THIS is the Logitech G203. I bought it for just £12.59 and it is possibly the best selling gaming mouse on Amazon. Considering you get a whole, complete, working, and name-branded gaming mouse for that sort of cash, why would you ever want anything else? Well, a whole lot of companies think they know why. Something like THIS, the Endgame Gear OP1 8K, costs over FIVE TIMES AS MUCH as the G203, and yet, for the right person, I’d wholeheartedly recommend this over that. Why? Well let me explain!

G305 here... comfortable shape, reasonable weight, good enough performance, incredible battery life, wireless so cats can't sit on the cable when I'm trying to use it.
I would like to see a long-term use revision of the Endgame Mouse. Most critic reviews in amazon question it's durability
What matters in a mouse?
The sensor it uses.
82 grams is 64% heavier than 50 grams, not 83%.
Great video man! I think the tool you made for measuring latency is really great.
With all the new 8k keyboards coming out, do you have any methods to measure keyboard latency? Would it be any harder than measuring mouse latency?
Thanks in advance!
I spent 50 bucks on a Logitech G5 mouse and it still works after 25 years.
In 2021 I purchased what I thought to be a Logitech G203 mouse from Amazon, only to discover later that it was, in fact, a counterfeit product. Despite this I managed to utilize the mouse for basic functionality by relying on the default Windows mouse driver. For a mouse positioned in the budget category, the extent of effort put into creating a counterfeit version appears to be curiously disproportionate.
Logitech G502 just cant be beat. However the original and far superior macro software is no longer available😞
can you pls review "a middle of the road" mouse, not too cheap not too expensive. Wireless ;)
Just go with Logitech G603 /w a rechargeable lithium AAA batt, or like me get a used 502 lightspeed at 15% of the price and solder new main switches :)
The 603 was just a bit too tall to me, it's only 3mm difference but I use fingertip grip and do not like a mouse touching my palm in the middle - if you use palm grip or are not as fussy about it as me it's perfect. at 500hz polling rate 603's batt lasts for months (and I used it with just 1 AAA battery in an adapter, not 2 AA)
If you like a smaller mouse, ignore my previous comment n look at G305
@@johnmothtech thank you!
Crazy how much a particular sort after Microsoft Intellimouse version goes for.
My man made a video just to tell everyone he has big hands and you know what they say about big hands....
Very capable of testing monitor latency.
Just be happy he didn't make a feet ASMR video ....
@@WSS_the_OG waiting for footrests to become a necessity for gamers who have back issues from sitting like prawns.
That's a really sexy silver "play button" in the background! It's even ray-traced! 😁
I feel like the crazy guy who likes heavier mice. My G502 is 121g, before adding the extra weights (which I do. That's another 18g.) I like heavy gamepads, too. I dunno, I just like weight in my hands. If a mouse (or gamepad) is too light, it feels like my hands are floating, and it's just awkward. Or maybe I'm subconsciously thinking that "heavier = more expensive, so must be better".
spoiler: no, it isn’t
The OP1 8K: -- I'm afraid this price is simply ridiculous... even for me, a previous professional actor from Manhattan. - Just imagining paying this amount for a mouse... anyone with a sense of responsibility cringes at the thought.
