Thanks again for another informative content. I have three questions here. 1) A foreign dentist may not be well versed with the clinical standards in Canada. So for CPE, are there any short courses which we can take before taking the test? All colleges/universities provide both Level trainings, but there are none which provide only Level II training. 2) Even though the NDEB eligibility status is verified, the NDAEB requires academic transcripts to be certified/notarised by a Canadian govt official. That means I have to open the university sealed envelope, take a photocopy of the transcript and then get it notarized as a true copy of original? Doesn't make sense to me. This is point III under application procedures for International graduates. 3) Point VII under the same head mentions about a NDAEB programme survey, I am afraid that my University would help me with such a requirement. Is there an alternative to it? Thanks in advance.
Hello thank you doctor. So here are the answers in order: 1.) There is no official course or class for NDAEB’s CPE. However all what is asked in the exam is mentioned on the website and its handbook for CPE which allows us to practice at home. So, when we prepare for bench tests for some universities we also practice at home similarly, it is really the only way to get around CPE prep. We can order typhodonts and teeth and follow along the videos as well. I can recommend some youtube lessons that can help catch up on those skills. 2.) yes NDAEB does need notarised documents from a notary official in Canada. When I signed up for it a few years ago, I had extra copies of my transcripts and my original degree which I photocopied and took to a lawyer to notarise so I could submit the documents as well. 3.) I did not have to ask my college back home for any details at all. They place that point in there to help them verify further but I don’t think you will need it considering your NDEB equivalency is approved. And in case it is required, NDAEB will do it themselves. The second paragraph in point VII states that we must provide the dental college’s name and details. You should not have to worry about that point doctor. I didn’t have to do it either and this was in 2019. Hopefully it helps. Thank you doctor!
Hello doctor, there is a book which has all needed theory and each chapter has questions at the end to help you prepare. I can use your email ID to add you to the google drive folder for the resources. Please do provide us with your email ID. Thank you!
Generally there is a schedule posted in their website for a theory and then a practical if we pass the theory. It would be an application about 2-3 months prior to exam date and before 2 weeks of the exam, we must have all money paid for it and a date booked. Then once we pass the theory we get to apply to CPE and same as earlier 2-3 months of preparation time is given.
Can you please explain a little bit about "Course Outline provided by the Candidate's educational program"? its mentioned in the checklist for credential assessment for NDAEB
Yes doctor, that phrase is referring to the syllabus we are taught back home. So each national dental council which offers a PDF with a syllabus of what is to be taught at dental schools each year. That is what we have to copy and write in that course outline.
IETLS is good to take for our journeys for sure as in the future when you approach other courses or DDS if that is an option for you, IELTS will help a lot so it is good to keep it in hand.
Yes that’s the exact book I recommend for the theory. Also there are no designated classed for CPE as of now however the activities tested in the exam are mentioned in the video and their videos are available on youtube as well. So our previous colleagues have practiced at home after ordered a typhodont and mount with instruments from companies or off used sets.
You can self study at home. There is a book on dental assisting and here is the link where you can purchase the material: Student Workbook for Modern Dental Assisting www.amazon.ca/dp/0323430317/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_51BJ3JRJHFWHQ6AY1AK5
Hello doctor, no no you are not bothering we are here to help. Please send me an email on dr.shah@thetoothfactory.ca and I shall help you get started with your needed textbook for DA training and the written exam for NDAEB.
So basically this survey will explain to the NDAEB that our dental schools back home taught us all that is needed for completing their license exams all clinical exercises basically. Also that survey is found and is a part of the course work report as well.
What should I say such a valuable channel .thanks so much for the information doctor.really appreciates your knowledge and work.keep providing us videos really helpful for international dentists
Thank you so much for your kind words and such enlightening motivation. It is your motivation that keeps us going towards our goal to serve our fellows and help as many as we can. Thank you.
@TheToothFactory Hello can you please answer me. I studied in Russia dentistry for 4 years but I couldn't continue my degree remaining 2 years due to some financial problems so the university decided to expelled me now I have my transcription for 4 years including in it that I have been expelled May I ask if there is a chance to work in Canada as a dental assistant. ?
Hello, yes there is no email addressed to NDAEB where they accept documents. When I done mine, I was asked to mail in (post) the screenshot along with other documents in the package.
Doc is coaching required for afk, acj and ndecc exams in ndeb. Can you send some preparation books names for preparation of afk, acj. Any guidelines for preparation and how to start doc.
Hello doctor, I would highly recommend targeted coaching for these exams as such material allows us to study for the exam perspective and I also believe in full conceptual approach for dentistry which involved self study as well. I can help you begin preparation by approaching e textbooks our company offers and AFK released questions with answer keys. Kindly visit this link below and we can offer the perk from our company for AFK prep. www.thetoothfactory.ca/dentallibrary
Hello! Yes so that report which is present on the NDAEB’s website for us to download and fill is to be completed and submitted to the IQAS for reporting and assessment. Then IQAS will directly submit the assessment to NDAEB. Now to fill it, we need to share with the form what subjects we have studied and what types of skills we have attained. Over each table in sections in the form, there are subject names. This is basically helping you segregate the courses we learned in BDS. So if you were to pull out your marksheets from BDS, you can use those subject names and their completion dates to fill out the tables.
So, as you mentioned we have to write course name from detailed mark card in course work report. Then, do we have to send all years Detail marks card notarized by canadian lawyer to NDAEB as well or no?? Please help, thank you.
Hi, Thank you for the informative video. Do I need to get the official transcripts to be notarized in addition to WES (course by course)? Also, do I need to get the 'course outline' signed by the University Registrar and send it directly to NDAEB?
Hello doctor, Yes notarized copies of academic transcripts are required in step 2 of the NDAEB eligibility assessment. WES will be in step 1 on its own. Then that DACWR is a course report must be filled by the applicant themselves.
Hello doctor Thank you so much for the wonderful information I have a question I am currently living in india and planning to move to canada in the coming january intake So can i start the evaluation process in india or should i wait till I reach in canada? I have just completed my bachelors and i do not have my final degree So can I send a Provisional degree to WES?
Hello sir, thank you for the informative video. When we clear both the NDAEB exams, are we considered a level 2 dental assistant ? If not , how can we be considered a level 2 assistant? Thank you
Hello thank you! The only other way to qualify as a level 2 is by actually attending the 8 months to one year dental assistant program offered by an accredited college in Canada.
I’m a little confused here.. so even after clearing cpe u get the licence for level 1 DA. Where as when u take up a course for level 1 and 2 DA u can become a level 2 DA after clearing the exam . I thought both the direct licensing exam and the exam u give after completing the DA course was same. Plz clear my doubts.
When I did mine I was not required a new WES. Doctor I recommend that you email the institution and inform them of the misunderstanding you file is going through.
Thank you for your response doc! I want to ask one more question.. it says that all the documents must submit to ndaeb 2 weeks prior to the deadline. I am seeing the next deadline is for 13 May 2022 but registration will open on April 4th. Is it possible to register first and then send out the documents for June’s attempt ?
You are very welcome doc! As far as I remember, the application is a “mail in” process itself, I mean you sending your documents also has an application form attached to it and that is your registration itself.
Hello there are some books out there but their reliability is questionable so I recommend using the official NDAEB exam prep material. It is $75 but it is the most accurate practice test we can rely on. Here is the link on its details: documents.ndaeb.ca/preparation-test-instructions/
Hello unfortunately as we are considered international students of RDA, they can only consider us RDA’a after passing both exams. The written alone does not make us level 1 classified
That was really nice video. Actually I have the transcripts with me. I have done my Pg also so which should I show?? Whether it is the BDS or MDS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Also whether these have to be sent by us directly unlike that of NDEB
You apply in both scenarios however my only concern becomes where they ask for Canadian notary. You would have to either have someone notarize your documents here in Canada if you are planning to apply from your home country or actually be here to do your document work and then apply.
Hello, you are eligible for approaching the NDAEB for licensing exams. There is an equivalency process, followed by a written exam and then a clinical exam. Once done, within 4-6 weeks they will mail you a registered license for you to practice as a Dental Assistant in Canada.
@@sukhkambo7995 yeah I did it of my own. Not sure whether its filled correctly. I am not in Canada yet, I would apply for it once I enter the country. How about you?
Hello doctor, here is link to help you find a college. www.cdha.ca/cdha/Education/Students/Dental_Hygiene_Schools___Programs/CDHA/Education/Students/Dental_Hygiene_Schools___Programs.aspx Please scroll down to diploma options and click on the province of choice to see colleges.
Hey Doctor, I am doing WES evaluation and its in process. So should I still get my degree and marks sheet notarized and mail it to them along with application form and DD$300?
So once it is in process, it is preferable for us to wait for them to respond to us and then fulfilling their requirements. This is because, once you send documents, they are supposed to begin a ticket number which evaluates your new submission independently. This will possibly delay your process. So I would wait until they reach out.
Sure doctor, there is a textbook that can help you prepare for the written and there are several UA-cam videos that can help you get through CPE exam later. I can share the books if you share me your email ID
Sir second time I missed the application for Wes or IQAS as the application time is opened for NDAEB but i was waiting to send the documents for IQAS then now i came to know that before the application for NDAEB i shud have sent the documents to IQAS....bad luck this time also sir I'm trying from September but i didn't send the documents prior i thought I shud send both the documents and application form of NDAEB at the same time....now I could not apply for upcoming exam also sir
Generally doctor, the journey of NDEB to become a licensed dentist in Canada ranges from 3-5 years. And therefore, for the sake of greater ambition and a better life trajectory for you and your family, I recommend considering the NDEB dental license route.
For NDAEB eligibilty assessment, we require to send copies of academic transcripts notarized in canada. So how can we apply from outside canada for NDAEB.?
So in the past such instances have been managed by emailing NDAEB and asking them to see what can be done. Normally what people have done is either they have NDEB equivalency to use or they would have someone in Canada that they know that would do the notary for them.
Thanks for this informative video sir. May I know which is the correct time to do the wes evaluation.Should I do it while applying for ndaeb exam or can it be done prior itself
I would do WES at the earliest convenience doctor. It is always good to have it whenever needed for example NDEB or NDAEB or other college applications. So have it prepared in advanced if you can.
you can so both at the same time as both requires WES however if you have NDEB completed then you don’t have to worry much about the NDAEB application since NDEB’s approval is enough to show to NDAEB.
@@TheToothFactory Hi Hope you're doing well. I have been trying so long to get the link to register for the NDAEB. But I couldn't find it sir. Will you be able to share the link sir
My reports have reached NDAEB and they have confirmed that it is under credential assessment review how long will it take for them to confirm equivalence
Like I mentioned from past experiences it had been 4-6 weeks however, if their website mentions 2 weeks then it is possible that they have accelerated the procedure. I hope for your documents to be through the process within 2 weeks
Hello, so this dental assistant route is just exams based not a course based which can be taken up at your will which matches up with the exam schedules however if you were to choose to take the dental assistant course in colleges, it has to be taken as full time not part time. Also, as explained in our previous video on student visa to PR, that dental assistant is not a strong choice for PR. The points are way too low for it. Hope it helps.
Dental assistant is good for when you finish your student visa and enter work permit. You can get direct licence on the basis of your BDS or RDH back home work at a clinic. That is what this video is about. Hope it helps clarify some doubts.
Doctor.... recently they have putforth that dental assistant can get pr via express entry is that applicable sir and wat is that they r stating is that we get pr directly or we r eligible to file
Hello doctor, so yes they have made dental assisting as an occupation of tier 3 on the PR application however that is for graduates of dental assisting program from a Canadian College. Direct licensing is not a part of that plan.
Surely doctor, we can use WES to verify our documents. To do so, we can go on WES website, make an account and use the “course by course” evaluation. Then we must mail those documents required by the WES via post service to the address given by WES.
Hello sir, Very informative video and also a really good start for a dental journey here in canada.. I had query.. I am on a student visa here and can i apply for this exam being a student here amd can get a part time jobs here? Thnks in advance
Hello doctor, yes you absolutely can approach this exam as a student visa holder. And I would actually recommend you to do so. This way you will be employed as an assistant as well which will eventually help you in your final dental journey as well.
Hey , I want to go for DH. If I go for colleges like cambrian and confederation , is it fine becz I had PCB in my grade 12 ? Please reply me soon. I am eagerly waiting for your response.
Hello, yes in terms of your eligibility to apply you are good to proceed however competitive admission process are based on factors like IELTS scores and marks received in prior education. But yes you can apply for sure.
I must mention sir I got offer letter from capilano uni but their program is a little less interesting for me. So, I am thinking of changing my college to cambrian and confederation because sept 22 intake is closed for now . Though I secured 91.8% aggregate in medical stream and I got 7.5 overall in IELTS. Also, if I change my college after a semester or year will I still be accepted by these colleges for DH? (On the basis of my high school education)
Wow doctor your stats are amazing and highly competitive. Congratulations on that! Yes we are able to switch courses from college to college there is some hassle when it comes to the transfer in areas like updating the government on your progress and all but there are several international career coaches in your college available that can help you get through such procedure.
Thankyou so much for the appreciation. But by hassle , you mean informing the embassy after changing college?I hope they wont have any issue if I go for this change. Can you suggest what can be the major issues that I can face for such process and how can I get out of it ? Btw your each answer means a lot to me.
By hassle I mean just the administration work of it nothing serious it can still be done. We just will have to have a strong reason when asked. However people have done it in the past. The main thing to keep in consideration is that we never leave a course or college in the middle of the semester. We must try to shift between the college between semesters if possible.
Hello, I am appearing for CPE by the end of this month and will like to know more about this exam…have you taken this exam? and can you share some tips. thanks
Hello mam, I have not taken CPE however it is well known among us that it will be a scenario based exam that will have us do two types of tasks. One is clinical tasks such as rubber dam application and such intra oral procedures which allows the dentists to work with ease and the other side of the coin is patient oriented tasks such as record management and patient communication techniques. My best advice in this case is to open the CPE handbook, look at the several exercises that will be asked and then take that list to a known dentist around you. Book an appointment with them to explain each step verbally. If you know a dentist it is perfect as they may be able to seat you and talk to you more about the clinical aspect of each task. The other method is each task can be learned on youtube if you like. Such as if you learned rubber dam application on youtube. As I have not taken the exam, this is the best I am able to aid doctor. Hope this helps!
Hello Aneri Patel , can you please tell me about the step by step process for registration, m confused about the transcript process by my university so I need to send them directly to ndaeb or I can send them by myself and with the dacwr?
@@nikishadhankhar7163 Hey ur university has to send your transcripts directly to WES and WES will send your evaluation report directly to NDAEB as well u have to send transcripts degree photocopies attested by a Oath commissioner to NDAEB along with workbook filled by you.
Hi .. did you have to create a NDAEB profile before we start up everything.. otherwise how could someone send the docs to NDAEB without any reference number. Thanks for your help
Ideally they are supposed to mailed in by post and then once they recognize the applicant they will email you with an acknowledgment of receipt and later your profile will be confirmed with NDAEB.
Hello doctor! Yes, you have heard absolutely correctly! This video will help you find the links to the application process for an international dentist to becoming a licensed dental assistant here in Canada.
@@TheToothFactory but in the video u have mentioned that we still need to gve the exam for the dental assistant...and my question was can we skip the dental assistant liscensing by challenging it??
Oh I understand what you mean, unfortunately the NDAEB exams are a mandatory checkpoint we must cross. There is no way we can challenge the exam in order to skip it.
Can we give written and clinical exam of NDAEB in Quebec? And if you can, is it necessary to learn the French language to get provisional registration in Quebec? Please make a complete informative video about Dental assistan registration with NDAEB And Provisional bodies in Quebec.
Hello, you can absolutely give NDAEB in Quebec and no French is not a mandate. It is preferred but not a compulsion. Yes, we can make a video on it and I shall advise my team to prepare the content asap. Thank you for your suggestion.
Hello dr, I would like to ask outoff the topic, do you know by any chance a dental companies that offer an invitation to attend there event? Such as dental implants company?
Hello, unfortunately my contacts and reach are on a limited leash and I do not appropriate authentic information for you on that matter. I humbly apologise.
So this license does not relate to work permit visas actually. This only gives us a validation to practice dental assistance considering we have a permit to work in Canada. Now most people would seek employment after getting the license and that employer can help sponsor you to get your work permit and sequentially your PR.
So if we have prepared for the NDEB AFK then that’s more than enough to prepare for NDAEB however there is a chapter of patient management which is highly focused snd I can provide you an e textbook for the same. It should take around 4 weeks of good study hour sessions
@@TheToothFactory thanks for your prompt response sir..I’d be really grateful if you could share the textbook please. Also one more question, I have already got my profile approved from NDEB but regarding transcripts the website says it needs to be notarised from a Canadian Lawyer.. Is there any alternative way to submit this if someone is not residing in Canada?
Absolutely our pleasure I shall get it over to you within the day today. I appreciate your patience doctor. So in that case, I would email NDAEB directly with your concern as they will be able to accommodate you if possible.
Hello sir,I have an query. Please help me sir.I have verified my documents by WES for NDAEB.They said they sent it to NDAEB.My question is sir how am I supposed to know that NDAEB has received the evaluation paper from WES?Will NDAEB send me any emails to me?I haven't yet send them my notarized papers and also money order.I am confused will I send it now or later?
Yes NDAEB will let you know of the updates as soon as they receive it. However, right before you do send it you must have your NDAEB portal created so you have an ID number to put on the documents you post.
Dental Assistant Program as a certificate course is eligible for counting towards your potential application. In this process, you must go through student visa and apply to a college for the program. The licensing alone will not help with PR.
Hello sir, I studied bds from Baba farid university of health sciences punjab, india but this University is not listed under Wes evaluation. What can I do now?
Hello so in this case I have been advised that WES may not make a report for you. Therefore we must try to email WES itself to ask for how to approach such a situation before you pay anything or apply. They will guide you. I have been able to verify this advice from several sources. So please do email WES themselves for the best possible authentic response.
Your NDEB approval page on profile is required which can be a screenshot and also the NDAEB does not need your originals they only need your notarised copies. You can send the notarised copies of your originals as a new set too.
@@TheToothFactory my documents are still with ndeb in ottawa.. is there a way to contact ndaeb and get it processed ? I dont have copies of those documents
So I presume your original documents are with NDEB? I suppose NDEB accepts notarised documents not originals during its document verification. You should still have your originals no? And in the case that your original documents are not in your possession, we need to email NDAEB saying that you have been approved of NDEB profile but you documents have not arrived back yet. Then NDAEB will guide us in the steps to processing so we do not wait.
Hii sir I have a question I am a dentist from India , I have transcripts from my university which I can get it noterized . Is that enough or should I get wes done ? I am on my pr and working In a dental clinic is that can help me in anyways?
Hello doctor, with your transcript being notarized, WES is also needed for the initial application to NDAEB. Either WES or an NDEB approval is needed. Having a PR and a dental clinic job is unfortunately not taken into consideration when it comes to NDAEB board exams.
Hi sir! Hope you are doing well. I have a question for you that can I give this exam when My status is student here but my break is going on in between studies?
I have one more question If we have to apply for evaluation process then we have to apply for IRCC first or for NDAEB. If for IRCC then how to send the documents for NDAEB.
Hii sir I have some questions hope you will clear it 1. How the ndeab exam eligibility fees 300$ should be payed 2. Should I submit all 4year marked and degree certificate and the transcript to them Thank you
Hello! 1.)The fees must be submitted through a money order or a bank draft to the NDAEB. 2.) we must submit the transcripts and degree copies notarized no need for marksheets just transcripts is fine. Also for more clarity you can visit the link below and scroll all the way down to where it says Step 1 and Step 2. Before the submission of any documents and fees, we must complete step 1. It is to get a WES done as well.
@@TheToothFactory thank you sir I have completed my Wes . The report has been sent to ndeab. It’s been one month and now I am planning to send my documents to ndeab .so how I will inform them about my Wes, should I send them my Wes reference id
Sir if I go through Wes.....the ndaeb application form says that NDAEB will not accept the Wes evaluation for immigration (ECA) or document by document evaluation....then how about immigration process sir
This WES evaluation is for professional licensing. It is necessary to do the course by course for the purpose of NDAEB. And immigration process does not need WES evaluation.
So NDAEB license exam is actually a must for everyone however, if you go through a college, you don’t have to give the clinical license exam. You only give the written. If you are applying as an international applicant the we must give both written and clinical board exams.
Congratulations on your PR! When we apply to places like NDAEB or NDEB, we are still considered academically international doctor. They do not account for our residency unless we apply for a college.
Sir for NDAEB exam written and cpe how much will it cost at current and how much will it cost for licencing procedure???? Secondly after cpe when will we get licence to work ???
@@TheToothFactory Thanks for the reply! Appreciate it!:) I have another doubt. Do you know if this college helps in training the 9skills for cpe or is it like joining a course for months ?
Pleasure is ours doctor! The education presented at the college in lieu of the 9 CPE exercises are usually just directed at the exact 9 skills beginning with a demo followed by a test run ending in certification for the skill you took.
Pleasure is ours doctor and we thank you for your kind words as that is what keeps us going and we do know how there is so much unknown misinformation out there. Therefore, we aim to guide as many people as possible to a more appropriate route. Thank you doctor!🙏🏻☺️
Hello doctor! If I'm applying for a visit visa should I mention that I'm going to appear for ndaeb? Or should I not? I mean can it help me in getting my visit visa?
Hello doctor, I would not mention it as it takes away from the purpose of the “visitor” visa. They may even reject it. So keep it as if you are just visiting.
Hey doc can you tell me the approximate take home salary as a dentist in canada after NDEB. Excluding the taxes how much And how much is the tax percentage doc.
Sure doctor, so as we know Canada have provincial legislation as well where each province is different however, at an average, a dentist in Canada makes $150,000 per year and taxes brackets are 35% which means you can take home and average of $100,000 per year. This is an estimate doctor.
Hello, I have a question. My university is going to send my academic transcript electronically to WES, and I have to upload the other documents to my WES account. Should these documents be authenticated by a Canadian notary or should I only authenticate the documents I'm sending to NDAEB? Thank you in advance 😊
Hello doctor, generally for this purpose, a legal notary would work just as good as a notary in Canada as well. So in the case of NDAEB, if you are choosing WES as the agency to evaluate the documents, then you don’t need to authenticate anything, WES will be responsible for that criteria.
Thanks for the useful information. I am not a PR holder . If I clear both NDAEB exams while on tourist visa -search for an employer who could give me a work permit - work as dental assistant in Canada for one year and then apply for PR .Does this route hold good chances of obtaining a PR ? Please give your valuable advise . Thanks.
Yes doctor, you have that process correctly understood. When you attain a work permit, know that you begin accumulating your CRS scores and eventually you can apply through the provincial nominee programs or with your Canadian DA license and a full time job, you can apply for federal PR programs as well. The only thing that is undetermined, is the timeline of the process. So when we estimate one year after achieving the work permit, then I must emphasise that it is subject to change as well doctor.
Sir I didn't understand the dental program course report to be submitted by IAQS etc because of which i couldn't apply in September sir it was very disappointing for me sir. Please do help me guide how to get that documents what does that report mean sir I'm a dentist from India.
Okay so not to worry, the dental course work report is a group of charts that we have to fill out according to what we learned back in BDS. Each table on each page of that report asks you where you learned a specific subject or skill, so all we have to do is fill out the tables with the name of the course, and mentioning that your proof that you took this course is on your marksheets. Also which skills you attained. Once you fill those tables, you must sign the form and group it with the rest of your documents that you will be sending to IQAS for evaluation. Once IQAS finished the evaluation, IQAS itself will send the report to NDAEB.
Hello doctor, for Alberta, RDA earn an average of $28 per hour that translates to $55,000 annually approximately and the taxes can be in the bracket of 20% roughly with all deductions included. Your net income is estimated (only an approximate value) at $44,000 take home.
HI , Im a dental surgeon/dentist from pakistan. Ive a some questions. 1. As a part of wes evaluation, the degree is first attested through a regulatory body in pakistan ,HEC (higher education commission), and then the attested degree is sealed and sent to WES for the equivalency report. Ive gone through this process for my equivalency report for immigration. I have to do it again for NDAEB Step by step equivalency process but do i have to get attested from HEC all over again? 2. Also, do you have to send the original attested degree to WES or the attested photocopy? because it says on the website of WES that do not send original documents, those will be discarded etc. 3. Also after clearing written and practical exams of NDAEB, will i be able to apply a job from Pakistan? i dont have any work or study visa. Im doing it to be able perform in AFK exams better and make a good living meanwhile. Kindly respond . Greatful for your help.
Hello doctor, to answer you questions: 1.) For NDAEB, there is o specification as to getting it attested by HEC. It asks that we get our university degree and transcripts to be notarized and evaluated by WES with its course by course method. 2.) Yes, do not send the originals doctor. there have been issues with people who did send originals and never got them back and that is a hassle. So yes please send the notarized copies. 3.) So to clarify this point, yes you can apply from Pakistan itself. However, we must keep in ,mind that most employers evaluate resumes and applications based on your ability to work in Canada itself. So employers are eligible to submit a work permit sponsorship for you but majority of the trend says they require some sort of a living status. Also, the AFK exam and the NDAEB are quite different in nature and material therefore, it may not help you as much as we perceive but yes you are right about the good living part. It pays well and makes an above average living.
Hi sir.. I have a question.. Is the HARP certificate ( radiography) valid only in Ontario coz m in New Brunswick.. so is that going to help me in any way if I do that certification
Hello doctor, as far as I am aware (correct me if it is incorrect), HAARP has now been merged with the DA course. Therefore, most people have reported that to get HAARP they are asked to complete the 1 year Dental Assistant course which has HAARP in it.
In IQAS should I apply in ECA which includes only immigration process or second option Assessment for professional licence employment which will not give immigration process and that cannot be changed to ECA.....two options are there sir in IQAS new application form....which one should I enter
Hello. I want to ask if i apply for ndaeb from my country . Will ndaeb will provide me with visa or do i have to get vist visa to go there and give my exam?
Hello unfortunately, NDAEB is a qualifying institution which only allows to get an assisting license in Canada. They will not provide visa letters or so. However, what most people consider is getting the license and then landing a job which can sponsor you on work permit. It is the employers that can help you get visa rather than NDAEB itself.
For the exam, IELTS is not necessary. Consider IELTS as a proof of your competency with speaking reading writing and listening english, which is solely important while studying a full course. This is a set of exams which does not require that competency.
Sir, can you please share the strategy for the exam..like how to prepare... Till now I'd been preparing for Indian post graduate entrance examinations but now have planned to shift to Canada. It'll be a great help!
I understand doctor, so with preparing for NDAEB or NDEB, the best approach is to start by looking at the outline on their website as to what is asked on the exam. There is a booklet that breakdown all the subtopics in the exam. That booklet is called the exam handbook and is found on NDAEB’s website. And then we can use those subtopics and refer them back to ge textbook that I have given you below. It is the link to the accepted dental assistant training textbook for NDAEB. And making important notes is always a good strategy like when you are studying a topic specifically, make a list of pointers or bullets that help you summarise the topics. drive.google.com/file/d/1wAJtqO79T5wr_SZeoH-PqH5hlUE-tUIM/view?usp=drivesdk
Hi I got my CPE result Unfortunately I failed in 1 of 9 skill Is there any way i can upgrade that skill only? If you find any college in Ontario which offers upgrading of failed skill then let me know thanks
Hello, I understand and as I far as I know, we are allowed to take CPE again and they will only ask what we failed at. So in your case when you reapply for CPE date, you will only be asked to perform that one exercise that you have failed at. Also I do know there is a rule that this reattempt of this one failure must be done within 13 months of first CPE attempt. And here is the reference for it. documents.ndaeb.ca/cpe-candidate-handbook/18/ As far as upgrading through college goes, I know provinces such as Alberta and BC go through that process but for Ontario, I am unaware of such methods. Hope this helps!
Hi.. did you have to create a NDAEB profile before starting the process. Otherwise how could someone send the docs to NDAEB without a reference number. Thanks in advance
Hello, a quick question. I've applied at WES for credential evaluation and the profile(WES) say that the documents has been sent to my recepient address(NDAEB). But i have not received any email from them yet. Also, i was wondering i have not send the course work report and paid fees yet or sent my transcripts. Does the NDAEB email us first and then we send the course work report and other documents or i have to do it now then only i will get email from them for eligibility??
Hello that is a good question and many others will benefit from this discussion as well. So thank you for bringing this up. So I suggest to apply for NDAEB and submit the course work report along with fees while WES is being processed. This is because NDEAB needs to who which applicant’s WES report has been received before they can respond to us. So yes please do apply and pay the fees of NDAEB. You will receive the acknowledgment email then on.
Hello sir your all the videos are so much knowledgeble and thank you for showing the right path. I have one question, currently I’m in India and my husband is in Canada, i’m waiting for my visa is their any option so that i can apply for the written exam of NDAEB from India. So that i can save my time.
Hell doctor, yes we sure can do that however, it sill require your husband’s contribution of time because the notary that needs to be done to submit is supposed to be done in Canada itself. Other than that you can do it while you yourself are in India.
Thank you for the reply sir can you please explain me that will the online exam of NDAEB will conduct in India. Like i have to go some place where actual the exam happen.
And for NDEB I started my presentation with Mosby’s part 2 can u pls tell me that i’m on the right path or not and while staying india how can i take coaching or know the material if you yourself give coaching pls tell me
Hello doctor! That is a great question. Since our goal is NDEB and DDS, I would say that taking NDAEB directly is the way to go. However, there is also one thing to consider that NDAEB exams do not have classes and they also can take up to 4-6 months to complete entirely. Therefore, 8 months of DA course is not a bad idea either. Yes, DA course can be far more expensive than the NDAEB exams too. So there is pros and cons both sides. Hopefully this helps you decide doctor.
Hello doc. I want to ask about the difficulty level of both written exam and the CPE exam. I am currently in India and have applied for PR. I want to first work as an assistant after landing for sometime and then get start the NDEB preparation process. However, i will register myself on the NDEB being in India itself. So should i first prepare for the NDAEB qualifying exam or is the preparation for both similar? And what is the success rate and minimum marks required to clear the exam?
So doctor, the plan is good and as per the exams, you being a dentist the theory of NDAEB the wrriten that will not be a problem. As the difficulty for you will be less. However, the clinical might be tough as Canadian standards would need to be learned for it. And the minimum marks are 75 rescaled score to pass which you can make it doctor. And success rate is very high as well.
Thank you so much. You guide me on the path I am looking for. I have two queries. 1. wes/ece done from us will be approved here in canada? 2.does afk passing exam can directly give clinical exam Of NDEAB? I am hoping to hear from. Thank you so much🙏
Hello doctor, here are the answers to your questions: 1.) for Canada I would rely more on WES and not as much for ECE. I would leave ECE for USA processes. 2.) Passing AFK unfortunately does not contribute to the NDAEB process. As it has its own written exam doctor.
Hi can u please provide me e book links too.. and if i will be landing in canada on PR in Sept and currently MDS from India . I will be able to give license exam directly?
So doctor we must have to write both the written and clinical to qualify for dental assisting. Unfortunately there is no level 1 for direct licensing. The link i have doctor has the dental assisting textbook along with dentistry textbooks too it will eventually help you anyways: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-3ovty9-RrDoRbFqTp9sMAtJEEagLifC drive.google.com/drive/folders/1rq1_ihkyXYAr2fJQIjsiz4MYF8R-ekH2
Doctor i have 2 questions 1- Can i be registered DA or dentist as i finished 5years BDS course but i haven’t done 1 year internship?. 2-I only have the original certificates so can i make a copy and authenticate it from a lawyer in canada to be sent to WES and that would be accepted or i should make true copies and later authenticate from a lawyer ?
Hello doctor, I shall address each point: 1.) you can use your dental background credential to approach both RDA through NDAEB and a dental license through the NDEB process. However, one of the requirements is called “internship completion certificate”. I am not sure if your university provided that considering you have not done the 1 year Internship. 2.) WES requires three things from us and none of them needs a lawyer’s help. A degree and internship certificate can be uploaded as a photocopy whereas the transcript must be sent to WES directly by your university either electronically or via courier. This link below will help you understand that process better. applications.wes.org/required-documents
Hello Dr.shah I checked the NDEB website >equivalency process>Required documents per country section and it’s written there internship is not required, but in the application guide it’s says internship is required so which information is correct ? And as im in canada now is it possible to do the internship there ? Thank you for your help.
And it’s mentioned in WES website according to the information i provided like country , college and degree that all they need from me is Marksheets and degree certificate eg(Bachelor degree)which i have
Hello doc! I believe the WES evaluation requires a “course by course report” where as the immigration file does not need that kind of WES. So as long as you have a “ course by course “ then NDAEB can use it.
Hloo sir I'm Dr Jothi from India....i missed the application dates in September....now I wanna write the upcoming exam on December......and the application starts by 26tg September next coming week.....i didn't start the application yet .....I need to send the documents to iqas.....please guide me sir in detail what should I do and if I send to iqas by next week can I apply for exam and write this coming December.....please do tell me the information guidelines sir I have missed last time as i didn't know how to proceed
Hello doctor. So there are two ways to go around it. IQAS and WES are the two institutions that NDAEB would accept documents from and ideally speaking, that document verification must be completed prior to the application date. Generally they want it all submitted two weeks Before the application deadline. So if you were to apply for December’s exam, then the application will open on September 26th but the deadline is November 4th. So before two weeks prior to Nov. 4th, your IQAS or WES must be submitted to the NDAEB. This way you will not miss you time line. Here are the steps to submit documents: ndaeb.ca/international-graduates-application-procedure/ And here is the exam schedule: ndaeb.ca/written-exam-schedule/
hey, Can we get a video regarding the overview of the DH licensing exam?
Hello, yes we shall build and release it soon. Thank you for the suggestion.
So here are the answers in order:
1.) There is no official course or class for NDAEB’s CPE.
@@TheToothFactory Thank you for your response doctor :)
@@TheToothFactory Can you please share the link of those level two training course? Which we can practice at home. It would be a great help. Thanks:)

@@TheToothFactory Can Boys become Dental Assistant?
Hi sir which wes certification should i take
Hi you can get course by course
Sir how I start the preparation for the exam ? Any book or notes you recommend?
Hello doctor, there is a book which has all needed theory and each chapter has questions at the end to help you prepare. I can use your email ID to add you to the google drive folder for the resources. Please do provide us with your email ID. Thank you!
Hi doctor! We can send approval application anytime or there are specific dates for that
You can send the equivalency at anytime. There are just deadlines for written exam applications only.
Thankyou so much doctor 😊
Really appreciate your efforts, helping many 👍🏻
Can you decribe the time line for each step and please recommend any book to go through
Generally there is a schedule posted in their website for a theory and then a practical if we pass the theory. It would be an application about 2-3 months prior to exam date and before 2 weeks of the exam, we must have all money paid for it and a date booked. Then once we pass the theory we get to apply to CPE and same as earlier 2-3 months of preparation time is given.
Hello doc, is this route possible in Ontario?
Yes doctor, this is a national process meaning it envelopes all provinces and territories.
@@TheToothFactory thanks
Dr. Tuco salamanca?
Applogies doctor, I an unable to comprehend the phrase in your comment. Please elaborate so we can be helpful to you.
You look like tuco, a charectr in breaking bad😅❤
Sir which one is better IQAS or WES
Most people choose WES
Can you please explain a little bit about "Course Outline provided by the Candidate's educational program"?
its mentioned in the checklist for credential assessment for NDAEB
Yes doctor, that phrase is referring to the syllabus we are taught back home. So each national dental council which offers a PDF with a syllabus of what is to be taught at dental schools each year. That is what we have to copy and write in that course outline.
And is IELTS required sir for anything in future
IETLS is good to take for our journeys for sure as in the future when you approach other courses or DDS if that is an option for you, IELTS will help a lot so it is good to keep it in hand.
Thank you sir done
Mordern dental assisting book is enough ?
And for cpe where can i practice ?
Yes that’s the exact book I recommend for the theory. Also there are no designated classed for CPE as of now however the activities tested in the exam are mentioned in the video and their videos are available on youtube as well. So our previous colleagues have practiced at home after ordered a typhodont and mount with instruments from companies or off used sets.
For this do we need to go for coaching or can we get through self study?where can we get the study material?
You can self study at home. There is a book on dental assisting and here is the link where you can purchase the material:
Student Workbook for Modern Dental Assisting www.amazon.ca/dp/0323430317/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_51BJ3JRJHFWHQ6AY1AK5
Hi Doc
Do we need to send to something else in addition to transcripts?
I mean photocopy of degree or something like that
As long as it is mentioned in the list it should be okay. Other than that if we send anything extra then they will delay the equivalency process.
Sorry to bother you sir
I have a question . From u will get the study materials . I couldn’t find any for my ndeab exam.
Hello doctor, no no you are not bothering we are here to help.
Please send me an email on dr.shah@thetoothfactory.ca and I shall help you get started with your needed textbook for DA training and the written exam for NDAEB.
Can u explain on NDAEB PROGRAM SURVEY mentioned in the requirements for internationally trained dentist please
So basically this survey will explain to the NDAEB that our dental schools back home taught us all that is needed for completing their license exams all clinical exercises basically. Also that survey is found and is a part of the course work report as well.
Hello Doctor.. Do we have to creat a profile in NDAEB if yes is that after our evaluation?
Hello doctor, yes that is correct we will be able to create a profile after evaluation
Thank you sir.. I sent my papers to NDAEB last week and I am waiting for their reply.. Do they contact us through email?
Yes that is correct they will respond via email first
What should I say such a valuable channel .thanks so much for the information doctor.really appreciates your knowledge and work.keep providing us videos really helpful for international dentists
Thank you so much for your kind words and such enlightening motivation. It is your motivation that keeps us going towards our goal to serve our fellows and help as many as we can. Thank you.
@TheToothFactory Hello can you please answer me. I studied in Russia dentistry for 4 years but I couldn't continue my degree remaining 2 years due to some financial problems so the university decided to expelled me now I have my transcription for 4 years including in it that I have been expelled
May I ask if there is a chance to work in Canada as a dental assistant. ?
Hi , for ndeb approved dentist ,the screenshots should email to them? any particular email? I can not find it .
Hello, yes there is no email addressed to NDAEB where they accept documents. When I done mine, I was asked to mail in (post) the screenshot along with other documents in the package.
How much time will iqas take to evaluate and send report to ndaeb
Generally it takes 4-6 weeks in total but due to high traffic it may take 6 weeks not less.

That's really grateful doc..... thank you so much doc.
Sir could you guide me about Dental Assisting course work report DACWR to be submitted to the IAQS
Hello doctor,
Yes notarized copies of academic transcripts are required in step 2 of the NDAEB eligibility assessment. WES will be in step 1 on its own.
Then that DACWR is a course report must be filled by the applicant themselves.
Hello doctor
Thank you so much for the wonderful information
I have a question
I am currently living in india and planning to move to canada in the coming january intake
So can i start the evaluation process in india or should i wait till I reach in canada?
I have just completed my bachelors and i do not have my final degree
So can I send a Provisional degree to WES?
Hello doctor, unfortunately they do require a final degree is required in the process at WES and NDAEB and NDEB overall.
Do we still have to send WES report if we have approved NDEB status ?
If you are approved with NDEB then another WES is not needed as per the NDAEB website’s instructions.
Oh alright, I thought when you book your slot online that’s the registration. :D thank you doc for the help. Stay blessed !!
I’m searching for the material to study and the questions with answers?? Can you help me with that ?
Hello there are some books out there but their reliability is questionable so I recommend using the official NDAEB exam prep material. It is $75 but it is the most accurate practice test we can rely on. Here is the link on its details:
documents.ndaeb.ca/preparation-test-instructions/
Will passing the written exam alone grant us level 1 assistant?
Hello unfortunately as we are considered international students of RDA, they can only consider us RDA’a after passing both exams. The written alone does not make us level 1 classified
That was really nice video. Actually I have the transcripts with me. I have done my Pg also so which should I show?? Whether it is the BDS or MDS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Also whether these have to be sent by us directly unlike that of NDEB
Hello doctor thank you for your kind words. BDS is sufficient to show for sure and they would want it to be mailed in by us for sure at the NDAEB
Hello sir, i wanted to know the my WES is completed. I got the mail. But where can i submit my rest of the documents in NDAEB page . Thanks
Hello, so NDAEB asks the applicants to submit the documents via mail at their office in ottawa
Sir like if i go through wes, to which address should i send my report?
Hello, the WES must be sent directly to the NDAEB office from WES itself at:
#204-2283 St. Laurent Blvd.,
Ottawa, Ontario, K1G 5A2
Can i take this exam even if i am just an international student? My program is not dental related.
Yes yes absolutely we can attempt the exam with the status you hold. It is a licensing exam so it will be independent of your current education.
Thank you, I have a question can I do this exam in Canada with tourist Visa?
Hello, yes you should be able to attend these exams on visitor visa as there are no requirements for residency in the application process
@@TheToothFactory this is great
Can I apply from my home country? Or should I apply 2 weeks before the eaxm?
You apply in both scenarios however my only concern becomes where they ask for Canadian notary. You would have to either have someone notarize your documents here in Canada if you are planning to apply from your home country or actually be here to do your document work and then apply.
Thank you 🙏🏻
Sir, I have completed dental assistant course in India. What it takes to work as a dental assistant in Canada
Hello, you are eligible for approaching the NDAEB for licensing exams. There is an equivalency process, followed by a written exam and then a clinical exam. Once done, within 4-6 weeks they will mail you a registered license for you to practice as a Dental Assistant in Canada.
Hi , i am done with my NDEB evaluation. I just need to send screenshot of my profile only?? Or else should i need to send them??
Yes doctor, that is correct with the completed NDEB evaluation, a screenshot is enough to help you qualify the NDAEB equivalency.
Has anyone filled the dental assistant course work report.
Hi there, did you fill the course work book ???
@@sukhkambo7995 yeah I did it of my own. Not sure whether its filled correctly. I am not in Canada yet, I would apply for it once I enter the country. How about you?
can we write NDEB after writing NDAEB...
Absolutely they are independent of one another so yes you can
Thank you so much..
Doc, what about ndeb dentist salary doc....
Including taxes approximately?
Hello doctor, here is link to help you find a college.
www.cdha.ca/cdha/Education/Students/Dental_Hygiene_Schools___Programs/CDHA/Education/Students/Dental_Hygiene_Schools___Programs.aspx
Please scroll down to diploma options and click on the province of choice to see colleges.
What's the total cost for this attaining the licence?
I would estimate cost for NDAEB licensing process at around $25,000-$ 35,000 CAD.
This includes the living costs and studying costs and exams costs too
Thank you 😊
Hi doc ! Just wanna ask is there any specified period or duration in which we have to take clinical exam after written is done?
There is no specified time frame between the two exams as far as we know. However, we do recommend emailing the NDAEB for the same.
What is the average salary for dental assistant sir
Average depends on the province you settle in for example, $23 per hour in Ontario and $28 per hour in Alberta.
Hello. I have a bds degree from India. Could you please tell me how I can prepare for this exam by myself?
Sure doctor, there is a textbook that can help you prepare for the written and there are several UA-cam videos that can help you get through CPE exam later. I can share the books if you share me your email ID
Thanks so much!
That is unfortunate doctor, no worries next cycle you can apply in advance.
Hello sir, i am a BDS graduate friom India can I please know the materials needed for self study for DA
Sure doctor, kindly offer me your email address and I shall add you to the access.
Doctor.....my stay in canada will be for a period of 5 years so will NDAEB or ndeb be better.
Generally doctor, the journey of NDEB to become a licensed dentist in Canada ranges from 3-5 years. And therefore, for the sake of greater ambition and a better life trajectory for you and your family, I recommend considering the NDEB dental license route.
So NDAEB will not work sir.....
Thank you sir . May I know which one to apply first ndeb or ndaeb for evaluation
you can so both at the same time as both requires WES however if you have NDEB completed then you don’t have to worry much about the NDAEB application since NDEB’s approval is enough to show to NDAEB.
Ok sir . Just wanted to know that is there any time limit within which we have to give the examination after creating and completion of ndeb profile
No doctor there is no time limit better exams and profile creation.
How many days will it take for Wes to send verification to NDAEB......
Hi did you have to open an NDAEB account. If so could you please share the link here.. Thanks
About two weeks
@@TheToothFactory Hi

Normally it takes 4-6 weeks as per past experience.
@@TheToothFactory sorry but just trying to understand why they have provided a 2week timeline on the website if it takes 4-6weeks

Surely doctor
Hey, thank you for this informative video. Can you tell if I can apply for ndaeb on student permit?
Hello absolutely you are allowed to do so. Even with student visa.
Hi sir…..
Can a dental assistance be done in a part Time basis ??
And can a dental assistance be useful in pr ??
Sir pls could you guide me about wfs etc with some agencies we need to get our documents verified etc
Surely doctor, we can use WES to verify our documents. To do so, we can go on WES website, make an account and use the “course by course” evaluation. Then we must mail those documents required by the WES via post service to the address given by WES.
Thank you so much sir .....tq for guiding
Hello sir,
Very informative video and also a really good start for a dental journey here in canada..

Hey!How are we supposed to submit these documents? Are we supposed to send them through email or can we make a profile like we do for NDEB?
Ideally they are supposed to mailed in by post and then once they recognize the applicant they will email you with an acknowledgment of receipt and later your profile will be confirmed with NDAEB.
Hello, I am a dentist from India and what I have heard is that we can challenge the exam for the dental assistant and get the license...is it true??

And will we get work permit visa once we get qualified with NDAEB exam or do we need to wait till we get PR sir for working as dental assistant
So this license does not relate to work permit visas actually. This only gives us a validation to practice dental assistance considering we have a permit to work in Canada. Now most people would seek employment after getting the license and that employer can help sponsor you to get your work permit and sequentially your PR.
Sir Is the study material for AFK and NDAEB similar?
Generally How long does it take to prepare for NDAEB?

Yes NDAEB will let you know of the updates as soon as they receive it. However, right before you do send it you must have your NDAEB portal created so you have an ID number to put on the documents you post.
@@TheToothFactory how to create a NDAEB portal sir ?It's actually difficult to find the link.

Can i apply for dental assistant and get pr ?
Thnku so much sir
I have iqas thing and ndeb profile is approved as well but my documents are with ndeb so what do i do ?

Sir, if we join in any university or college to pursue dental assistant course do we get the liscence directly without appearing for ndaeb.
So NDAEB license exam is actually a must for everyone however, if you go through a college, you don’t have to give the clinical license exam. You only give the written. If you are applying as an international applicant the we must give both written and clinical board exams.
@@TheToothFactory thank you for the reply sir.i am soon to be a pr holder so not an international student

Sir for NDAEB exam written and cpe how much will it cost at current and how much will it cost for licencing procedure????

Hello doctor!
If I'm applying for a visit visa should I mention that I'm going to appear for ndaeb? Or should I not? I mean can it help me in getting my visit visa?

Hey doc can you tell me the approximate take home salary as a dentist in canada after NDEB.
Excluding the taxes how much
And how much is the tax percentage doc.

Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate what you are doing .
Tq sir now got it tq so much sir
Very welcome doctor
How much pay will we get for dental assistants in Alberta provinve and how much is the tax doctor.....total pay including tax in Alberta doc???

Hello doctor, to answer you questions:
1.) For NDAEB, there is o specification as to getting it attested by HEC.

@@TheToothFactory thank you so much !!
Sir..is ielts necessary for applying for ndaeb exam. I was thinking of applying for the exam from here outside Canada. Will it be a wise decision?
For the exam, IELTS is not necessary. Consider IELTS as a proof of your competency with speaking reading writing and listening english, which is solely important while studying a full course. This is a set of exams which does not require that competency.
Thank you for your reply doctor!!
Sir, can you please share the strategy for the exam..like how to prepare...
Till now I'd been preparing for Indian post graduate entrance examinations but now have planned to shift to Canada.

Hello sir,is it better to attempt NDAEB or should i join in any college for DA as i am planning to shift to canada..i am BDS graduate here in india
@@TheToothFactory Hi Dr! When you say NAEDB take 4-6 months are you talking about from the start of application to successfully giving exam?
It is from the first exam to the end of the second exam. The verification time is separate doctor.
Thank you so much🙏
Hello doctor, here are the answers to your questions:
1.) for Canada I would rely more on WES and not as much for ECE.
Also after writing this exam will i be a level I OR level II assistant..

1- Can i be registered DA or dentist as i finished 5years BDS course but i haven’t done 1 year internship?.
2-I only have the original certificates so can i make a copy and authenticate it from a lawyer in canada to be sent to WES and that would be accepted or i should make true copies and later authenticate from a lawyer ?
Hello doctor, I shall address each point:
1.) you can use your dental background credential to approach both RDA through NDAEB and a dental license through the NDEB process.

Hello doc! I believe the WES evaluation requires a “course by course report” where as the immigration file does not need that kind of WES. So as long as you have a “ course by course “ then NDAEB can use it.
But yes in the process, it must be that WES sends your report to NDAEB directly from their end.

Hello doctor. So there are two ways to go around it. IQAS and WES are the two institutions that NDAEB would accept documents from and ideally speaking, that document verification must be completed prior to the application date. Generally they want it all submitted two weeks
Before the application deadline. So if you were to apply for December’s exam, then the application will open on September 26th but the deadline is November 4th. So before two weeks prior to Nov. 4th, your IQAS or WES must be submitted to the NDAEB. This way you will not miss you time line. Here are the steps to submit documents:

And here is the exam schedule:
