I have found that color coding like this is one of the most effective ways to keep me on track. I've tried doing pretty planning with themes and such but it doesn't create a sense of urgency with me. Color coding does somehow. It switches my brain from "another to do list" to "this HAS to get done."

OMG...I just did this with mine (before I saw this video)! I realized I was spending a lot of idle time, so I wanted to use color to see where I can fit more productive tasks in my schedule as well as see what types of things I was spending time on. Keep up the great work and ideas!
