I have been suffering because of unknowingly heavily identifying with the mind. I've asked for relief from the constant worrisome thoughts. Hi there, speaking from my own direct experiences, practice is 100% essential for disidentification of the mind and its repetitive thoughts and stories that keep running you. Again, practice in silence is essential, it will be difficult however it gets better plus the benefits from it is 10 fold and worth it. All the best.

I’ve tried other disciplines but became bogged down in what I now see are concepts, objects, thoughts, etc. I knew there was another realm beyond mind and body but I never experienced it, only read about others who had achieved it. Thank you!

Thankyou I experienced awareness before, true the mooji practice invitation to freedom ... I started to feel much better .. I changed ... People around me started to say I've changed ... It was an awakening time ... Lost so much tears ... And weight ... After my ego started to take over trying to manifest some kind of realisation of myself jobwise and I seemed to loose all peace again .. well years later I feel the same . My outside world isn't supplying me happiness ... So dead ... I came across this video and I already knew the message and vallue ...you where able to get true the nightmare of my indentification again with my mind .... and reached the inside again ... Gently will go o with your teachings ... Thank you
Thanks again Sunny! Yesterday I let myself identify with thoughts and emotions, and I relapsed into a compulsion that weakened me a lot. I didn't do my two meditations today, as I've been doing for the last month or two that I've been following you. But I'm listening to you tonight, readjusting myself, and thanks to you, I'm regaining my strength. Namaste!
Yes it is! But do you exist because of your thoughts or your thoughts exist because of you? I think the Buddhists would believe in the former since they consider the self to be a worldly construct (anatman - lacking permanent essence) while the Hindus would believe in the latter
All you are saying is true. It can experienced. But after learning that i am awareness. But why this is important. Why i am not experiencing bliss or joy after understanding i am awareness.
Hi sunny. Listening to you , I have realised that I am not the thought activity . But the hindrance that I am facing , is that my mind says that I have to stop certain bad thoughts from happening and allow good thoughts to happen. That I should intervene in the thought activity so that only positive thoughts are allowed. IF I am allowing negative and bad thoughts to happen , then I am like a bad person who allows bad things to happen without intervening. Thanx
I try,.. but my traumatic life altering mistake I foolishly made... that ended my career job after decades, .. and made me be alone with nothing. The shame and guilt,.. Without my job,.... I lost more than my identity. I have anxiety now, insomnia,.. and depression. It's even hard to meditate... it's so disturbing.

Sometimes it feels as though I need to be established as the witness of thoughts first, before abiding/remaining as the witness "sticks" so to say! Do you have any guided meditations recorded that include watching thoughts first & then dropping them to remain as the watcher? Many loving blessings to you & the group.💜
How come you feel those are two different steps? One implies the other. As the witness, you are thought free. In the other hand when you drop thoughts, you find yourself already present as the witness. No?
I am on the path practicing alongside you :) But this does not mean that something is "holding me back." The last hurdle is not something you willfully cross. Nothing you can do can make it happen. Simply see as the Self sees, Be as the Self is. The rest is not our responsibility and happens when it must.

That's true what's the point in humans being 24/7 with their thoughts you would literally have to live as a monk why don't we all walk round as presence I guess then we would have no personality we would be like robots😂
That is still you being attached to what the mind is saying to keep you in the cycle of constant searching outwards. From my own experience it does not matter if youre sitting or lying down. Just make sure you're alert and not sleepy in whatever position you choose

That is still you being attached to what the mind is saying to keep you in the cycle of constant searching outwards. From my own experience it does not matter if youre sitting or lying down. Just make sure you're alert and not sleepy in whatever position you choose
