I'm not sure if squirrels want to help you or just toy with you. Chances are by the time you need to go back here you'll have forgotten the positioning of all this stuff...

It was certainly a place of transit at some point, maybe joined to Monument Station which is next to it. but I can confirm though that this is not the station that was just bombed (although it certainly feels like this place has seen better days).

If you shoot it, it causes an EMP explosion. Can be useful, in some circumstances. Just needs to be positioned first for maximum effect.

Smart vision consumes energy when you use it but the energy consumed is all given back when you turn it off (even when it's beyond the automatically regenerating first bar). So it's a no cost thing. But sure, you need more energy to make the most of it. Upgrading it further will help too. Assuming your get the "ultra-high capacity biocells" upgrade for the energy converter, Smart Vision is upgraded to max and your energy is full, the total running time of Smart Vision is around 1 minute (less if you use other augs at the same time).

Another good guess. The smartphone application required to decipher them was discontinued in 2018. The media content the codes revealed (mostly developer commentary) is still available though. If you're ever interested you can go there:

You don't have an office. Not even a cubicle, or a chair. Just a table with a computer on top. Still, it's your own little space, if you can find it. What would you need an office for anyway? You're mostly always outside the office. With your pack of trusty squirrels leading you! :)
That being said, squirrels are your friends there (mostly). At some points you might find that you lack some things you could have used and that were most likely hidden in a corner. Am I encouraging you to be even more distracted... well, maybe I am! I feel people are going to love me for that. :)
