Sure convenient that the owner placed it in a sealed plastic bag before cementing it, rather than smashing it to pieces. (And even left handy ropes for you to pull it up by instead of just dumping the plastic container overboard!)

What I learned, is that it is only secure until you have a change of mind, and you decide to pick it up again =)
