      Hi there! Thanks for the comment. You are correct there is hot air coming out of the paint zoom motor exhaust or even from the hose connected to the spray gun. At first I was uncomfortable myself and had to shut down the motor once in a while, but I observed that the hot air coming out helps to easily dry the paint that is sprayed. I don't know if the hot air coming out is a feature of the paint zoom but i find it helpful since it dries the paint out quickly. After I got used to the warm air coming out of the paint zoom the heat doesn't bother me anymore. Using gloves while holding the unit also helps. Now I can consume the whole container of paint without turning off the motor or at least give it a few minutes break while I check on my work. Hope this helps. Hello , did you use this spray gun? And if you did, did it spray evenly or did it spit? Because i had a smaller paint gun (700w) and it was spitting. Thanks

      Hi there! Thank you for the comment. Yes I used the spray gun. The first time I used the spray gun it was also spitting because my paint viscosity was wrong. In your case there can be 2 reasons why your spray gun is spitting. You need to check 2 things:
      1. Your paint is too thick. If yes, you need to thin using water or paint thinner depending on the type of paint you're using.
      2. Sometimes there are paint getting stuck on the air nozzle that will cause paint spitting. If this happens use the cleaning pin to remove dirt and dried paint clogging the nozzle.
      Thanks. Hope this helps and pls support my channel by subscribing. Keep safe everyone.

      Thanks for the comment. It must be very inconvenient when you can't use your spray paint when you need it. There may be different reasons why your paint zoom is not spraying paint. Check the following reasons:
      1. The paint you are using is too thick. - you need to dilute the paint. if you are using water based paints add water using the provided diluting cup. Based on my experience, for a full 1L paint i use at least 1 to 1 1/2 cup of water.
      2. Your Spray Nozzle is clogged - after spraying for quite a bit, the paint on the nozzle may dry up, this will cause the nozzle to get clogged. The quick solution to this is you can use the cleaning pin and remove the dried paint on the nozzle. There are 4 holes where the air passes, make sure no paint is blocking the holes.

    types of paint na pweding gamitin? pwedi po ba ang boss pwedi ba gamitin yong epoxy primer at redoxide paint sa zoom?

      Based on the user manual you can use different types of paints like latex, sealers, enamels, oil and water based. Epoxy is not mentioned maybe because is is easy to dry up and might clog your nozzle easily and damage the Zoom Paint Sprayer. I also don't recommend it. For Primer paints I tried using Red Oxide but i made sure there is enough paint thinner and that I have the correct paint viscosity. Hope this helps. Keep safe.

    normal lang ba na alog ang compressor nya?

    • @thatniftytool9654
      @thatniftytool9654  3 роки тому

      Hi Boss thanks for the comment. The compressor normally vibrates for it to pump air out of the compressor. But try to check what kind of "alog" is happening. if you think this is out of the ordinary there may be a screw missing or the rubber holding the motor is dislodged.

    Whether to dilute the point??

    • @thatniftytool9654
      @thatniftytool9654  3 роки тому

      Did you mean what to use when diluting a paint? Well there are different kinds of paint and the solution to use varies. If you are using water based latex paint you can use water. If you are using acrylic paint you can use paint thinner, if you are using lacquer paint or primers you can use lacquer thinners. Hope this helps.

    How to clean after use

    • @thatniftytool9654
      @thatniftytool9654  3 роки тому +1

      Thanks for the comment. After using the unit you may notice some powdery residue on the spray paint, this is paint dust caused by the hot air drying the paint dew. You can clean the paint dust with water if you are using water-based paint and paint thinner if you are using lacquer or enamel based paints. Just be careful when using solvents, make sure you are in a well ventilated area.
