Sana po may mga videos related po sa mga town houses subdivision at mabigyan kami ng idea mga home buyers. Like tips on designs un tipong low cost pero maganda ang kakalabasan and even tips sana sa pag check sa mga units before mag turn over.. Dami kasi lumalabas na momroblema everytime na na tuturn over na ang unit

Termite pest control is only effective if everyone else does it as well. It only takes one nuptial flight season for termites to get pregnant, spread, and settle, and each one has the potential to become a queen. It's almost an impossible battle. Imo it's better to adjust your design rather than prevention.

As long as you regularly apply chemical then your house will be okay.

I think baiting system is better environmentally. With the soil poisoning, there might be a chance that the chemicals used could reach the underground water reservoir, i just don't know how deep the chemicals could reach during rainy season.

I believe rights din namin mga home owners yun since isa yun sa rason kung bakit Deca Homes yung pinili namin hehe. Sana po ay mapansin nyo po yung comment ko, marami pong Home owners ang maging masaya kung mapatupad nyo po hehe.

Sir Slater, what's your tip po on installing sinks? We had a cool double sink installed a couple of weeks ago and the installer insisted that it's installed on top of the tile and not flush, or below. Now when water accidentally gets outside the sink we can't drive the water inside. Any tips po? Thank you!

Hello po, You can use solignum products po to deal with termites
@@sidpasit93 Soligum will not be effective if you already have termite infestation.
Dapat po ma identify muna yun species ng termite before po kayo mag termite baiting. Termite is only effective sa Philippine Milk Termites or Coptotermis.
You can spray the infested area using non-repellent termticide.

Yes, it will affect the soil.
No, it is not safe for humans and even animals to consume them. Please find my comment here on this matter.
Basta hinde Systemic Insecticide ang gagamitin, eh safe po sa mga vegetable around your garden.
@@margauxlouiz2989 If you are using banned chemicals like Chlordane, then it's not safe for humans, animals and sa envornment.

If you poison the soil and you plan to grow crops on it, won’t the poison be absorbed by the crop and eventually by the people eating from it?
If you use the right chemical... it won't affect your crops.

As much as I am Happy for ur striving business.... can't help to be sad na nakakalbo ang kabundukan when global warming isn't alarming enough and how badly it affects all of us. Parang...yung fortune na makukuha mo dyan is another unfortunate contribution to global warming. Kulang na nga tayo sa mga puno, nagsisira pa para sa pera.

Any idea about Mapecon pest control po? Sila lang po gumagamit ng powder directly nilalagay sa mga kahoy pangpatay ng anay, lahat ng pest control na alam ko, baiting system ginagamit.

Medyo madaming mali sa video na na ito... yun ginamit na pipe sa termite reticulation ay sobrang laki... yun baiting powder ay nilalagay lang kung yun area ng bahay ay already infested with termites. But baiting ay effective lang sa certain species ng termites... hinde lahat can be eradicated or it will take some times...
In-Ground Baiting Station usually hinde na nilalagay ko mung meron ka ng termite reticulation but pwedi parin kung meron ka ng naman budget for it.

I don’t have any idea before we build our house, after 5 years nagkaroon kami ng termites, every time nagpupunas kami ng pampatay pero hanggang ngayon nandiyan pa rin then somebody adviced us na magpa injection nga daw ng lupa. Hindi ba makaka affect sa mga halaman namin?
Kapag tamang chemical ang ginamit, hinde po ito makaka apekto sa mga gulay nyo. Don't use systemic insecticide if you have vegetables in your property.

Baiting system does not promise termite free, it fails so most of the time.
