Obviously I'm late to the mail art game but have been trying for months now. When my hands grow up they want to have handwriting just like yours. Or close to it. I enjoyed watching this. I would have never thought to emboss my envelopes and they have a good weight to them so I'm going to give it a whirl. I just purchased SSS Good Mail day. They probably introduced it a few years ago but I can't remember where I saw it and bam it was gone from stock. They finally got it back in and I pounced on it. I can't wait until it gets here. Thanks for all you do. I'll be viewing your other videos soon. I really am having fun with the envelopes.

Beautiful envelope, Kristina - do you ever find that the inks, paints, etc. bleed through the envelope? If so, what paper is best?
Fortunately, I haven't had that issue. Sometimes I can see the color on the inside of the envelope, but it doesn't transfer through to the other side of the envelope. The envelope I used today (see the supply list in the video description) did great with the ink blending. :)

Kristina - do you ever find your sponge daubers dry out and get pilly? Mine do. I try shaving off the pills with a scissor, but it doesn't always work. I keep them in a plastic bin so they aren't exposed to much air. Thanks in advance!
I'm not Kristina, but I have had the same problem with my daubers pilling. I don't think they dry out so much as wear out. The sponge is basically like fabric (after a fashion), and with the friction of ink blending, will pill up eventually. When that happens to me, I just dispose of that dauber & use a new one. I hate throwing them out, but what else can you do? I generally get mine at Scrapbook.com. They have their brand of finger sponge daubers in a 40-pack, so the price is pretty reasonable. Anyway, hope this helps! :)
Hi I was wondering if you can recoment a time of paper that I can use to create these cards. I’m recently want to try using the alcohol markers to create some cards, but I’m not sure what paper to use.

Quick question Kristina! When you buy vintage stamps, these stamps are the actual value of the stamp? I know this may sound silly but I want to make sure I have enough postage on the envelope. Thanks for your help!
Yes - the vintage stamps are for the value listed on the stamp. However, depending on where you buy your vintages stamps, they may cost more to purchase if they are rare or listed as more valuable.
