1 thing you guys need to understand. Band Maid doesn't play just 1 genre, Band Maid IS a genre. They do pop, rock, hard Rock, metal, speed metal and punk. Sometimes all in the same song. Hands down one of the best bands on the planet.
The two songs weren't next to each other in the set, hence the cut in between. Regarding 'Black Hole'. Its their fastest song (so far). Kanami (Lead guitar & composer) asked Akane how fast she could drum. Akane said around 190 bpm. So Kanami wrote Black Hole at 220 bpm! Then Akane went to work on the drum patterns for the song. She came up with 7 choices which she labelled 1. Easy 2. Comfortable 3. Normal 4. Possible if I work hard 5. Tough 6. Painful 7. Hell The band chose Hell. They are on US tour October. Most dates sold out. Great reaction guys.

"Manners" is one of the best, if not THE best pure rock songs ever produced. "Black Hole" is a genius level explosion of controlled, melodic CHAOS! Like you, when I first heard "Black Hole" I thought it was a filler tune to close out the AMAZING album Unseen World. Kinda like a "See what we can do?" mind-bender. I didn't think The Maids would actually attempt it live. It's too fast and crazy. Then I saw this video when it released and not only did they attempt it, they CRUSHED it! "Black Hole" is now one of my favorite songs. Both tunes are stunners because of COURSE they are! It's Band-Maid! Thanks guys! 🕊
Thank you 502 for returning to Band-Maid. The groovy bluesy MANNERS is a bit of up to date old school Rock. Then the intense maniacal melodic controlled madness of BLACK HOLE with the Maids in total sync will astound all skeptics. Two great songs to add to the playlist. FYI - Manners was the 9th song of this streamed 2+ hour concert in May 2021 and they had the stamina and trust in each other to make Black Hole the 21st and next to last song. The Maids did 7 streamed concerts during the pandemic and will be touring the US in October 2022. See you there with the Awesome BAND-MAID. P.S. Be less stingy with the Maids. They have dozens and dozens of soul numbing rockers. Nick knows.
OK 502. I think once a month is fair. Don't you? DOMINATION-LIVE or PLAY-LIVE. Or to bolster your playlist check out the MV's: WARNING, BLOOMING, RINNE or the essential power ballad DAYDREAMING. Ryan definitely listened ahead, he just won't tell you. Rules are made to be broken. Especially when it comes to Band-Maid. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😎
Am I the subscriber from hell? Hell no. I'm just replying to my reply of my comment. DOMINATION-LIVE or PLAY-LIVE. MV's: WARNING, BLOOMING, RINNE or the essential power ballad DAYDREAMING. Just checkin' to see if you're awake. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥As God said to Moses: "You have the power to make it happen" or something like that.
Replying to my reply. The Maids are in the States. They will be here the rest of the month. Let's pay tribute to this CURRENT Awesome Rock band with DOMINATION-LIVE before they go back to Japan to record some more awesome music. They dropped a new EP 2 weeks ago with another instantly awesome instrumental FROM NOW ON. Your soul tells you it's the right thing to do. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Seize the Moment and have a Hunky Dory Day!.
Replying again to one of my replies that was replying to my comment. The Maids have finished their very successful sold out US tour and went back to Japan to open for Guns N Roses. They are now preparing for their first concert to open their 10 year anniversary in 2023. You can check out DOMINATION-LIVE which was performed just before the pandemic or their newest MV INFLUENCER which takes a tiny jab at the current influencer phenomenon. Their rockin' music doesn't stop for no one. Let's get back to the Awesomazing BAND-MAID before they retire. Have a Hunky-Dory day 502! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Have no idea what they are saying but the first song is great! Man the bass is in command. Her voice is so good! Yeah the 2nd was much heavier. Love when they show their hands close up playing. 11:08-11:45ish.... Wow! Great musically!
Manners is a narrative of their musical journey as a band to this point. Mainly English but with Saiki's accent you still need the lyrics. The MV of Manners is very artistic and loaded with symbolism; that is where the album picture of the hands with identical nails treatment is from. And it was physically all ten hands of the members mimicking plant growth...
Nick has the best stank face ever. There was no audience at this streamed concert and as I said before MANNERS was the 9th song and BLACK HOLE was the 21st and Next To Last song. In fact the last song was FREEDOM and everyone came off the stage (except Akane of course) and was roaming around and mingling with the camera crew and sound and stage people while playing. What a fun band!!! Nick did I hear you say Band-Maid is not really catchy? For me they are the most catchy Hard Rock band ever to exist. For sure you need to get crackin' on their awesome 120+ song catalog to get that notion out of your mind. Every 4 months won't cut it. You'll never get your playlist stronger at that rate. Anyway, we'll be waiting for the quick turnaround with the Awesome BAND-MAID. Peace. 20.4
There are some tickets available for their October US tour at Houston, MD, and NJ. The NJ show still has VIP tickets available if you are interested in.
HI guys love your reactions to the best Rock band on the planet right now. You only scratched the surface of Bandmaid songs. Try Dont you tell me live wow You should also listen to order, alone, before yesterday, daydreaming I could go on and on. Look for yurself there's a lot to pick off. Good luck you will love them all :)
Gentlemen containing yourself by not listening to Band Maid is admirable for your reactions but farkin crazy for your musical pleasure zones, you guys stay BM chaste and I'll continue to overly indulge 😄👍 Viva the Maids peace and love Po 🤗🎼🎸🎤🥁🍻
Gentlemen, if you haven't already done these I highly recommend. The mv for Blooming is awesome. The official live video for About Us is phenomenal. Also, the live video for Don't You Tell Me is killer. Nice back and forth between Misa, the barefoot assassin on bass and the Riff Goddess Kanami. You will NOT be disappointed. Have a killer week guys.
You hit on one a my favorite things about this band. Every song is different. I have been disappointed by too many bands that the first hearing was 'this is GREAT' and the fifth or sixth hearing turned into 'it's the same dam* song, again'. This is the only band I know today that every first listen is a completely fresh experience. As to the 'they took that one up a notch'... they have a few more notches in their belt than this, and all of them are awesome!
Black Hole is a song you’ll enjoy more after a few listens. The first listen is like drinking from a fire hose! 🤣. It’s an awesome and catchy song after a few listens and I think they really capture the idea of a black hole with such controlled chaos! Cheers 😎
Great reaction.... 12:35 - 12:49 'I couldn't keep up man ..... lions and tigers and bears oh my'. This has got to be one of the funniest statements regarding BAND-MAID I've heard... 😂😂😂. But I understand the feeling, been there.
Band Maid has just released the a video from their Christmas Acoustic Concert. Sayanakidori (Nightengale) with Miku on Lead Vocals and Acoustic Guitar, Akane on Drums/Percussion and Backing Vocal, and MISA on Bass. It is available for a limited time, so please give it a listen.
Been listening to older BM all day and saw you guys were doing this one. Couldn't wait to see your reaction and you did not disappoint. As a fan that has been with them for a while now it is great to see newer fans when they feel the true power of this band. It's true that you can just pick any song, old or new and it will blow your mind and leave you wanting more...and more... and...
"Manners" ...good ole Rockin' Groove right there. "Black Hole" is a tune Kanami wrote to challenged them to the next level, and they ALL killed it. Check out the music video of "Manners", it's a Masterpiece.
Manners is their “Rock festival anthem” song, while Black Hole is Prog-Punk… a genre they’ve, perhaps, invented themselves. Of course we madiacs also like to say their genre is “Band Maid” as well. I can’t wait for the Maryland show in October!!!
Great reaction guys. Always enjoy your band-maid reactions, they are some of the best ones. All you guys have your own style and react differently throughout the songs. Miku was completely underrated in terms of what she adds to these songs even in her backup vocalist / rhythm guitarist role. She adds this energy and has excellent timing with Saiki when they rip off each other and also sing together. And just like all of the maids she has her own individual stage presence that I feel like is almost infectious, like she goes harder than anybody in the band and I guess that makes sense right since she basically runs the show with the band. Akanes drumming in both manners and black hole is outstanding, Manners is legit one of my favorite Band Maid songs along with Onset. I really appreciate that you gentlemen always do the live versions the same way I do my Band Maid Reactions. Keep on getting after it my friends!
Song "Freedom" February 14, 2020 for a cool drum solo followed by a magnificent transition to a Kanami guitar solo. Catchy and fun declaration of personal freedom.
Nice!! A recommendation for later guys...A double reaction with their 'Secret My Lips' and also 'Secret Maiko Lips'...the enhanced audio/visual treat from the second-best band around: BAND-MAIKO 👍🤟🤟
I thought it was funny that you thought that the first song sounded modern and that black hole sounded old school. That makes me feel old. Well I am old so that's okay. The first song is actually right out of the 1970s so it's so old it must sound new!
Akane is such a good live drummer, yes good anywhere, but live she is just so damn steady. I've seen people mention a click track in her ear (personally I think it's just her), but she still has to play it and is just incredible at it.
You want catchy? Check out the music video for 'Bubble'. Just typing out the name of the song put the main hook in my head. Might be BAND-MAID's most catchy, earworm song ever. It is for me, anyway. Live your best life by listening to more BAND-MAID.
Superb reaction again guys. One has no expression other than exquisite awe when exposed to Band-Maid, love the fact that these were released together for the impact of the contrast.... I heard even Sagittarius-A receded when first came to know the power and the attraction of Band-Maid's Black Hole, all in the best possible Manners of course 🤘
Black Hole is such an amazing complement to that OTHER Black Hole song from Rush "Cygnus X-1". I can imagine These Ladies spinning and whirling along with Geddy into the abyss! These Girls ROCK!!!
Good to see y'all back to Band-Maid. I will be seeing them on October 21 in Dallas. I am looking forward to their show more than any I have seen in the last 8 years or so. I have written a (not very) short history of Band-Maid that I hope y'all find interesting. Band-Maid started from the brain of Miku Kobato in early 2013. She had been in an Idol trio that didn't catch on and like many Japanese girls trying to make it as an Idol singer, she worked in a Maid Cafe to make ends meet. When her trio fizzled out, she approached her label and suggested a band dressed like maids but who played hard rock. This was the same year Babymetal was blowing up in Japan (the nest year they would blow up worldwide). I have no doubt the Babymetal success helped with the label giving Miku the green light. At this time Miku was a pop singer that didn't play an instrument, yet wanted to form a rock band. Miku went on a talent search and found the UA-cam channel of a singer songwriter guitarist named Kanami Tono. Miku was very impressed with Kanami and pitched the idea, maid outfits and all. Since Kanami preferred writing songs and playing guitar much more than singing, she agreed to join and even liked the maid outfit idea. Kanami also suggested they add a drummer named Akane Hirose, who Kanami had worked with before. Akane wasn't thrilled with maid outfits and had no desire to join an all girl group, but she respected Kanami a great deal so said yes. Akane had gone to school with a bass player named Misa and suggested her to Miku. Misa, however, didn't like the maid outfit part at all. After thinking about it for a day, she also said yes. Miku had her band. The label supplied a few songs and the band started playing. Miku discovered a big problem. She realized that she simply didn't have the voice to front a rock band with the caliber of musicians surrounding her. To her credit, Miku started looking for a lead singer. While at her Label's offices, she heard someone singing and was liked what she heard. The voice belonged to Saiki Atsumi who was a dancer and backup singer. Miku told her about the band (leaving out the maid outfit part) and asked Saiki to audition for the band. The audition went very well so the band invited her to join and told her about the maid outfits. Saiki disliked the maid outfit part more than Misa, but she really liked the band. She said yes. Band-Maid released their first album, cleverly titled Maid in Japan, on January 8, 2014. All the music and lyrics of the 8 song, 30 minute album were written by others. The mini album failed to chart at all in Japan. Their second album called New Beginning (9 songs and 33 minutes) released November 18, 2015 only reached #64 on the Japanese Oricon charts. Again all the music and lyrics were written by others. Two good things came out of that album though. The first was the music video for Thrill, the first song on the album. The music video was released the year prior to no fanfare at all. Band-Maid's small label was going to end the band and make Miku and Saiki a singing, dancing pop duo because New Beginning was not selling. Then suddenly western audiences discovered the music video of Thrill and Band-Maid exploded outside of Japan. The Thrill music video now has over 17 million views. Second, a sub-label of the giant Nippon Crown came calling and signed Band-Maid. Now with a new and bigger label, Band-Maid released Brand New Maid (8 songs, 31 minutes) on May 18, 2016. In addition a song by Kanami Tono was included on the album, with Miku and Saiki writing lyrics for the song and two others. The album reached #19 on the Oricon chart. Now Miku had a new problem, she didn't really know how to play guitar yet. On the albums, Kanami played her parts and in small concerts she just pretended (she was obviously just holding the guitar on the Thrill music video). In 2016, the new label was sending them on an overseas tour in front of crowds larger than they ever had in Japan. Lucky for Miku, she knew a very talented guitarist eager to teach her - Kanami Tono. Miku started finally to learn to play the guitar she had been holding. The 2016 tour was a success, especially in Europe. They also had a show in Seattle, Washington. On July 17, 2017, the album Just Bring It was released. With 13 songs it was by far the longest album (50 minutes). I also consider it the first true Band-Maid album. Kanami wrote 9 of the 13 songs and the lyrics on 11 songs were written by Miku and Saiki, primarily Miku. The album reached #16 on the Oricon charts. It also charted in the UK. On February 14, 2018, the band released World Domination (14 songs, 54 minutes). All the lyrics were written by Miku (except one cowritten by Saiki) and all songs were written by Kanami (3 she cowrote with non-band members). This album reached #9 in Japan and charted worldwide. It is my second favorite Band-Maid album. In 2019, Band-Maid returned to the United States but only four shows. On December 4, 2019, they released Conqueror (15 songs, 55 minutes). While they were working on Conqueror, they were contacted by Tony Visconti because he had heard them and wanted to produce a Band-Maid song. Kanami sent him one of her songs and assumed that he would changes. He did not. Tom Kenney wrote the lyrics and Miku and Saiki flew to New York to record the vocals. The song, The Dragon Cries, is the 11th track on the album. They were able to video a live concert in February 2020, before the pandemic shut things down. Videos from that performance have become very popular on UA-cam. Sometime in 2020, Band-Maid changed labels, going from a sub-label of Nippon Crown to a Pony Canyon, a major label, On January 13, 2021, they released Unseen World (12 songs, 45 minutes). All the songs were written by Kanami and all lyrics by Miku. Unseen World is my favorite Band-Maid album and in my top 10 of last year. Kanami wrote the song Manners as a tribute to western classic rock. It is my favorite on the album and possibly one of my favorite songs of the last 20 years.
While this is a solid performance of Manners it doesn't compare to live. I saw them this past Friday in NYC and my god was it amazing. Manners live was just incredible, the crowd was jump and singing along, it was just something else. Without an audience you just don't have the same energy and these women love to play live and bounce off the audience so well. It was smiles all around, on stage and in the crowd.
It's kind of sad watching the COVID Era online concerts with no audience, not that any BAND-MAID isn't joyous. Check out the OMV for 'Manners'. Kanami rarely sings, but she does sing. She leads a chant in one song and she does Miku's part in the acoustic version of 'Puzzle'. But if you liked 'Black Hole' check out 'Different'. It's similar. Or 'Rinne', it's like Thrash.
Even Misa and Akane were persuaded to sing harmonies in the Christmas acoustic concert a rare treat, Page with all five of them harmonizing is sublime. All of them have beautiful voices but Akane and Misa explained in the commentary why they prefer not to sing ( the difficulty of the vocal melody contrasting with what they're playing basically). I'm sure that I have seen Misa picking up the slack and briefly sing backup vocals in a couple of live performances when she noticed that Miku's mike had cut out.
So Japanese girl bands are on top of the rock genre across so many variants at the moment. For another example check out Lovebites who also , helpfully for us westerners write songs in English. Great starting point is always ‘Holy War’ or ‘Swan song’
+1 for Lovebites! Pls. Check out their official channel! The re-uploaded "Shadowmaker" or "When Destines Allign" MV-s are also facemelter songs. . Pure metal, at it's best! Check live performances if you can. (Holy War is a live one btw) Oh and the Maids are touring the US (lucky bastards :D) get your tickets. They're almost sold out!
It would indeed be neat if they did some transitions from one song to another, since as "BLACK HOLE" shows, they're already expert at brilliant transitions within a song. The Cars seamlessly connected all the songs on Side 2 of their first album and it was cool AF.
Thanks for the awesome reaction. There's only one thing that I disagree with you guys...is all their songs are so catchy and memorable and keep ringing in my brain all day long. As soon as intro starts I'd be humming along the entire song even if the song isn't my favorite. Lol 🤣
They are touring the US later this year -- and many of the venues are already sold out. Personally I think Black Hole is the greater work -- but Manners rates very highly. Black Hole is perfectly planned chaos -- a compositional masterpiece. You need to listen to it many times to drink in all its brilliant chaos.
It's hard to recommend songs this early! the list is soooo very long Live songs: Domination Play Freedom No God Real Existance Music videos: Blooming Choose Me Warning After Life Rinne Secret my lips / Secret MAIKO lips (you kinda have to do both versions, you'll see...) Alone Non Fiction Days Don't let me down (read the lyrics first, they're all in English, you will be... entertained.)
Great reaction love Band-Maid and can't wait to see them in Oct. You might also want to check out The Warning 3 sisters from mexico they do an unbelievable Enter the Sandman cover with Alissia Cara
NEW MV dropped on Thanksgiving - the MV for their new instrumental FROM NOW ON. Better than ONSET. But you wouldn't know that unless you watch and listen. 🔥😎
WARNING! (maybe your next song?) It's bad MANNERS to stop listening to Band-Maid because you'll feel starved for musical excellence and joy and fall into a BLACK HOLE of emptiness... probably! 😵 Thx, Guys!
Gonna have to recommend you guys check out Nemophila. Another all-girl metal band from Japan... very playful. For a while they were putting up a new cover on their youtube channel every friday.
That’s an hilarious take… they are absolute geniuses at creating great riffs and choruses! And that is no exaggeration at all, as anyone who’s heard their catalog knows.
Yea, not impressed with the mix on this online gig they did. I understand it was a quicky for all the audience that lost out when covid shut down their World Domination tour. I just think they really come alive when in front of a crowd. But, any Band Maid is good Band Maid.
Really wish you would have watched the mv's way better sound quality love band maid but sometimes you gotta do the mv's this is no audience concert during covid for the fans which is awesome but hey
1 thing you guys need to understand. Band Maid doesn't play just 1 genre, Band Maid IS a genre. They do pop, rock, hard Rock, metal, speed metal and punk. Sometimes all in the same song. Hands down one of the best bands on the planet.
Precisely. Our Ladies are in a Class and Genre all of their own.
yup...
'Black Hole' is from the book "The Destruction Of Classic Musical Theory" As written by Kanami.
They got you, and it will be nothing but good! welcome
She came up with 7 choices which she labelled
1. Easy
2. Comfortable
3. Normal
4. Possible if I work hard
5. Tough
6. Painful
7. Hell
The band chose Hell.
They are on US tour October. Most dates sold out.
Great reaction guys.
Id also note she more or less made a personal challenge with hermen lee about bpm lol
Manners is top tier Band Maid! ♥ Can't wait to see them play in October in Philly!
Is there another band on the planet who can do two diametrically opposite rock songs? The maids are pure genius - pure 🔥🔥🔥 ✌🏼🤘🏼

"Black Hole" is a song that describes chaos with beautiful equations. It's like the structure of the universe.

Drummer and bassist are truly badass!
Cheers from Italy.
Closest venue they are going in the US is House of Blues in Chicago on Nov 1. Looks like a 5-hour drive from Louisville.
I don't hear faults, but to each their own :) Black Hole is a mind fuck for everyone the first time they hear it, man.
BAND-MAID have faults?😮
@@GaryHolloway-810 No.
@@Space_Ranger Phew, thank goodness SR.😁👍
LOVED the first song.
Manners is one of my fave Band Maid songs! ♥

Hard rock and creativity at it's finest!
They are touring the US in late October early November. Some concerts already sold out. I think the closest to Kentucky is Chicago. Get your tickets!

I think in Manners there's actually a guitar and bass solo happening at the same time lol.
There is. MISA plays her solo under Kanami's solo and it is FIRE!
Her name is Tono, Kanami Tono. And she eats guitar solos for breakfast !
Band-Maid will be touring in the US this September-October. Yall may try to get some tickets to see them, but many dates are sold out.

I love Misa and her bass playing. She makes me wish I was playing bass on stage again like I did in the 80s. These are two great songs.
Manners is their “Rock festival anthem” song, while Black Hole is Prog-Punk… a genre they’ve, perhaps, invented themselves. Of course we madiacs also like to say their genre is “Band Maid” as well. I can’t wait for the Maryland show in October!!!
Fellas........I enjoy your Band-Maid reactions, I wish you would do them.....more often, just saying !!❤🎙🎸🥁😎👌
Seeing them in October! Can't wait! Great reaction!😊😎🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Hope you guys do *Band Maid - Bubble next!*
BANDMAID as always the best
They are touring the US in October, but almost every show has already sold out.
Two of their best songs ever
MISA is playing lead guitar...on a bass.
🤙🏼
Song "Freedom" February 14, 2020 for a cool drum solo followed by a magnificent transition to a Kanami guitar solo. Catchy and fun declaration of personal freedom.
If you want catchiness...check out domination live or play live. The audience is totally into the chorus
MISA is taking out her bass to walk with Manners or jogging in Black Hole!
Most of their shows in the US already sold-out in october 2022
NJ too? There are 400 seats. That’ll be EPIC!
@@haggaisimon7748 NJ is not sold out. VIP tickets are still available also.
Thanks guys!
Nice!! A recommendation for later guys...A double reaction with their 'Secret My Lips' and also 'Secret Maiko Lips'...the enhanced audio/visual treat from the second-best band around: BAND-MAIKO 👍🤟🤟
I love Band-Maiko! The best Band-Maid cover band in the world!
@@danw6048 I think they should be a support act on the U.S. tour 😉👍
@@philproffitt8363 I can't think of a better opening band, that's for sure
GREAT WHITE.. DESERT 🌕 MOON.. OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO 🎸🤘
I thought it was funny that you thought that the first song sounded modern and that black hole sounded old school. That makes me feel old. Well I am old so that's okay. The first song is actually right out of the 1970s so it's so old it must sound new!
You all need to listen to a Japanese all female band called "Lovebites" They are best heavy metal band out there
Akane is such a good live drummer, yes good anywhere, but live she is just so damn steady. I've seen people mention a click track in her ear (personally I think it's just her), but she still has to play it and is just incredible at it.
MISA MISA MISA!!!!! "Manners" - Groove Rock MISA MISA MISA!!!!! "Black Hole" - Prog Punk
Amazing
-What genre is band-maid?
-yes..
You want catchy? Check out the music video for 'Bubble'. Just typing out the name of the song put the main hook in my head. Might be BAND-MAID's most catchy, earworm song ever. It is for me, anyway.
Live your best life by listening to more BAND-MAID.
Check out The Warning if you haven’t already.
It's so easy to fall into Black Hole
I just did!
@@Davey-Boyd You kinda just slip in and then it feels so good :)
Black Hole is a laid back mellow ballad. I love it, but Manners is even better.
Band-Maid has no limits❤.
Other way around. Manners is the laid back mellow ballad. Black Hole is finely crafted chaos at 220 bpm.
@@himbo754 well, my simple effort to a joke😀
Superb reaction again guys. One has no expression other than exquisite awe when exposed to Band-Maid, love the fact that these were released together for the impact of the contrast.... I heard even Sagittarius-A receded when first came to know the power and the attraction of Band-Maid's Black Hole, all in the best possible Manners of course 🤘
You guys should petition Churchill Downs to host a concert. (Miku is a huge fan of keiba, and is, or at least was, part owner of a racehorse.)
Shouldn't Band-Maid history start with "Once upon a time there was an old and wise pigeon...."
@@pema22 Should it be "Once upon a time there was a young but wise pigeon..."?
@@danw6048 She's young on the outside, old on the inside, according to the Music Gold Rush band interview.
@@himbo754 It is an old soul that gives the young wisdom. Unfortunately I had to actually get old before I got wise.
@@danw6048 IIRC I think she's a 900 year old pigeon.
Cool reaction, immediate like!
I can’t wait for Philly and Houston. Debating about seeing them more but flights are expensive.
Thank you for reacting to Band-Maid.

I enjoyed watching your reaction in Japan.. Please listen to the song of (Blooming)
another Masterpiece

OZZY..ROCK N ROLL REBEL.
DOKKEN.. BREAKING THE CHAINS..
They don't have catchy choruses or riffs??? You are definitely only 6 songs in. Just wait.
Yeah...other reactors complain their choruses are too catchy/poppy
That’s an hilarious take… they are absolute geniuses at creating great riffs and choruses! And that is no exaggeration at all, as anyone who’s heard their catalog knows.
Yea, not impressed with the mix on this online gig they did. I understand it was a quicky for all the audience that lost out when covid shut down their World Domination tour. I just think they really come alive when in front of a crowd. But, any Band Maid is good Band Maid.
Are you boys from Bowling Green by any chance?
Really wish you would have watched the mv's way better sound quality love band maid but sometimes you gotta do the mv's this is no audience concert during covid for the fans which is awesome but hey
