This is awesome, but I can't get it to work on my Dreamcast. My DC can play burned discs so i'm puzzled why I can't get it to work. Any suggestions?
@@doctorplayboy200 Making sure you have vmu inserted other then i dont know over 17k downloads including many youtube reviews who burned it had no problems.. Tick over burn as well on img burn .. Just because a dc plays other burned games has no impact on if this works or does not.. Dreamcast can be worn to only load low LBA or HIGH LBA will load a bunch of games and not others.. Many disks fall between the 2 of LOW and HIGH etc.. this is full on 700mb of data ..

Just remember you need a vmu inserted before boot and genesis emulation does not work on DC emulators but demul.. This not fault on the genesis emulation but the Dreamcast emulators.. Works perfect on real hardware.. You can get the midnight version which includes Shredders re revenge on the other video :)

@@IanMicheal Hello, yes I am still doing dreamcast things. My nxdoom collection was lots of work, the one thing that was dissapointing about nxdoom and the collection that I did, is that it had a limitation that didn't allow you to play the wads correct music. So much was lost in not having the correct music for each wad.
@@law56ker I dont think the src to nxdoom was released if it was problem with it i could work on fixing it.

This is pretty cool. It is nice to see a new homebrew/emulation release for the ole DC. Have you considered doing a Disney Afternoon collection for the Dreamcast? You could even make it better than the original release by having some fun extras and putting the Gameboy versions of the games on it as well.

Ian I had been away from the scene since the iso zone went down oh about 6 or 7 years ago lojs like I had missed some of your greatest work. Looks like you have contined to be the greatest supporter of the dc since segata sanshiro gave his life for the beast in 1999

Would be nice if you make a .CHD version from the GD file, CDI is fine but is mainly for burning and I don't plan on that, plus it's a lossy format for archival purposes and mainly just playing from a Hard Drive.
You cant make a homebrew gdi at this time .. I have a way but right now this using many dev kits not possible for all them to read gdi file system on homebrew .. This only works correct on DEMUL DC emulator or hardware ..

Hello my friend, I would like to ask you and ask you for a perhaps impossible mission, is it possible to put subtitles in Spanish for the Dreamcast Illbleed game? They have tried it but they never finished it, for me it is the best survival of DC, it would be something incredible to be able to put subtitles in Spanish, could you do that miracle?

The older turtle games on snes/genes and arcade were the best. The 90's movies were also great. It's a shame that the newer movies with the cgi turtles as well as most of the newer games were so horrible. It does look like the new turtles game for pc is very cool.
Yeah i included the real first esp on this many other things pvr hardware rendering xvid in sync at vhs rips of the show by my self

I downloaded and successfully burned it. I’m using Packapunch Cables into my RT5X. Output only 720p and you won’t have signal drop issues. I had 1080p Over and every few seconds the signal dropped. Set to 720p and played just fine. Posting in case anyone experiences this using a similar setup.

Maybe the first game with a ton of work.. Never turtles in time as when the grafix unpack it's over the ram limit.. The bad running single driver port i did in 2003 of the tmnt arcade game is the only version running on Dreamcast and it uses lots of tricks to run with in ram .. You only have after dev kit footprint and emulator footprint under 2mb of ram to load a ram in mame..
Very impressive. You can tell this was a labor of love for you and I am immensely grateful. Out of curiosity, are the arcade roms to much for the DC to handle? I have a standalone homebrew of the first arcade game for DC and it does not run well. Could fare different in your very skilled hands.
Yeah that old one is mine from 2003 there not to much to deal with it would of just been months more just for the first one turtles in time uses to much ram when the grafix unpack so that one yes is to much.. First game would be possible with a ton of work being only one guy i had to code all the menus optimizes all the other emulators just not possible in the time i had to do thing.. I would of needed few clones of my self working on it and all the other things lol..
Is the hyperstone heist remix just a demo? And it seems to crash once you beat the fist level, just fyi. But this is the best collection out there and I cant tell you how thankful I am for your work on this
I know about this yes not enff ram for it keep going.. I was not going to included it at all.. I set a deadline and that was it sadly still working on the Dreambor engine to load fast and have enff ram to load games..
@@IanMicheal fair enough, this is a great release though. I was worried it was my system as i have a japanese cake modded one which sometimes has issues with homebrews, does that game (hyperstone heist remix) have its own standalone release?

I guess it was too hard to put the original TMNT arcade but otherwise an impressive Dreamcast game
Not to hard just not enff time i have it running but just not good enff i did not want to put things on that run like crap if you know what i mean.. I did tmnt arcade port driver back in 2003.. runs 100% speed but the sound is like tin and i had to much work on every thing else..

Are you using vga out put menu is 640x480 pvr vq 512x256 textures 240p or rca can have problems..

@George Ewing This was coded for vga 480p so genesis will be blured on rca cable and snes as well .. This is hardware pvr rendering they dont support 480i so you get this blured look.. In other words 640x480 double buffer..

Just a heads up, if you use an emulator like Redream the games won't load. Nothing but menu. Flycast, the menu doesn't start either. I know it's CDI, not GDI so burn it and play it on the Dreamcast for better results. Thanks dev! The intro song really cracked me up!
Yes only dc emulator Demul can handle it the others cant thanks .. All works correct on Demul and hardware.. Make sure it's update 2018 from the forum not the site.. hehe love the intro song lol
Thank you for letting me know! I mostly play on retro handhelds, so I will probably just enjoy the originals since I already have them on my machines... I'll definitely miss having the awesome menu screen and bonuses, but that's what I get for being a portable gamer!

Try again if your gdrom is worn it will do this i tested on 4 dreamcast .. wait for a min before hitting B ..

wow amazing job! I did get this working on redream! Maybe its cause i'm using redream, but the graphics for the tmnt/sor2 hacks are garbled.
Yes they dont work on redream genesis the emulator is using SQ for DMA and it does not support it.. Redream works most of the rest just not genesis..

@@IanMicheal ack. No matter then. 2 last things: what's that song in the homebrew opening credits, is there an ingame save state menu for the other games, or just gameboy?
@@kainemaxwell Just game boy save states for the others dont fit on the vmu sadly so you need to use a sd card and a serial port to save.. SO knowing not every one has this I did it for gameboy..

@@viniciusgoncalves5948 I don't make things for DC emulators, but for real hardware. Demul is the closest thing we have to real hardware. Every part of this was tested and profiled on hardware for five months. The Genesis emulator does not work on Redream because it's broken and does not support real hardware functions, like SQ at DMA speed; that's a problem with the DC emulator, not this product. You can play it if you have a genuine Dreamcast. Burned to CD, run from the serial port, run from ODE MODE GDEMU, and USB GDEMU all work flawlessly. The Genesis emulator works flawlessly on a real Dreamcast. I could have stopped it from working on all emulators to avoid this type of thing. And made it only work at all on REAL Dreamcast, but I chose not to put it in the NFO, and it seems people don't read things any more. This is for Dreamcast hardware, so there's no point in playing an emulator on another emulator; that defeats the purpose of why I did this, as there are many better ways on Android and PC to play these games.
