Great video. I'm going to begin color coding and combine it with "Roles" as mentioned in Stephen Covey's 7 Habits book. This way instead of having random categories based on what's going on, you take a more goal-oriented approach. So anything that doesn't fall in any of your important roles in life, won't make it into your color set, thus making you a bit more productive by leaving out the junk. Hope that suggestion sparks a thought or two :)

I know people that prefer highlighters for the same reason you mentioned, they can go back in later and color code it at home. If you still want to use highlighters, which might be good for someone who is super busy and does not have time during the day to sit down and color code in the moment, I recommend the Sharpie Accent Liquid Highlighters come in a pack of 10 colors that are all beautiful.

I know this is older, but if anybody sees, how do you categorize your life into chunks into numbers that are manageable? Categories and chunks kinda sound like the same thing so I’m confused what the difference is.
Loved this video, thank you! Learning you can change things is hard for me to accept. I used to stress about how I wanted to do it sooooo much I didn’t end up using and/or enjoying it, lol 😂 So this helped me dip my toes in the sand. Oh and I liked it was short, sweet and to the point.

We don't think so at all! If anything it just means you're more efficient. :)
