Looks like the same level to me. But yeah, I hate when people copy popular levels and pass them off as their own. I've seen copies of the Mecha Bowzilla level too.
+MarioFan 36 That level is just plain tedious, but it is insane that somebody could turn a simple game as Super Mario World and make a 2.5-hour level out of it, so I have to give Chain Chomp Braden credit for that. As soon as he finishes uploading Trials of Death, that level would be the new #1 for sure!
Personally, I’m hoping that Nintendo (or a fan) will make a game where both the Flame Wheel and Mecha Bowzilla will actually be part of the plot, or at least reoccurring enemies. Anyone else know any SMM original enemies they want to see make a comeback?
Question. Okay, so ive wanted to get SMM since it came out, but haven't due to alot of reasons I don't wanna go into. Anyways, Ive been saving my money up for a new device and SMM (and SMM2) and I just wanted to know what systemndo you recommend me to buy to play SMM on????
This list by watchmojo is the most hilarious thing I've ever seen. This is the equivalent of someone rating the best players in baseball by going to a kindergarden wiffleball game and picking players from there. #10 - Clearly this list was made by some people randomly playing normal levels in 100 mario and they got stuck on this one. #9 - Standard low difficulty mushroom avoidance. #8 - Why? I feel like this is a list of levels that moderately annoyed completely casual players who held the controller upside down when playing. #7 - This is a nice level. This is not a difficult level at all. #6 - This is a creative level and is casual and easy by design. #5 - Another creative level that is not difficult at all. #4 - Watchmojo puts an SMB 1-1 remix on the list of hardest levels out there. LOL #3 - This is clearly not a list of hard levels but is actually a list of random levels pulled from the Normal Star Ranking list. #2 - Another creative level that is not difficult but has a lot of waiting and tedious final part. #1 - The only legitimate entry on this list as it was one of the hardest levels ever made *at the time it was made.* After this level was made, many other people spent more time and more practice to make levels much, much more difficult. But this was one of the levels that set the bar. There are more than 100,000 "well-made" levels more difficult than 10 through 2... There are probably a good 1200-1500 levels more difficult than #1 in 2019. And I'm low balling both numbers.
To be fair, some of the concepts of these levels are pretty creative like the flame wheels, the ping-pong game, and of course Mecha Bowzilla. But the list is not "most creative Mario Maker concepts", it's "most *insane* Mario Maker levels", and only U-Break (and maybe Mecha Bowzilla) could be considered "insane". In fact, I dare say that I've created more insane levels myself than most of these. I'm sure my "Bowser's Sky Destroyer" level could qualify.
Depends on how hard you want to make your level. Bowser Jr. can be stomped on, thus making him much easier, while Bowser must be killed by other means.
in my opinion i like bowser jr since you could always put anything on his head to make him almost invincible. But you could also kill him with fireballs.
Zoo Escape, The Forbidden Switch, Table Tennis, 1-1 Behind The Scenes, and 30 Years of NES are Normal. Winners Don't Do Shrooms, Donut Drop Dungeon, Bowser's Flame Wheel Fortress are Expert. Mecha Bowzilla and U-Break are Super Expert.
It really is. "The Forbidden Switch", "Table Tennis", "SMB 1-1 Behind The Scenes", and "30 Years of NES" were pretty easy too, although with neat concepts.
Honestly Watchmojo put U-Break at #1 because of it's popularity and them thinking "Oh this is the hardest level ever, it totally deserves the #1 spot." I hate when people say it's the hardest level, I like hearing people say It is ONE of the hardest. ;)
Sebastian Cervantes "Winners Don't Do Shrooms" took me a while, especially that one section near the end with all the green pipes. Some like the flame wheel level and Mecha Bowzilla took a few tries, but nothing too bad. But U-Break on the other hand...I will NEVER be able to beat that level!
Good list in my opinion. I think it's safe to say I will never beat U-Break as long as I live! Speaking of insane levels, on Discord one day Muzicizlif3 told me about a level called "Trials of Death" by a guy named "Chainchomp Braden" that is definitely shaping up to be the most insane level ever made. 8 minutes of pure Kaizo, with 540+ hours of upload attempts and counting. I think WM will have to revise that list once that level goes up!
King Kong vs Godzilla. More like donkey kong vs mecha bowzilla.
That would be an interesting matchup!
MetalSmasherGaming only if mecha bowzilla was in super smash bros. Also hi and I’m glad you liked the idea.

Viewer Question: What is the most insane Mario Maker level you've ever played?
MetalSmasherGaming I have no idea
probably Mission Impossible.
+mcciv5wt_ Do you have the code for that level? I kind of want to see it for myself.
Trials of Time

Well, the trailers for Mario Maker 2 did show off a Mecha Bowzilla-style level. I haven't found it in the game yet, but I'm sure it's there somewhere.
You should do Watchmojo's Super Mario Maker 2 list next.
Have they done that list yet?
MetalSmasherGaming yes for Super Mario Maker 2. That list came out a few weeks ago.
Question.

Get a Switch and Super Mario Maker 2. There is so much more you can do with the stages you create in SMM2 than in SMM1.
los 10 niveles difíciles segun WatchMojo, excelente
I'll play it! ^^
Los códigos para los niveles están en la descripción.

They never said Hardest Levels
They said Most Insane Levels
which is better in mario maker, Bowser jr boss of bowser boss
*or

I wish the 3ds allowed you to search, I want to play zoo escape!

Mecha Bowzilla and U-Break are Super Expert.
MetalSmasherGaming I Thought Mecha Bowzilla Was Just Expert, It Seems Way Too Easy To Be Super Expert
Quien habla español
I N S A N E ! ! ! ! ! WWOOAAHH!!!!!!!
The frist level is soo easy

vincent orellana spelling isn’t
U-Break is easy lol
For someone with loads of Kaizo experience, perhaps. For someone with experience only in straight-up platforming, no way.

U break is easy in todays standarts
another great Playthrough...but I'm gonna have to unsub because you watch Watchmojo lol
I may not always agree with their lists, but I liked this one.
MetalSmasherGaming lol yeaaa i know was it easy? or did it just take a long time to get it right?

+MetalSmasherGaming the same creator made a 2 hours long level called Trials of Time. I wish it was on WM's list
