodge it, still fell out. I had to return the next day. Wish they would have fit like the originals just with a shorter stem. Will keep my original AirPods. I hate the way the AirPod Pro's fit with the sealed silicone tip.
No way, the right side fits me perfectly but can’t say the same for the left. Thought my ears weren’t identical or something but glad someone also had the same issue lol.

Can i just start by saying i love your videos. I follow a tonne of people on youtube regarding Apple, but you are so much better. I just need to say this. You act, talk and perform exactly like Seth MacFarlane. That’s a compliment. I’m looking forward to a lot of other great videos. I litterly just bought them 5 minutes ago for my wife. I think she will love them.

It’s impossible for me to find buds that will stay in my ear. Seems like everything being made is for sitting at your desk and that’s it. No way I could use these at work which is really the main place I use headphones. These would be lost day 1
@@ffsurji is that an aftermarket thing? Cuz then you’d have to take them off everytime u need to charge them which annoys me. That’s what I have to do with the cheap buds I use now. Sorry for the late response. YT never tells me when someone reply’s to my comments, that also annoys me lol

Like them. Especially because they don’t have noise canceling which caused my ears to stuff badly and my tinnitus to ramp up.

Bought the AirPods 3 and returned after one day. I liked the way they sounded, but did not stay in my ears well enough. Went back to my AirPods 2.

The gen 2's fall out of my ears and if I secure them harder they hurt my ears to the point where I get bruises. Anyone else tried both? How different is the 3rd's fit?
most likely if the 2nd gen falls out then the 3rd gen will fit and vise versa

Maybe its just me but i think AirPods 3’s bass is way more punchier than the pros, and i love the 3’s sound

Everyone has me tempted to swap my pro's for this model. I don't like a seal in my ear - it's uncomfortable. I'm in transparency mode 90% of the time using these. So, no pressure in my air and good enough audio? Sign me up!
people forget to mention that we don't get the battery life that apple is advertising. There is new enhanced find my feature and which is drain your charging case battery case but not huge may be 10 percent in 10 hour

Noise cancellation, he is right. A week before I was almost about to hit by a motorcycle rider, he was so closed that I realised when he was an inch away and kept on honking. Me on the other hand was busy listening to Vangelis’s pulsar.
They look nice, but I'm too in love with my air pods pro to change. I DO agree with you that it would be great if they air pods came in black.

Lost my airpods 2 last December and I’m planning to buy the airpods 3. I love the 2nd gen because it fits perfectly in my ear whether I use for a run or for a casual walk. Airpods 3 is much bigger so now I’m worried it wont fit perfectly in my ear.

@@NeithLeonhart worse than both imo. The Pros won’t work at all, no matter the tip used. The previous air pods were ok, but still would fall out with any kind of activity for me. I realize I am the exception and not the rule, and I am ok with that. I just wanted to find out if these new ones would work, and they don’t.
@@NeithLeonhart Much worse. They feel twice the size. They just don't seem to be IN your ear, but more on the outside of your ear. Like a Peanut M&M jammed in your ear that's about to fall out at any second. For someone that the 2s felt too small for their ears, these might be perfect.

You can always turn OFF the noise cancellation on the Pros, but you sure can't turn it on on the AirPod 3. LOL. So that makes the Pros more versatile in my books.
They dont fit me as well as the Airpods Gen 1 and 2.

Just got the 3rd gen AirPods, bad fit, feels like a bad chunky ripoff. Falls out after a short while. Going back to 2.gen
It sucks for me cause the original AirPods fit perfectly… every time I laugh or yawn or any big facial expression, they start to pop off my ear 🥺

the "fit" is uncomfortable just like the previous model. They advertised to be small compared to the previous model (I have that too). I have small ears and the only thing different I see is the eartips. Now... The Soundcore Life A2 that I have, that really FITS in the ear perfectly and it's discret. The only down size is the addional features that the Beats have.
I'm selling those and buy Soundcore. Apple is playing us on Headphones
