Which is why indeed, we must protect customary use, and public accesses. The other places claim to be private beaches, thus can apply whatever policies they want. Luckily its not like West Palm Beach, which has about zero access in front of private property
@@bobsimmons1470 I guess there are several ways to look at how private property is defined. If i buy a house and people starting sitting in my front yard I may want to protect the boundaries. That would be the same no matter what state it is.

Visiting in a couple weeks to check out the area to relocate to from Sarasota. It is CERTAINLY beautiful down here, but looking for a change of scenery after 13 years. 😉

We love Santa Rosa on 30A. We stayed at Sea Haunts on Spooky Lane every summer for years. My grands loved it there.
