This is something that has been bothering me... When Garnet is clapping, isn't she risking cracking her gems? Correct me if I'm wrong, just seems risky to do if your gems are on the palm of your hands.
Well, I suppose the gems are pretty solid. it still rock crystal things....🤷♂️

while it not 100% right, Garnet mostly saying she protecting the earth to be her fusion self. I guess a long term Fusion like Garnets might be shun on homeworld.

TJ G yes, during the taping, I lost my train of thought and tried to cover. Garnet is fighting here because this is where she can be herself. One more powerful theme to add into the mix.
TJ G "I will fight for the place where I'm free to live together and exist as ME". I suppose that Garnet IS a metaphore for gay marriage. Or any unconventional marriage. Her fusion definietly was, or would be, shun on homeworld.
Maybe she even fused for the first time on Earth since she wouldn't dare to do so on homeworld...?

Probably ruby sapphire and pearl are around 10,000 years old because the episode too many birthdays was originally 10,000 birthdays, the war was 6,000 years ago, and pearl said she was only a few thousand years old when she fought. So few=4,000 +6,000 =10,000.

Every time I watch this I get goosebumps,
First the dad is my favorite. Second I hope we see Yellow Diamond in the middle of season 2 and not the end so we can see what kind of character she is and then see what kind of power she has at the season finale after the whole malachite problem is solved. And hoping to see more Gems and maybe the other Diamonds.

Shank X I don't think we'll see Yellow Diamond in this series. The pacing of the show, so far, suggests that it will be a while before we actually meet her. Unless, she isn't the main antagonist.

Thecoolestnerdguy Well we did see they were going to hollow out the earth and they did not care for humans and they go and take control of other planets.
Man, I just love Aivisura so damn much! Actually, I discovered Steven Universe because of them.
I really hope CN makes some kind of soundtrack release for SU on the future, that would be awesome! Of course, there's Aivi & Surasshu's Soundcloud, but I want all of the tracks, not just select ones.

StorytimewithAlex P.S: The Black Box is a very progressive album, and is probably best enjoyed by being listened in it's entirety.
With that said, if you just want to get right into the action, tracks 3,5,8 and 11 are probably the best choices.
