Nagisa would seem like a great friend.
Probably why I really, really agree with Karma when he said that something about Nagisa scares the heck out of him. Its far too easy to let your guard down against him, even if you already know he has a talent for assassination. Keeping him at arms length would require concentration where any lapse could be death. He's not seductive like Irina, not combatative like Karma, or even supportive like Kayano. Nagisa is just... wholesome, someone you never would mind being around you, and who you could easily forget is there because he's completely unobstrusive... until he sees an opening. Which is exactly why he is dangerous.
The snake motif is perfectly representative of Nagisa.
