He has not had nearly the requisite ssuccess, can't see them coming in for him, it may well be Carricks ambition is to manage Man U he is level headed enough to know it would be a mistake to go there too early. Also he is already at the best fucking team in the world.

@philspencerfootball it's a completely different management set up now on the sporting side since Ratcliffe joined the board, I'd be gobsmacked if they chose someone with no real management experience at the top level. But then again it's Man Utd, they've made a habit of shooting themselves in the foot since Fergie left
Won't happen,he hasn't achieved anything, certainly not for standard Man Utd would expect, Boro are not consistently winning, they are fickle at the back and despite total dominating every game, conversation rate is appalling.
