Thank you so much for this! I had abandoned my planner because I just felt so bad about not doing everything that was mentioned there and it was just a bunch of To-dos which had to be shuffled all the time. But now, I'm beginning to see my planner as a friend & secretary and not my boss, and that really helps. It's awesome advice!
I was expecting this to contain just some generic advice but instead I was blown away by the very specific tips that were truly helpful. A++. And the fact that you were willing to show us samples up close really brought it home. Inspiring and useful, thanks.
Thanks for this!! I quit my full time job 15 months ago so I can be available to help care for my 91year old parents in Florida (My wife and I live in Maryland.) Since I went from a more structured to less structured life, I've taken to recording what I've done that day. Even if it's just "did laundry" or "checked, downloaded, erased thumb drives". I am also dealing with my Mom's dementia and my Dad's health issues, so some days I just have lots of feelings.
Thank you so very much for this video. I have been seriously planning to throw out my passion planner because of non-use but you have helped me shift how I view my planner and showed me alternate ways to use it. I appreciate you!
This is great advice. I've been saying to myself, "The planner serves me, not the other way around." Same with the gym. They're there to make my life better - if I don't live up to everything in one week, I try to rejoice in the accomplishments that DID get done. And if I didn't have the planner to show me, I might not be able to keep track of the DONE things along with the undone things. Love my Pash!
I think this one of the your best youtube videos yet (on the passion planner channel). Very clear and to the point, yet at the same time personal and inspirational. Would love to see more content like this in the future!
Ahh, thank you SO MUCH for uploading this, it was EXACTLY what I needed to hear. I've been going through tough times and neglecting my planner and feeling awful about it, so this video helped a lot!
Beautiful tips... I m in season where many roles , project deadlines, unpredictable as my role as care giver to my mom.. very very new to planning in more regular way...... God bless u💕
I really appreciate you showing the pages with whiteout. I've never done that but it's really so easy to rework a day if plans change. Thanks for sharing!
I love this video! Every time I watch, I get more out of it. I'm so glad I've gotten to the point where no longer expect my planner to look like someone else's, and instead just groove on the inspiration I can get. THANK YOU!!
Been there! I DO love the undated PP. I'm always working to maximize the value of my PP by trying different things without guilt. And, it's not really expensive like other planners so you can feel ok experimenting.
Hello! Great video. My planner for 2018 I stopped using when my dad died, I just couldn’t bring myself to plan anything for months on end. But it has some dates and stuff in it, so I know I’ll keep it even though I barely made it through February. I do use my cover for another notebook, because my niece colored it in and I love it. I felt some guilt, but then I decided I had to move on. Umm the link to the blog post is missing
We're so sorry to hear about your dad, but it's great to hear that you're ready to start planning again. Also, thanks for the catch on the missing blog link! Here is the link to the blog: bit.ly/2Lx0Zbp
Great video! I don't use a passion planner but I liked the idea behind it. I have a super custom planner set up and it works well for me but I still get into those lulls where it's hard to relate to it and I fall out of using it. Planner guilt and life guilt, in general, is really hard especially when there is external pressure to perform. As someone with disablities, it's hard to not try to be more "normal" by working harder at life in general. I love that "give it your some" line. That's great. Just do a little, it doesn't have to be perfect.
Excellent video with super advice! Planner guilt is real. But having it prevent you from moving forward is where it's the problem! Thank you, Paula! Super great guidance!
@@PassionPlannerVideo I DEFINITELY WOULD! I was interested to see more of her back pages just because its so interesting to see how others manage their goals and she has some good back page ideas.
The best information on overcoming planner guilt! It would be cool if you featured various pashfam people in your videos too where they explain how they use their planner (no in blog form but in video form).
This makes me feel so much better about my dated passion planner purchase! I definitely have passion and just need somewhere to organize and strategize on them ! Great video on helping me be more flexible in my usage !
I'm trying to figure out how to use as for work I have outlook and it on my phone so that I can have everything together on phone. but wondering how folks work this re going back to paper as they say! Loved this video also!
Jorja, I'm in the same situation, but I have found the Passion Planner is not only where I can put all of my schedule stuff (work, meetings, family, doc appts etc), but also my creativity, my notes, brochures from museums visited, notes on special events, and of course, the Passion Road Map. If I need a quick reference, I'll look at my phone's Outlook, but if it's worth saving, worth noting, it's all in my planner. I just make sure everything is cross-referenced. Honestly, it's not that big of a deal. Good Luck! :-)
Thanks for sharing Jorja! We would say it's something that may take some getting used to. A lot of people like both planning digitally and/or with pen and paper. It just depends on what you want to do? That could be planning, or simply journaling, taking notes, or other ways of keep track of your thoughts! There are so many possibilities!
Hi! You can prucahse these planners from our website! bit.ly/2UHBu97 We have 2020 Dated Planners, Undated Planners, and an Academic Planner (dated Aug-July)
I have a blank monthly and weekly insert. Because sometimes I just CANNOT fill out a planner straight through. And then just pick it up when my life lets me breathe again.
Thank you so much for this! You're so welcome!!! Your planner is 💯 your friend-there to support you and your needs! 🙌

Thanks for the support Bill!
That is some advice for life, not just planning!
Thank you! Glad you found our advice useful!

Leanna Lostoski no, you’re not alone. 🌺
Best Passion Planner vid yet!!

Glad you enjoyed that Jay! Thanks for watching.
I've always been a very big planner but have really struggled with the pandemic. This video was really helpful and inspired me to get back into it :)

My current situation. Trying again! This planner is the only planner I have found to break down my days by times and not lump them together by days.
Hope you're able to get back into it and get some momentum. Thanks for sharing!

That's great Kit! Thanks for sharing.
one thing that im wondering is that, if you want to plan a few months ahead, like a holliday or babtization, how do you do that on an undated planner?
I've been going undated for almost a year now. Feels kinda lonely sometimes 🙄
what pens do you use?
I live in planner guilt on a daily basis! LOL
Wow ☯️OMG LOVE it💞Thanks 🥰✅🎶😇♻️🗺💡🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌠🌞🌈🏆🎆🎊🎉
Great video! She needs to speak more forward and out with her voice or use a microphone. Sound kinda comes and goes.
