Ireland‘s Call is used in sporting events where the Republic and the North of Ireland play as one team (as they should), this is the national anthem of the Republic of Ireland, which will hopefully contain 32 counties within our lifetimes

The Anthem is for the whole Nation, which encompasses the entirety of the island of Ireland, and all small islands around it.
Ulster is part of the Irish Nation, and should never be excluded when the Island is shown.
